@theage @SupratimA Connection doesn’t equal quality - I had 100mbps cable which was replaced with 50mbps nbn - I was told I could pay extra for 100mbps only to then be told the fastest my connection will ever get is 80mbps - nbn is a bad joke

  • GumLeafWhistler Gumleaf (@GumLeafWhistler) reported

@cameronwilson Read with interest the sentence about copper legacy being a throttle at the moment. I'm not an network infrastructure engineer so bit confused. What legacy? FTTN copper or we talking non NBN services (eg: ADSL) that haven't been connected yet on same NBN network?

  • _steve_davidson Steve Davidson (@_steve_davidson) reported

Fwiw I am on a FTTB connection that is on a non NBN network that connects to my building. Somehow my non nbn FTTB connection is twice as fast and half the price of the NBN version

  • GillyBW16 Gilly (@GillyBW16) reported

@RBJRON @LeftyLongtitude @PaulFletcherMP Fletcher is already at war with all #SocialMedia by refusing to fix the #NBN

  • Brooklen_W BrooklEn (@Brooklen_W) reported

I need a Christmas miracle from someone. I need Bolasie on my account my internet has been down since Sunday and still ain’t back thanks @NBN_Australia

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@ArchieBoubie Hi Archie, sorry to hear you're having some troubles with your Cable Internet connection. I've had a look at the network in your area and there is a fault affecting the NBN service, however, this shouldn't include the cable service. (1/2)

  • Jason__Lei Jason Lei (@Jason__Lei) reported

@Optus decided to cancel our optus nbn and switch due to extremely poor customer service over the past week.

  • ivanhapac Ivan Harrison (@ivanhapac) reported

Oh @Optus no wonder you're net profits are taking a hit. Terrible ADSL connection speeds for the princely sum of $85 pm. Yet found out from one of your service team @NBN_Australia has been in our area since March for $75 pm! A paltry $10 off for the next 6 months. Hello @Telstra

  • barmat1725 mat bar 79 (@barmat1725) reported

@Telstra Her landline service is on NBN and she has not reported fault on her landline. NBN was put on 17 Dec. All she needs is a 16 digit Telstra code to unlock her phone. That's all she is requesting for.

  • simondotau Simon Wright (@simondotau) reported

@NBN_Australia @johnathanpiss Please don’t contribute if you’re going to be so woefully ignorant. Two bars of wifi on an iPhone is still a reasonable signal which would not be a bottleneck for most consumer internet connections. Do your job and stop deflecting.
