@gracextwo Building on the stellar strength of government delivery of NBN? Poor kids.

@Barrocco32 @AlanBixter Completely different discussion, but Rudd didn't build an nbn network, light rail, handle a pandemic, reduce unemployment among many other things. Pointless and old comparison. Remember mortgage rates under Keating? Recession?

  • Meat_Watcher Matt Dalgleish (@Meat_Watcher) reported

@agronomy_sharon @journoandy26 In such a quick period of time @SpaceXStarlink has found a much better service than NBN could manage after years of tinkering. I’m confident if the demand is there companies like Starlink will find appropriate solutions.

@Axer121 @NBN_Australia I had them finally send out a different technician who literally did his job and found the issue for us. The other guy that came checked nothing and just suggested that we re wire the whole house. The new technician rerouted our connection and its been working perfectly.

@Shane3574 @PeteMac007 @ChrisMinnsMP Don't confuse these concepts: The government made the choice it did in POLICY - promising to deliver a "budget" solution (PROJECT). When it comes down to the actual running and management (PRIVITISATION) of this sub-par infrastructure, NBN Co actually does a pretty good job.

  • Ballyurra Ray™ (@Ballyurra) reported

Just heard on the radio that the rain is causing the NBN heaps of problems.. Really?..its not my modem?..I shouldn't be running up and down my stairs resetting it 8 times a day? Hey..hang on. It rains this much in Ireland and they don't have this trouble.

  • aussietrisha Patricia (@aussietrisha) reported

@DonovanXDonovan @AnnastaciaMP The NBN was the labor party $50 BILLION spending spree that has never delivered what was promised!

  • Tailgator1 Tailgator (@Tailgator1) reported

Budget has another $1.3B pn communications infrastructure. Still drip feeding the Coalition's MTM network. #NBN

@NBN_Australia We've already had this conversation. I'm referring to a complaint about your seriously bad technical decision at my front gate. We explained that our phone drops in the rain and was unsuitable as an internet service. But we were ignored. And guess what? #Fraudband #Ignored

@MalleeRay @journoandy26 Skymuster doesn’t have 20 yrs left, it will run out of fuel. Nbn have always had upgrades in corporate plan. Starlink isn’t a solution for majority, it’s great for those who want 2 constantly stream but limited, expensive, unreliable, plagued by dropouts & poor customer service
