@anthony06108170 The cost was coming down, and is cheaper now. A lot of that info is in the reports. Got to remember, capital expenditure is one factor - the operating expenditure is the one biting NBN now having to maintain the old copper.

  • YUHeff2BSoGreen This Dalek's Workday 🇺🇦💉💉💉 (@YUHeff2BSoGreen) reported

now they tell me because i didn't receive their stupid sms at 6am while i was asleep and it's now less than 24 hours to the appointment they booked without consulting me first, they cannot reschedule it because NBN CO ARE A BUNCH OF POXY, RIGID *****

  • JaSe_BdM Jase_BDM (@JaSe_BdM) reported

NBN is an absolute disgrace! Some may call it a first world problem that we don’t have internet - but I do live in a first world country! Pathetic!

  • LouiseDreux Marie-Louise Dreux @MLDreux@mastodon.au (@LouiseDreux) reported

@JonesHowdareyou @Aaronsmith333 Then there was mindlessly following Tony Abbot’s plan for the 100th rate NBN. Turnbull knew it was garbage from the start. Such a disappointment.

  • dgr_dgr Daniel Rose (@dgr_dgr) reported

@debritz I often wonder if everyone in these call centers knows what they're doing is shonky. Surely there's gotta be some who legit think they work for the NBN help desk

  • greggardner43 Greg Gardner (@greggardner43) reported

No wonder @Optus had a data breach. Same company cannot supply full strength internet or phone line for over a week. So called help line incompetent. Technician baffled. Blame game has started with @NBN_Australia. @Telstra here I come.

  • velcrochicken12 Chickenoodle (@velcrochicken12) reported

@NBN_Australia @michaelplis 3 months and waiting for you to sort out my speed issue due to line damage. Yeah good job.

  • Donazzan Matt Donazzan (@Donazzan) reported

Today's write down of the value of the AU Fed Gov investment in NBN by $31bn (~70%) is a reminder of how wasteful gov attempts to compete in utility markets can be. @DanielAndrewsMP take note - SEC restart is bad economics. #economics #Victoria #auspol

  • Chileno02Hugo Hugo (@Chileno02Hugo) reported

@NBN_Australia Constant drop outs for the last 2 days and all my ISP can say its a NBNCO issue they logged a fault how is that staying connected it rains for 3 days the network goes down the toilet

  • VBontheMove VinceB (@VBontheMove) reported

@Telstra Extremely disappointed today. Telstra/nbn tech did not show. Upon investigation nbn had not confirmed apptmt. Another 4/5 business days required to fix connection. Case # 49051360
