    @domnixon1984 @Internode @nbn I am going through this same mess at the moment. So poor. I understand things got wrong but the whole customer service process is a mess, I'm furious!

    The technician came and my internet is still broken. There is an open fault ticket for the @nbn network team to fix the network tap in the pit at the front of the house. According to @Telstra, there is no ETA on the fix.

    The @NBN tech came. The carrier signal strength is - 15dB. Max is - 10dB. So it's too weak to work. But it's raining, and their test equipment isn't waterproof. So they couldn't check the connection box at the side of the house. So, day off work for zip. @Telstra

    @Aussie_BB hey folks, just got an email about an NBN outage, but it went to my old email address. Can you check to see if there’s somewhere in your records that may not be updated? Invoices & other emails have gone to the right spot, just this outage notice is misdirected.

    @Stella_Cluster @DoctorKarl Once you are on NBN,(basically everything) , no power,no phone. Solution is to add back up power where the premiss connects to the network apparently.

    @NBN_Australia my service to warrawee 2074 has been subpar for more than a week now, unusable and @AussieBroadband keep saying it’s your fault. First tech didn’t fix, and subsequent Technicians not showing up for appointment and you don’t know where he or she is! Please help

    @thunderson23 I got the one the other day that was supposedly NBN cutting off my internet. Rather than hang up I pressed 1 to be connected to someone to 'help' me. I'll give him credit for persistence, he didn't waiver once when I called him out. Kept it up for 10 mins or so before he hung up.
