    Hey @Optus - NBN modem issue, flashing red light and clicking, used ‘Message Us’ in app and for booted told to call 133937, but recorded message there saying to use app! What am I supposed to do to get tech support?? No internet, no home phone!!

    @Telstra The @Telstra faults person hung up on me when I insisted she contact @NBN to find out what was going on. Is the fault at my premisis, or in the area as I was previously told? As far as DMs go. I've wasted hours down that rabbit hole before, for absolutely no gain.

    The technician came and my internet is still broken. There is an open fault ticket for the @nbn network team to fix the network tap in the pit at the front of the house. According to @Telstra, there is no ETA on the fix.

    @Aussie_BB hey folks, just got an email about an NBN outage, but it went to my old email address. Can you check to see if there’s somewhere in your records that may not be updated? Invoices & other emails have gone to the right spot, just this outage notice is misdirected.

    @Stella_Cluster @DoctorKarl Once you are on NBN,(basically everything) , no power,no phone. Solution is to add back up power where the premiss connects to the network apparently.

    The @NBN tech came. The carrier signal strength is - 15dB. Max is - 10dB. So it's too weak to work. But it's raining, and their test equipment isn't waterproof. So they couldn't check the connection box at the side of the house. So, day off work for zip. @Telstra

    @Aussie_BB I’ll have to call in later, but you definitely have the updated email as I’ve been getting invoices there for many months now. Is there a separate system that sends out the NBN outage notification that doesn’t just use current email on file?

    Hi @Telstra. My internet has been down for 3 weeks. The @NBN tech was a no show for the first appointment. Just had an SMS scheduling another appt for tomorrow. The @Telstra faults operater in Australia just hung up on me. If I ran my med practice that way, I would be in jail.

    @ScottRhodie It’s so stupid that developers are even allowed to do this. They should be required to install the fibre and provide the hand off to NBN. Same for embedded energy networks too.

    @AussieGayLib @Judith54Nunn Apart from a small refugee intake, most migrants are highly skilled. Our NBN is being upgraded in Devp't Tas (thanks Labor) and everyday bar Sunday, rain or shine in the cold, a group of Indian men are laying a new network of lines for us. I'm very grateful.

    @NBN_Australia I’ve exhausted all communication strategies with them. All they tell me is that it’s an nbn issue, any quote what ever is currently on your status page verbatim. All my neighbours are not impacted.

    @Indy24121 I have never looked back my nbn was average at best 47Mbps and 17Mbps upload as soon as I connected Starlink it went immediately to 300Mbps and 33Mbps upload now I sit at average 450Mbps and 37Mbps I love it.

    @virgotweet How’s your NBN going might be down or something. I had issues with 2 streaming services through the Foxtel box had to reset the Foxtel box and update it . Different issue but similar

    @NBN_Australia It’s 10 hours since the NBN went down. I understand a truck took out the cable about 500 meters from my home. No attempt to repair the line has been made all day. The damaged line is as it was at 8am this morning when the fire brigade moved the lines from the road. Why ????

    @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia likes to lie to its customers. NBN lines damaged at 8am. Service will be back up by 12pm- lie Service will be back up by 6pm-lie Workers show up to rectify the problem 12 hours later- truth.
