    @Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

    @EmergencyBK @NBN_Australia I'm on fixed wireless. It's a heap of ****. And otherwise 3G. I've looked into using smoke signals. I was so pleased to learn NBN gave it's managers and executives such great bonuses.

    @Brett_over_it @NBN_Australia @PaulFletcherMP Nothing to do with Telstra, it’s wireless NBN ie not cable It’s NBN - sick of their lack of communication, consistency & service They handball to providers and providers handball to NBN and customer is left trying to run a business from their car, with a laptop 😖

    @CourtneyLee_33 @Why_not_fix_it @NBN_Australia Not sure you understand the issue, your advice is from a kind place, but not applicable to my situation NBN Wireless Tower/Satellite is the issue - they build the infrastructure Internode do the on-cost/billing - nothing to do with them/or others

    @DrRonBaumann @redruby17 @Russputin2 I still have a landline phone, just in case, and wait till Messagebank comes up. I’ve only had ONE legitimate call since my NBN was installed, they all hang up.

    @EmergencyBK @Why_not_fix_it @NBN_Australia I've been reading your tweets and appreciate the problems your experiencing EBK. Gosh, I've been in similar myself when NBN is down and Telstra 4G here is abysmal, calls drop out frequently. Local businesses often have to take mobile EFTPOS outside to get a signal. Sorry you /2

    @redruby17 I answered the phone once with what the F,#$% do you want, turns out mum put me down as a contact for the NBN and it was legit, told them in future leave a message the other 4 times they called and I would of answered nicely, I check the number was legit on NBN still don't trust!

    @NBN_Australia and @iiNet are now creating safety issues in the Macedon Ranges by cancelling appointments and not rescheduling them. Please assist @LMChesters - internet has been out since 11 June. Small business suffering.

    @BrittMezher @Kynes99 NBN only because it's been slow for longer but the vaccine rollout is moving back as fast as it can.
