@jriewolod @Telstra Why anyone continues to sign up to Telstra NBN and home phone is beyond me. There's no option to opt out of a modem many don't need, the mesh wifi booster is overpriced, the service is the worst, oh did I mention there's no discount once you've bought the modem? Thieves.

@greencate @GladysB So you would prefer poor kids, who’s parents can’t afford NBN and computers, to never be educated ever again? How selfish.

@NBN_Australia As per my previous post, the issue is not at my property but @NBN_Australia using a degraded 1.3km copper line for internet.

How to deal with your internet dying in Australia: - Call your ISP - ISP says it’s @NBN_Australia problem - ISP raises a fault with NBN - I sit here for ??? waiting to hear from NBN as they have to call/email me Dystopian.

@rajeevramani think they've had a total network failure - nbn flaky, website down, not accepting calls

@khingy @NBN_Australia @beourmate Then guaranteed 4-6 week backlog on new boxes. No compensation or immediate remediation because I don’t deal directly with NBN and ISP can say it’s not their problem. Perfect finger pointing nightmare for end user. Times like these make me want to go all in on a 4G dongle.

@kellysaysthat Too easy. Had many issues with just getting nbn installation so waited for 5G. No issues thus far. Other than having to reset the router if no internet or slow

@Lola_lmao7 @NBN_Australia Total disaster. No competition and pure cronyism where ultimately the customer suffers. Why do I even have to deal with two parties? Imagine if I had to deal with both Energy Australia and the gas providers…
