    @edwardatport Were very safe here. While NBN doesnt work. Thats why HMAS Adelaide is still broken down. Can't read their smoke signals.

    @alvinfoo It’s still much the same in Australia with the ridiculous fibre to the node nbn instead of to the home. Our hopelessly slow speeds & that’s if you even have access to the nbn. That’s what our idiot cheapskate LNP govt have given Australia amongst a litany of costly failures.

    I must say whilst I am very frustrated with my NBN problems with @Telstra I am very happy with the Twitter support. I am hoping the local upgrades fix the issue very soon #veryslow #frustrating

    @ScottRhodie It’s so stupid that developers are even allowed to do this. They should be required to install the fibre and provide the hand off to NBN. Same for embedded energy networks too.

    It's wonderful that @Telstra keeps acknowledging that there is a problem with my NBN service and fix it. I have reminisced what the old dial up services were like for long enough I am ready for the 21st century again.

    @TPG_Telecom around 4:30pm my #NBN connection is not working at all! Twice this week we have lost connectivity. New year same issues of downtime….no fix today today and it’s a new provider on monday not good enough especially now that we’re predominantly wfh

    Hey @Optus - NBN modem issue, flashing red light and clicking, used ‘Message Us’ in app and for booted told to call 133937, but recorded message there saying to use app! What am I supposed to do to get tech support?? No internet, no home phone!!

    @smh @zoesam93 I’m with OPTUS. My mobile phone drops out to regularly and the NBN is so slow at times I have to tether the phone to my computer. Get to work on these mayters Gladys. You are now actually working for Singapore.

    Hi @Telstra. My internet has been down for 3 weeks. The @NBN tech was a no show for the first appointment. Just had an SMS scheduling another appt for tomorrow. The @Telstra faults operater in Australia just hung up on me. If I ran my med practice that way, I would be in jail.

    @Nowun6 @CaseyBriggs Ahh yes. I was with Optus for so long with their cable service & NBN has only just become available in our area so switched to Tangerine as they were much cheaper than Optus for same service. It does suck when you have no other choice.

    I can’t use my home wifi until NBN investigate and fix the internet outage as not only me has an outage it seems most of NSW has internet outage across TPG’s internet service

    @Telstra I am on cable Broadband the cable is over the road not in the ground and has nothing to do with NBN they are not my service provider they do not send me bills you do
