@TPG_Telecom It is constantly dropping out all the time. It has been happening for days. We need help urgently. This is impacting our jobs majorly. If TPG can’t provide a service to us, we are going to have to look elsewhere as it’s been horrible since we connected to the nbn.

@dodado23 Thanks for sending us a DM, sadly we are getting errors when trying to respond to you there. For your issue, as per our tests you're on an NBN FTTN service and the maximum line sync speed your line is only capable of is around 35Mbps download speed. 1/2 -Mel

@Optus Well I am speaking with your tech support and NBN for last 2 days. Tried like million things. If you cant fix something, accept it so we can move to other provider. However, since you have wasted days of work I have to make sure others know about this. @Optus

@marblewraith @Democracy_Duck @Senator_Patrick Yeah, not on backbone of nbn we can't, not until all that bloody copper is replaced. Still too slow in too many areas and fails every time we have bad weather. Would love a non profit search engine in Oz, and the Gmail/GSuite type stuff that could accompany it but can't see it.

You tweeted that you knew nothing about the terrible #NBN incompetence and that you could do something about it. But then you changed your mind and tweeted that inferior service by the #NBN Advisory Group.

@timvcm @deniseshrivell This sounds an awful lot like and likely to go about as well as the NBN
