    @Internode The service was down for 15 minutes, during a time where I was in the middle of a game session (it dropped out at just after midnight), the outage window NBN advised was between midnight and 6am. I am not going to log a ticket.

  • enveebe Nick veeBee (@enveebe) reported

    Day 6 without internet! @NBN_Australia screwed up and cut us off by mistake. Who'd have thought a 15 min fix could take a week to organise. @TPG_Telecom seem to have zero influence in expediting the process.

  • yaowayy Yaowei Zhang (@yaowayy) reported

    @Doanyvee In 2021, most nbn are about the same so you either go with an independent isp that does good prices or a main isp like optus for service for when it dies. Its def reliable and good

    .@telstra If you know you have an outage, please update your outages web site. Don't make us waste time all reporting it individually. Telstra NBN HFC been out since 11:30 AM today in South Western Sydney.

  • EwokHunter1 Ewok Hunter (@EwokHunter1) reported

    @sunriseon7 @tanya_plibersek @Barnaby_Joyce Barnaby regretting the lousy LNP built NBN there. Couldn't hear a damn word from him

  • MacrossFiru MacrossFiru (@MacrossFiru) reported

    can yall get your 5g vaccines so I can finally get decent 4gx signal where I live, we're rural so 5g is useless to us, and ffs theres too many "I cant use nbn" people on mobile data >:|

  • andrew_fester Andrew Fester (@andrew_fester) reported

    @Telstra and @NBN_Australia can you make up your mind whose responsibility it is for NBN technicians not arriving?Telstra is saying NBN Co, then the NBN Co website says it’s Telstra? Either way the customer experience is atrocious.

  • markje4 Mark Evans (@markje4) reported

    @sunriseon7 @tanya_plibersek @Barnaby_Joyce Poor Barnaby being let down by the Abbott/Turnbull NBN-lite.

  • the_scotsman_ the_scotsman_ (@the_scotsman_) reported

    Bloody Telstra, took 45 minutes in chat to simply get an NBN tech appt for my NBN issues. 5-10 minutes between "expert" responses. Likely working 10 other chats at once. And it was basically closed off with no confirmation of anything, until I asked. Piss poor customer service.

    @Mr_Tushi_Gaming I live in Australia. The government implemented a national broadband network (NBN) in 2013 that initially had fibre to the premise (FTTP) for blazing fast internet. Instead we ended up with a fibre to the node NBN which struggles to sustain 10 to 15 Mbps.
