    @TPG_Telecom can someone please resolve the issues with my NBN. It has been almost a week this time. I have had numoutous conversations and visits from your technicians without the issue being fixed. Unfortunately this is the 5th time this year we’ve had a material outage.

    I heard back from @Optus technical support and they’ve booked a technician to swap the @Foxtel IQ standard set top box around. The appointment is at 12pm tomorrow until it’s cut off by NBN

    @emlafudd @Kynes3 @jmil400 I was in the #QandA audience last Monday. I submitted a question on the NBN to ask Bill. My question was shortlisted but I never got to ask it. Most of the show was taken up with Tax questions. Personally, I think the #NBN is of vital importance to Australia.

    The nbn and internet situation in Australia is bad enough, but this whole situation has seriously stopped me ever, ever signing up with @Telstra again, and will adamantly be advising friends and family of the same. Never have I experienced such a lack of basic caring from staff.

    @Optus when we moved into the new house the power cord that goes into the nbn and power socket is missing! Now I read on the NBN site our service provider is supposed to replace things like that free of charge. So how does on go about getting a replacement for it?

    If the military is the answer to this problem, why didnt we get military involved in other nation wide health or rollouts? NDIS for instance? Or NBN? Aged care. I mean if those things soubd ridiculous - vaccination rollout is also.
