@RuseBGZs @hallowedthrone I just set up the nbn box and modem and all that and it went from 100mbps down and 4mbps up to 40mbps down and like 20mbps up and the cable/new Antenna thing hasn’t even been installed yet so... yeah :3..

The nbn and internet situation in Australia is bad enough, but this whole situation has seriously stopped me ever, ever signing up with @Telstra again, and will adamantly be advising friends and family of the same. Never have I experienced such a lack of basic caring from staff.

My colleague is leaving the country in ten days. He rang up fl-@Optus yesterday and asked them to cancel his services on the day before he left. Of course, an hour later his nbn was not working.

Currently am using NBN Telstra am paying for 100, but getting max 43.....not good, just shifted & now have blinking green lights & nothing...🤔😠😠

Took them 47days last time to get here & less than 8mins to fix 2 off them....totally incompetent deal Telstra blames NBN blames Telstra, problem is, you dont have a contract with NBN, must use provider

@Joabyjojo Just redid it on mobile hotspot, 48mb down, 9mb up.. I have an inkling that the "4g backup" is fighting with the nbn connection, and the result is, I lose. Switching ISP's tomorrow though, so no longer have to worry about having a "business grade" connection.

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia It's not your fault it's ok. I have a case already but can't be delivered til next week. Ironic when I was sent the box and asked to install it myself when activating my service..?? That seems contradictory. I'm not saying go to a store but meet a tech anywhere.

But the LNP decide to say NO to everything, ran a scare campaign against climate action with the backing of the Murdoch media who also help push the destruction of the NBN. They said NO to stimulus during the GFC.
