    @DifficultNerd @stnapAtnaf Sadly not the case. NBN have confirmed with me that we will never get 50 Mbps due to the distance we are away from the first node. They also didn’t replace the aging copper on the main street and line faults is a regular thing to happen.

    @BreakfastNews I have persistent calls alleging they are from the NBN and now Telstra advising me that there are problems with my internet. I ask them for their employee number and tell them I’ll call back.

    What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

    @stnapAtnaf @DifficultNerd It’s actually hilarious to see media reports of the NBN struggling. Remote learning/video/working, video streaming, etc, etc is exactly why a proper next-gen network should have been built.

    @ChampagneUgly @JohnRuddick2 @LibDemAus So you don't agree with the NDIS superannuation, minimum wage, Centrelink, NBN, Medicare, gay marriage or financial support to small businesses during the COVID outbreak? And those are the ones on the top of my head

    @NBN_Australia NBN is down in North Ryde area since 9:30pm today, it's still showing "No outage detected"???? Many of my friend living around having problems too.

    @JordanRasko Umm, for me, no. I used a satellite provider before NBN and i5 was a kittle slow but fine. When the NBN satellites were put up I had to switch, and they were nothing but trouble.

    @ElPrezAU Was having an argument with an older bloke about why I though Turnbull's NBN was a bad idea, he was not for turning, but did need me to set up his chromecast that same day... how about no franking creds until you can prove you wont give them to a distant Nigerian prince relative?

    @thatreviewplace I had the same. I asked him how someone could be using my internet as I only have my phone. He was stumped when I said ‘but I’m with Optus’. He replied ‘I know’. Idiot, I’m with Telstra and have full NBN service. It’s good to confuse them haha

    @BelongAU @Telstra this is a company you own and hence are responsible. I juat had a call with NBN and this is a 10 minute conversation to fix. With belong its now been 1 month of no internet. It should have also not cost us $300! NBN has said as much! @BelongAU when will you call?

    Well ADSL2+ dead. We can’t get fixed wireless NBN poor signal. No 5G - NE Vic - suggestions before I talk to Telstra or other providers? Starlink, Skymuster NBN or 4G? We don’t work from home or game, E-mail, social media, bit of streaming. The technician suggested 4G.

    Anyone on here got first hand knowledge of @SpaceXStarlink and how effective it is? For the sake of my sanity, I need to ditch this @NBN_Australia service and Starlink is the only other option.
