@psaggo @AlboMP @MurrayWatt Both Labor designed policies, both left to the LNP to make work, NBN is now at 99% of premises compared to Labors 50000 premises in 4 years and robodebt was Plibersek’s idea for which she was praised, that was closed down by the LNP when it failed like every other Labor policy

Hi @TPG_Telecom your customer service is terrible! Our NBN hasn’t been working since Thursday & every time we reach out, we’re given the complete run around. We’ve been told that you are unable to book an appt with an NBN @NBN_Australia technician, so what are we supposed to do!?

  • notTHEwoz Woz (@notTHEwoz) reported

@NBN_Australia NBN Techs have been out multiple times to fix lines in our street. They all say the same thing: Old crappy copper and connections as well as too far from node.

  • Kulia240 Kulia (@Kulia240) reported

@JacquiXOttv Ah that's fair. I imagine itll be worse too if you're not on nbn. I feel support for broadband is minuscule these days.

  • KittyAbsurd Alexa (@KittyAbsurd) reported

I'm still stuck with my ****** 15Mbps FTTN connection (at absolute best, usually averages around 10Mbps) that the NBN refuses to do anything to fix. My entire suburb is below their minimum 'acceptable' speed & cant get anything done to improve it. Quoted $25k to "upgrade"

  • ScipioAfricnus Pauvre Ferdinand (@ScipioAfricnus) reported

Lightning took out my FTTC NBN NCD again... third time in 18 months. NBN can't come deliver me a new box for 2 weeks? @NBN_Australia is incompetent and it's unbelievable a country like Australia has such terrible internet infrastrucuture. Want my @TELUS fibre back.

  • TbmgamesO Cookie_monster (@TbmgamesO) reported

@notTHEwoz @NBN_Australia As far as I understand it What they'll do is roll it down your street and when you place an order on A NBN100 or above plan then they will install the fiber lead in to your premises.

  • RonRuys1 Ron Ruys (@RonRuys1) reported

@john_JustFacts @TurnbullMalcolm Most NBN installations are terrible and should be addressed There is no workmanship standards anymore
