@BroHilderchump @zerogeewhiz I have a wardrobe full of Telstra routers, it's the fix all solution to the problem instead of sending out a technician. The current Router does have 4G backup but when the NBN drops out it takes a few minutes to switch to 4G and it's annoying if watching a show online.

@Ctl_Alt_Del The worst govt in Oz history has stuffed up the fires response, the military hardware orders, the NBN, the pandemic response, the Robodeath fiasco, the **** scourge, the China relationship, etc etc etc...so the vax stuff up was a given...

  • Keith28761064 Keith (@Keith28761064) reported

@NBN_Australia I’ve reported both the outage and my dissatisfaction at sharing the infrastructure. The out was resolved after about 12 hours. The shared infrastructure is still shared.😔

  • o_labb Orlando.Lab (@o_labb) reported

@NBN_Australia How about providing a quality stable product since everyone is paying premium prices regardless of the service provider

  • maelduin_ross Bunyip Bluegum (@maelduin_ross) reported

@MelanieTait $10/month. I haven't used it; but decided I would need another means of communication if my now NBN and VOIP wired one became useless in the case of an i/net outage. Which are most likely to happen in an emergency situation. Just an unpublicised NBN consequence.

  • _akadi_ Anthony Kadi (@_akadi_) reported

@AmandasAudit That's not the fault of the fibre to your home. The problem is further upstream. Your ISP doesn't buy enough capacity from NBN Co. Solution is to change providers.

  • julerin8 Julian Barlow (@julerin8) reported

Asked to fill in a survey by @NBN_Australia Tried twice but my #NBN was so slow it wouldn't work. Do you still want me to try again or does that answer your question?

  • psg_au Peter (@psg_au) reported

@NBN_Australia @Telstra So, just got a Text from Telstra saying that my NBN Service is now fixed and the ticket will be closed..... Not more than a hour later and we are back to the yo-yo between DSL and GSM. Guess what ? ITS NOT FIXED!!

  • julerin8 Julian Barlow (@julerin8) reported

@NBN_Australia They have tried, many many times. They sent me a new fast modem which caused me to have no internet at all for a week til I reinstalled the old one. "Turn it off and on again". Each time I complain publicly the service improves briefly then becomes unreliable and slow again.

  • clarenceb30 Claire Baxter (@clarenceb30) reported

@NBN_Australia I'm receiving daily text from you reminding me of my connection appt tomorrow & asking me to text a # back to confirm/cancel/change. Despite requesting to change it I keep getting the same reminder. @TPG_Telecom have advised a new date so I'm very confused.
