NBN are here installing a box and now our internet is down. And they’re about to pack up and leave because “we didn’t do anything!”

These phone scam people don't even try. Scammer: I'm from NBN, we're going to disconnect your internet because of connectivity issues. Your computer is being attacked by malware. Me: That sounds like a software issue rather than a connectivity issue. Scammer: *hangs up*

@ClarieceBooty I know exactly what you mean. My experience with Telstra service is it’s generally the best, and that’s made me nervous. We moved completely to Optus when we got here, much cheaper, and the service was fine. A change to NBN fixed wireless pushed them out.

@andy_penn Hi Andy, how about helping a busy restaurant restore their faulty NBN service. Last 2 days we can't trade bcoz of it. Lost orders and it may go bust soon. And your call centres are refusing to log a fault as the owner is overseas. Its bad for the staff who can't run

@em_pty_7 @Telstra Unfortunately our problem is not fixed. It seems phone line has now dropped out as green light is no longer on display. This is after an nbn co technician came this morning. Please let us know how this will be rectified and when

@XXL There isn't a track that does a better job at both dissing and sounding good than Ice Cube's "No Vaseline". The blasting line that doesn't get talked about enough though is "Craziest's" (NbN) "I'm hitting Jermaine in Atlanta 'cause he owe me loot for that jump ****".

@EMacskasy @kokolopa Make sure you test with an ethernet cable, to make sure it's your NBN and not your WiFi that is the issue. WiFi suffers from interference from all the other WiFi networks around you.

@VicMaz7 @FatherBob Thanks. have done that multiple times. Also rebooted the NBN modem. Changed between 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz as sometimes the 2.4 Ghz is faster (depending on other people's usage). We still have crap NBN with the resolution often dropping due to reduced bandwidth availability.
