Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Albury and nearby locations:

  • CadmanMachinery CadMac (@CadmanMachinery) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia @NBNCoLimited Incredibly poor support from the National Broadband Network. We are now facing 3 with no connectivity and our business is mere meters from the Melb-Syd fibre. #help #customersareeverything

  • EricKerrforIndi Eric Kerr (@EricKerrforIndi) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@Jansant @DylanWalkden @HelenHaines1 @Kynes3 @zalisteggall @drkerrynphelps @MakeMayoMatter @juliabanksmp NBN needed to run further & truly could have been Australia's biggest and best infrastructure project. The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

  • jhinch Jason H (@jhinch) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

  • ABillionSuns Rocketpilot is also on aus.social (@ABillionSuns) reported

The good Mr @Radlein informs me we are watching this episode on the anniversary of its first broadcast, or trying to as the nbn is now having an outage and Netflix has stopped

  • LisaLemon09 Lisa L 🍋💛 (@LisaLemon09) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Woman phoning me: Hi this is so & so from the NBN network. When was the last time you used your NBN? Me: The last time was when I set up a device to scan my phone for scammer details. Her: *Hangs up on me* How rude! I was going to tell her all about the fake device lol

  • AusGroucho Voting YES. Parody of a 132 y/o American comedian. (@AusGroucho) reported

Ok, @NBN_Australia. I just got a call from my RSP saying that the repair to my illegally slow FTTN service at my house, replacing 60 metres of 10 pair copper cable, has been put back from July 2013, to August 2014. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! #NBN The house literally next door has FTTP.

  • virgotweet Stuart Tomlinson (@virgotweet) reported

It may be only the NBN that has a technical problem, as it appears to be working okay on my mobile phone.

  • realvasif Vasif Uder (@realvasif) reported

@SpaceX Startlink sucks here in Australia! For an investment of over $600 in the first month, having an average speed of 130mbps whereas NBN superfast is around150mbps costing $100 a month, the only plausible justification for getting it is rural areas and places NBN's still on the way.

  • Gram_is_cool Gram (@Gram_is_cool) reported

I'm so tired of Australian internet this **** is so bad please @NBN_Australia one of your employees told me that the FTTP upgrade in my area would be done by DEC last year and its not done and its APRIL MAN. Is there any way I can get an update for my area?

  • SC21012022 studiosoundguy (@SC21012022) reported

@RayWhitehead @ShiannonC Just like the NBN - **** ALL with the MTM bullshit, ******* lot of them should be jailed and the public taxpayer refunded for this ******* trash **** the NBN, **** Murdoch as well. Putrid old *****!!!

  • JoshRobinson_00 💙❤️💛Josh 🇦🇺🏳️‍🌈 (@JoshRobinson_00) reported from Wallaroo, State of South Australia

@NBN_Australia Unless its “we are sending an NBN tech to get your service active at your address” i will keep on persisting.

  • koenjivintage Koenji Vintage (@koenjivintage) reported

@VodafoneAU my nbn has been down for over an hour now. Nothing on NBN site or yours to indicate any outages. Box has been rebooted and cables checked

  • vrachelv9 rachelv (@vrachelv9) reported

@Cathy1691 had an NBN appointment booked for 8-12 yesterday. Guy finally rocked up at 3:30 Couldn’t be bothered being there refused to do anything because “remote testing say ok” We have tested with telco signal directly from nbn corrupts. Wouldn’t test output. Wouldn’t swap ports useless
