@MikeCarlton01 @Telstra Took Telstra 3 months and a complaint to the ombudsman for a human to come to Newport last week, open a pit and tell us the problem was nbn workers had cut the copper wire to our house.

@EddyJokovich @abc730 ABC might be under directives from LNP especially when LNP is under fire so smokescreen the bad news! Today’s news - NBN, Fletcher again on land purchase and then Teague. 7.30 report was poor as inquiry is still ongoing and outbreak appears to be linked to hotel mgr.

@slsandpet Before we were forced to transfer to NBN we were getting 110 down, 10 up. After switch over (and much complaining) I was getting 90 down, 30 up. Currently getting 40 down 30 up. Not acceptable really (and I’m paying the same).

@NBN_Australia @telstra Received my bill for the first Two Months service Plus a call-out fee I’m sure I signed for all of that somewhere However I am currently applying for the first month free given the (ongoing) issues we’ve had 🤞 (PS- I got an automated response to my DM)

@marcuskelson @Juanita_Phillip Hate to say Telstra too. No contract so you won’t be locked in. Not cheap cheap but not outrageous. During lockdowns it just worked and worked well, while colleagues with other providers had bad service and tech faults, looking at you iiNet! Caveat, I have NBN FTTP.

I am a disabled woman who relies on NBN unlimited because I can not do anything else. It’s a third world service. Answers please?

@NBN_Australia Third world service. My unlimited service is now penalised if I use over 400gb per month. I am a disabled woman who completely relies on my NBN service and I regularly use over 400 and pay for unlimited. It is now limited, apparently. I want answers.

@Juanita_Phillip I have chosen a company called Tangerine Telecom. We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 teenage children). Between us we have about 20 wifi devices connected to our Asus Router which is connected to Tangerine (NBN Reseller). We are on the XL Speed Boost Plan ($70/mth). No issue.

Hey @NBN_Australia what's the point of having a phone number, if 90% of the IVR options just play a recorded message, then hang up on you? I ended up having to go through to the damaged equipment line just to be able to speak to someone and get transferred to general enquiries.
