@NBN_Australia I’ve spoken to my provider a million times - the issue is you numpties don’t use fibre to the premises. Useless

  • TimCPalmer Tim Palmer (@TimCPalmer) reported

@NBN_Australia So before posting these bland cut and paste replies did you even examine the issue at hand? How many customers are affected? How many need to be without service, how many times and for how long for it to be fixed as a priority?

  • PetaSchroth5 Peta Schroth (@PetaSchroth5) reported

@Scamwatch_gov @Optus Use your ap or google live chat optus...optus never calls not even for a nbn installation

  • swill70 Simon Williams (@swill70) reported

@Optus Hi. I’ve been having issues with my Wifi internet ( Mobile Broadband) with it being slow and dropping out. I know I live in a *blackspot* area. I am toying with moving across to NBN. Will this eliminate the blackspot issue If I do? Does it cost to move across?

  • megrburgess The Meg 🦈 (@megrburgess) reported

@NBN_Australia thanks for giving us warning about the outage today… to bad for anyone that was supposed to be working from home or anything hey?

  • SueWilson_235 TweetSue (@SueWilson_235) reported

@Telstra Now my @Telstra *email access* issue seems to be resolved, I have found this email: "We would love to hear about your experience with us when resolving your recent NBN issue." The level of incompetence is appalling, matched only by Telstra's indifference to its customers.

  • TimCPalmer Tim Palmer (@TimCPalmer) reported

@NBN_Australia Sorry Debbie but Trust and reliability are two word associations that will never be made with NBN Australia until it gets its technical support up to credible standards and allows accountable responses to end user problems

  • TimCPalmer Tim Palmer (@TimCPalmer) reported

@NBN_Australia so NBN Australia how about rather than tinkering around the edges on this 5th Chatswood outage in as many days you actually fix it? HFC & FTTN are the Coalition Govts enduring anti productivity legacy to Australia and the NBN has just given up
