@Telstra The frustration is that I did nothing to request a change in my service, but when it was looked into Telstra said I had contacted another provider and was connecting to them so Telstra had to turn off my internet as you can have 2 NBN lines! I did not contact another service.

@NBN_Australia Hey NBN Australia, can you start paying your workers PROPERLY so they can do their jobs? A lot of us here are suffering due to your poor management. Many suburbs are STILL not connected and it has been WEEKS. Get it together!

@NYKAustralia Do you rate Telstra? They were trash for us. We changed to Aussie Broadband on the NBN and basically haven’t had an issue at all. Need peak performance to see the Knicks dominate in HD definition

How is it that our neighbours had this resolved but we can't? How is it @NBN_Australia can tell @iiNet they're not going to fix the problem, and @iiNet accepts that and fails to advise us of our option to engage the Communications Ombudsman? Not bloody good enough, either of you.

We're told @NBN_Australia will investigate and "may" send a technician around if they find a problem. No one will contact us to inform us of the outcome though so we're to call back and request an update after a couple of days.

I’m appalled by @NBN_Australia utter lack of ability to just do the basics. My vulnerable elderly MIL has a fault confirmed by the ISP to be an NBN issue and they say she has to wait 2 weeks for anyone to even look at it? Just a disgraceful failure to maintain basic level service

Called @iiNet tonight. Informed @NBN_Australia have looked into it and won't be sending out anyone to investigate the fault. Presumably there was connectivity at the time they checked so they think it's all good. This will happen next time there's a storm, as sure as ****.

@StephenJonesMP @mahootna2 Beggars belief it hasn’t rolled out there yet when they’re already beginning upgrades to existing NBN infrastructure in other parts of the country The whole rollout under LNP has been a scandal. I don’t know why the Australian public aren’t more angry over this essential service

@LennaLeprena I had it for a while-I complained about 5 times, got credits for bills, but they didn’t fix the interruption problems. As soon as 5G came in I switched to that using the hotspot on my phone-rarely have problems. When they upgrade NBN I’ll switch back

@swm0904 @NBN_Australia You buy a house somewhere in Australia and wait to see what kind of **** NBN internet service you win.
