  @stnapAtnaf @DifficultNerd It’s actually hilarious to see media reports of the NBN struggling. Remote learning/video/working, video streaming, etc, etc is exactly why a proper next-gen network should have been built.

  @Telstra No outages when I checked yesterday. I think my NBN box is dead, but I have been dumped off the text helpline four times now. It’s almost 12 hours now since I began reporting my problem and I’ll have to start again tomorrow. I’ll try to phone as I’m getting rather frustrated now.

  @NBN_Australia I’ve moved to a flat in Concord that has NBN infrastructure, (1 of 4 flats connected) when I call a provider, they say there is nothing I can do, NBN isn’t available, it needs work done. I need to speak to someone please help! Trying to run a business from home.

  Don't restart your HFC modem. There's an nbn outage that will prevent you from being able to reconnect. Reckon retail providers should notify their customers that they'll lose Internet connectivity for an unknokwn period of time if they restart their HFC modem? @NBN_Australia

  had a mini tantrum about us getting nbn today that doesn't even work and then turned out google was just down for half an hour lol backing away slowly

  @filmgirl152 @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia I'm with Aussie, for cost reasons and stability I'll be churning to Superloop. I had stability issues in the past but it has moved to price and stability issues. There are apps that will record uptime, but tbh if you are not satisfied just move.

  @fubarduck This sounds an awful lot like Australia's much-reviled NBN network. Was originally Fiber To The Premises rolled out nationally, until a change in government saw it become Fiber To The Weird New Box On Every Street Corner Then Half Rotted Copper Wire The Rest Of The Way.
