    @NBN_Australia It's stated on your website that it should be phased out after 18 months. It's been 4 years. My provider told me to contact NBN for some answers as NBN is the one who increases the speed at the node, not them. Can you seriously not help at all with this?

The longer Government's hold off on building it properly, to it's maximum potential, the further behind we slip as tech advances. Ambitious policy gets cut down far too often

    @NBN_Australia The letter from Telstra clearly states the best speed to be expected is 13 mbs I have contacted them and as a result led me to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman

    @NBN_Australia I sent the address but I’m imagining you have found out that the area is poorly served so I’ve gone to the Ombudsman and local member to raise the issues

    I have not had internet all day except on my phone data because I had to get a new modem & nbn. It’s so ******* frustrating. I’ve been on the customer service/help line half the day doing the same thing over and over. And it’s not ******* working. 😒😤

    @MissDissentEats @TurnbullMalcolm @NBN_Australia My NBN seems to regularly go into 6 hour blankets of ‘scheduled maintenance’. The problem is that I also work from home and my home seems to be a dead spot for Optus phone reception. Which means that I become 100% disconnected from the world every time that happens

    I love being told by @NBN_Australia that there is nothing wrong with my parent's house's NBN connection when I literally cannot call them on their home phone because it doesn't work.

    The Australian approach to logistics is to get there late, spend a lot of time pondering, and then make incomprehensibly bad decisions. The rail network, the NBN, and now the vaccine... sigh...
