@phbarratt Assuming you are NBN enabled, get an answering machine with a digital display, it will display number calling. If you do not know the number calling don't answer or wait for them to speak. Spammers will hang up as soon as your answering machine answers 99% of the time.

  • kaffando Completely over it. (@kaffando) reported

@TPG_Telecom I was without internet for a full 8 hours (1.30pm to 9.30pm). @TPG_Telecom I called the number provided in the text I was sent & the person hung up on me when I requested compensation for the lack of service. I expect this to be addressed. @NBN_Australia aren't interested

  • nathanemmanuel8 Nate86 (@nathanemmanuel8) reported

@NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom within the last 3 weeks I have lost internet 4 to 5 times, it has affected my work and also my mobile phone data is over due to this. And for some reason there is never an nbn technician on the weekends. I shouldn’t be paying this months bill.

  • AndrewIanWilson Andrew I Wilson (@AndrewIanWilson) reported

@mariewalsh18 I will never forgive him for the NBN debacle. He knew what he was doing was wrong. He lied, and we are paying the price of those lies

  • NattyThulke Nat Thulke (@NattyThulke) reported

@_bron_ @geoff_craig Yeah we now get around 65-70mb down but up is capped at 20mb (enforced by NBN now)

  • ThatSleepGuy 💧It's_all_an_illusion (@ThatSleepGuy) reported

@HaydenJOConnor But the LNP did try to help out Murdoch's Foxtel by giving us a **** NBN with deliberately slow speeds... thereby limiting streaming services. 25 MBits/sec here, 1000 MBit/sec in many Asian cities. Asian speeds 40 x our speeds. Wake up, Australia. Rupert owns the Govt.

  • _bron_ Bron Thulke (@_bron_) reported

@geoff_craig No issues with their NBN here, we've been getting 75-80mbps since we moved in, until they annoyingly capped out back down to about 60mbps recently. @NattyThulke could probably confirm the numbers. The calling they did is another frustration

  • Russputin2 Russell Drysdale #I still stand with Dan (@Russputin2) reported

@FionaPatton10 Fiona, I think she is ignorant, even for a robot. She never responds to my suggestions, or even stops to listen. She never sends flowers, chocolates or even a birthday card. She only ever rings to threaten to cut off my NBN, which I purchase thru a third party. Not sure she cares

@NBN_Australia The street is down, just to be clear.
