Now had @TPG_Telecom #HFC 100 #nbn for over a month now. Consistently high speeds regardless of the time of day, no drop outs, great customer service. Credit where credit is due, I’m glad my NBN is working as advertised.

Australian broadband has to be amongst the worst in the world. Constantly keeps dropping out. NBN sort yourselves out.

Hey @Telstra, how does this work... I cancel a broadband cable that I’ve had with you for years to avoid being forced onto NBN, and instead I commit to you for 3 years with home hub. And you want to charge me cancellation fees. Please explain the sense in that.

@frogworth Life hack - spend your day in any icy cold Sydney bus on constant loop, tethering 4G on your laptop because the NBN sucks anyway. Cheaper than a co working space.

As if the #nbn will do anything, been going thru this crap since the switchover. #nbn totally unaccountable, and blame the providers. See the connection just like Gov blame everyone else.

@busbydeebar @JoshFrydenberg Totally blames the banks , but he has done worse with NBN, not worth $51+b must be down to say $25 - 30bn, rps are being ovrcharged for serviecs which they pass onto to customers, so we pay twice.....NBN totally stuffed up by LNP, Australia now 54 on list......👎🏼👎🏽👎🏿💩🤖💸💸💸

Well done #nbn another ten minute unknown dropout. It's no wonder when you have millions of GB coming down fibre, and then trying to feed it into drinking straws. Gov sabotage of essential infrastructure.

Two hours #nbn been down and out. Just come back. Throttling areas and cutting them out. No wonder we are 69th in the world and falling. #nbnco totally unaccountable. Blame providers all the time.

Well after a 8hrs and 57 min #Nbn outage. And as conversing with the customer service at Aussie Broadband. The #nbn flared into action. Now that to me seems like they are metering the amount of data. Without really telling you that you are capped. The fight continues for credit.

@SilvesterSJ @NewtonMark @NBN_Australia I’m pretty sure they won’t bother with resi once they realise how much more they can make by going direct to enterprise and avoiding all the end user support and TIO complaints.

@WayneConnor The NBN skimped on fixed wireless. The constraint is at the radio layer, either microwave link to the tower or the antenna to your house. Changing isp will not help. But I’m sure a smart hacker like you could rig your own radio/laser/WiFi point to point link to somewhere in town.

@anil447_anil Hmmm I agree from a personal perspective... had super fast cable with no issues and got moved to NBN which either doesn’t work, drops out and is so much SLOWER than what we had...

@NewtonMark @NBN_Australia and of course it should be *cheaper* for you to fix it proactively, if you know you're going to need to fix it anyway.

@NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia I would get a high speed connection, like one of those 100 down 20 up if the NBN connection could do it. But instead, the second class digital citizen connection you have provided for me, means that I use a non-NBN fixed wireless provider.

@iinet so 7 days (and many hours on phone) without internet after transferring from adsl to nbn..All because of misinformation from iiNet about a modem that I specifically asked about before I requested the transfer. 2 questions: how you going fix this? Why are you charging me?

@NBN_Australia I hope, for your sake, that you've realised encoding Arris boxes to a singular address, and not permanently fixing them to their location, is a ******* **** idea and that future boxes will be able to move. A month and a half for computer chips. *******.

@Iainentertained @hexsteph @NBN_Australia I’m upgrading from FTTN > FTTP. It was my only option no Fixed Wireless, no 5G coverage, poor 4G reception, given I’ve worked from home for the last 8 years I’m thinking it’s a tax deduction and a spend on the saved commute expenses.

@BethanyinCBR Removed parts of the fast portion of the NBN so it doesn't actually reach anyone's house? Slowed down Australia Post to make it look like the more expensive priority service is faster? They seem to think it's for the good of the country, or at least, they'd like us to think that.
