    All medical alarm users should also register their medical alarm with the nbn as it will help to minimise any break in service during the transition. Registration is free, and can be done online or by calling 1800 687 626.

    @Telstra My area is not yet serviced by the NBN. @Telstra are still solely responsible for the service.

Yet once you have NBN pass you property you have no option.....total disaster

    @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Three of your customer staff gave us contradicting updates and your engineer turned up an hour after the slot with no apology or explanation. Internet is restored but is now currently tracking 25mb on a 100mb contract

    @redruby17 Its still worth the call, we believe. If the issue is intermittent, then its best to keep pushing through the process until its fixed. If it means multiple calls, multiple NBN visits, so be it! We can always gather more information, at the very least. - Leo

    Thank you 'Wayne' from the @Telstra billing enquiry team today who fixed my 3 mth ongoing overcharging issue with change 2 NBN in under 20 mins compared to 2 previous calls totalling 2:45 hrs, where I was promised my account was corrected. #EfficientEffectiveCustomerService

    @NBN_Australia The connection has been dropping out at least 20 times per day or more. The NBN modem is dropping the connection. Telstra can't seem to troubleshoot the issue. This has been getting worse over the past few weeks. I pay for the fastest to be able to work from home, now I can't.

    Sorry everyone I'm gonna cancel todays stream. NBN is doing my head in and I'm still trying to limit my bandwidth for the entire router to avoid this NBN Pacer ******* the stream up. Asus WRT does not seem to be able to limit it enough.

    @NBN_Australia I've been advised that NBN are working on either an outage or planned works (which is it?) since 1.30pm. It's now nearly 7.30pm and still no internet. Will I receive a refund for hours without service?

    @qikipedia Easier just to put a camera on the moon & route the video feed through Australia's NBN broadband network, that should introduce about a twelve month delay.

    @adamajacoby I would add their deliberate under-investment in social and material infrastructure as well. NBN, NDIS, etc. even money they promised to help rebuild after last summer’s fire. I’d also make the point that it was the States that did the heavy lifting on COVID.

    @_bron_ @Optus @Telstra For a cheaper price we’re getting double the NBN speed, waaaaay less drop outs and even had a guy today call to make sure everything was working ok and we were “happy with the service”.
