    @NBN_Australia I would have thought the diversity award should have gone the NBN contractors from Canberra who fixed our NBN so well we have had no issues since. Didn't have a word of Eng between them but sign lang was enough. Problem had defied efforts of 7 or 8 techos previously.

    @Optus Thanks for responding. It wasn't an Optus NBN service as the problem, it was NBN in general which caused everyone in the area to tether to their mobiles, which I suspect was swamping the mobile data networks. NBN came back in the past 30 mins, now mobile is back to 30+Mbps! :)

    @NBN_Australia one of you technicians visited today. Just before he left, I said the internet is not working. He said it wld be on in 5mins and left. From drop outs, I have no internet. How does a technician leave without ensuring the it works? Why no new booking after six hours

    Entrust ICT advise that upstream carrier engineers have been despatched, and are working to resolve the issue at the NBN POI in Tullamarine as a matter of urgency.

    @NBN_Australia I have been waiting 4 months for your technicians to do connect some lines or something in the complex I'm at. I was last updated like 2 - 3 weeks ago regarding the time of when this would happen and was never even given a solid date, same thing was said previous month.

    Entrust ICT advise some services attached to the NBN POI at Tullamarine may be experiencing connectivity issues. This issue is under investigation by the upstream carriers engineers, and updates will be posted in an hour.
