    @BelindaJones68 Yes...NBN Channel 3 /9 were absolutely obsessed with following around the smirking gift giver Barilaro ...giving him loads of free press at EVERY opportunity!!!! And they consistently made efforts to talk down Jodie McKay!!! Such BLATANT partisan media coverage!!!

    @NBN_Australia First drop of rain and the service drops out. Four outages in the last month or so with NBN alternatively blaming the aerial cable, water getting into the pit, a faulty street connection, etc. Your device is crap

    @NBN_Australia internet is down, already done some tests with ISP @AussieBroadband, we think it's NBN but no outages detected on your site. Please check.

    @Telstra Called help a d that too 25 mins just to get by the first guy who wouldn’t confirm me with anything but my account number. Painful. Now waiting to be transferred to someone on the NBN connections team. Is this what service has become with Telstra?

    @TelFraser Sorry to hear you may be having some issues with your NBN. We can look into this further for you and advise what's going on. Also, NBN is the wholesaler of the network and we do need to book a tech via them. Please send us a DM and we'll continue to chat there. George

    Why is it so hard to get things done @Optus waiting for @NBN_Australia person to fix my internet that never showed last week for the same appointment. But all you can tell me I have to wait. Not good customer service at all!

    @sj_bowden Telstra was coming around sometime between 8am and 8pm to fix the NBN connection, so you know, didn’t want to miss that.
