    **** the #nbn been crap all afternoon on again off again. Losing stuff I upload to God knows where. WTF 65th in the world and falling. And if #nbn tell me to contact my provider I will scream. ITS NOT MY PROVIDERS FAULT.

    As if the #nbn will do anything, been going thru this crap since the switchover. #nbn totally unaccountable, and blame the providers. See the connection just like Gov blame everyone else.

    @lynlinking Blame LNP Government for this, they have stuffed up the NBN & won't be told, won't discuss, won't write down the $51+bn & therefore taxpayers pay twice, once for build & second for overpriced connection deals through RSP's.......LNP were warned......watch how much this costs us

    Australian broadband has to be amongst the worst in the world. Constantly keeps dropping out. NBN sort yourselves out.

One of the big delays in Telstra going to DOCSIS3 was apparently because they had old kit (theirs and customers) still on the network.

    @frogworth Life hack - spend your day in any icy cold Sydney bus on constant loop, tethering 4G on your laptop because the NBN sucks anyway. Cheaper than a co working space.

    @Optus cutting off all internet with zero notification of NBN cutover date and 1 hour later chat people zero help. Only work from home and studying for masters online. Ombudsman tomorrow, yet again.

    Hey @Telstra, how does this work... I cancel a broadband cable that I’ve had with you for years to avoid being forced onto NBN, and instead I commit to you for 3 years with home hub. And you want to charge me cancellation fees. Please explain the sense in that.

    @swa11ace It’s impossibly poor when compared to the old Bigpond via the Foxtel cable version. That thing was magnificent - almost as good as what you get on a remote island somewhere in Asia. @NBN_Australia is basically a 4th world version of that. Pox 👎🏼

    @TPG_Telecom That request was made this morning when I rang TPG to alert about the outage. What I've been trying to find out/understand all day is whether it's linked with the wider NBN outage in Melbourne TPG has had today or not (1/2)

    @NBN_Australia I have had no internet since Sunday & am told by my service provider it is an unplanned outage & you aren’t able to provide an ETA. Multiple lines, inner west. Can you provide an update please.

    I waited all day for an NBN technician to be told they had cancelled but not advised me. @AussieBroadband advised me @NBN_Australia do this all the time as though it was acceptable and then got upset with me when I told them they should not accept bad service.

    NBN connectivity over the last couple of weeks has been ****. Seeing at least a couple of dropouts daily, and many slowdowns. Current dropout 5 minutes and counting. Thanks @TurnbullMalcolm. This is your legacy.

    @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom how come it’s your box that the issue is with yet we are unable to talk to you about it? Seems like a abit of double handling to me. I talk to TPG, who talk to you and then TPG talks to me again. All I know is this has been over four days without working NBN.

    @Telstra Tomorrow! the advice was 6pm last Saturday… no internet degraded 3G, Emergency Alerts affected - all of this after a fortnight long outage a week ago affecting several hundred ppl - Cable to xchange was given to NBN- existing ADSL services affected Zero comms or follow up
