    What gets me about the #NBN is they are totally unaccountable for any problems. Always the service provider. And if you get a Tech to call they are incompetent and do nothing. I will go to the node, and are never seen again. Well done LNP you have done well in screwing the place.

    @bigjsl @iPilko @NBN_Australia He literally was not equipped to fix it. This requires digging up conduit and climbing a power pole. They were equipped to do basic cable repairs, not civil engineering work.

    @iPilko @bigjsl @NBN_Australia A contractor actually showed up, but said it isn't something he could fix, but he was having it assigned to a different team. Callout for him, his offsider and their truck was several hundred dollars (a high single-digit number of hundreds).

    No response about #NBN Being down yet. 8 30pm it fell over. Not been sighted since then.

    @NewtonMark @NBN_Australia I got a response from the complaints team today, re-sending me the email claiming it was fixed. NO SHIT SHERLOCK - TAKE A LOOK AT THE FSCKING PHOTOS AND TELL ME IF IT LOOKS FIXED AS YOUR EMAIL CLAIMS. Sorry for that, but the lack of giving-a-fsck from your end is astonishing.

    @AlboMP The LNP hasn’t ever been constructive. Never mind the GFC. Cuts to health, aged care, ABC. Screwed up NBN, reduced funding for foreign aid, refusal to reform franking credits, unsustainable tax cuts for the well off, global warming inaction. Stop me.

    I’ve been struggling with a decent connection with my internet ever since I moved in to my new home. I can’t stream without my internet dropping out multiple times which affects my viewership/income. Can I get some support through this tweet to address this to @NBN_Australia .

    @KyleTGTTV @NBN_Australia Are you using wifi or ethernet? I had massive drop out issues for a while then switched to ethernet and have never had an issue since. Even if it’s super impractical to have a cable across the house it’s worth a check to see if it’s wifi signal and not anything else

    @NBN_Australia 1/2 Hello, Could you please help me get nbn at my new residence? I joined tangerine, but cancelled the next day, after deciding to stay with @superloopau Tangerine refunded me and said they cancelled the order. 5 days later @superloopau say it can't connect

    NBN was made aware of my internet issues and did “remote testing” rather than come to my premises to fix the issue. After they said everything is working as intended my internet still proceeds to drop out. As someone who does this for work, I need functioning internet.

    @NBN_Australia , I’m not complaining about not being able to watch my show on Netflix occasionally. I’m using your services to work and make a living for a family. Don’t gaslight me. Please, come fix your problematic service.
