    @stnapAtnaf @DifficultNerd It’s actually hilarious to see media reports of the NBN struggling. Remote learning/video/working, video streaming, etc, etc is exactly why a proper next-gen network should have been built.

    @BreakfastNews I have persistent calls alleging they are from the NBN and now Telstra advising me that there are problems with my internet. I ask them for their employee number and tell them I’ll call back.

    What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

    @DifficultNerd @stnapAtnaf Sadly not the case. NBN have confirmed with me that we will never get 50 Mbps due to the distance we are away from the first node. They also didn’t replace the aging copper on the main street and line faults is a regular thing to happen.

    @NBN_Australia between 2 towns,1 of which is less than a 2 min drive from my house. My street has 10 houses each on 5acre blocks, with housing developments being built on all sides, so my street needs fibre down it for these future estates.

    @NBN_Australia I live in Eulalia St, West Ryde 2114. And the only available nbn service in my house is HFC, a outdated technology, the internet is very unstable. I would like to know when the FTTP or and FTT_ could be delivered to my house?

    @NBN_Australia network almost entirely dropping during the night, latency then becomes a matter of days. How is the service getting worse

    @NBN_Australia We have Optus 4G because NBN (under Turnbull) decided our town wasn't worth anything more than fixed wireless. So why reward bad behaviour? I'd prefer to give my $ to Optus or Telstra... which says volumes! "Don't build and they won't come"

    Sigh. I need @Aussie_BB to go full metal @TheRealRevK on @NBN_Australia. NBN apparently closed a fault while their subcontractor was here swapping parts and so he reverted back to old unit, and in meantime signal strength has plummeted as has our speed (10% of previous) :-(

    @NBN_Australia Not sure why youa re focusing on Game servers while we can't even promised speed by retailers. Fix that first

    @NBN_Australia I’ve had my NBN cable damaged and Telstra has been awful in sending an NBN technician to repair it. Haven’t had service for almost 2 weeks now. Loose wire hanging outside my house.
