Update on our Neighbour M Appears her NBN has gone to pot. Nothing wants to connect and her landline has died. Possibly due to the NBN tech working out in the pit nearby. Also, ( because why not?) her mobile phone has also just died and not working. Ugh.

@franksting Ugh. That blows. I’m pleasantly surprised with FTTC, tbh. No issues at all for over a year. But it took NBN a fortnight to connect upstream after the RFS.

@NBN_Australia Please feel free to share an update anytime on the Adelaide hills outage. Some ISP are saying they will update by 1pm tomorrow.. everyone at the local pub are frustrated.

@NBN_Australia Please just be aware it’s impacting a lot of customers so more info is best.. I have people at the local saying their ISP is garbage when it’s the base infra.. people here are hitting over 27 hrs with no internet. Comms is key!

Local #nbn has been down for nearly 24 hours. Using phone hotspots to keep our businesses running, but the local shops can't use their eftpos and no-one carries cash anymore. We'd love an update on when it might be back on, but nothing available yet on @NBN_Australia's website.

@memselwood @NBN_Australia Should be back up tonight in lobethal area (internode have more info than NBN) fibre cut impacting whole town infra. nBN outage info useless.
