@ansj64 @JoePring_ GMA decided to cancel the NBN so SC dismissed all 3 petitions questioning constitutionality of the deal, saying it became moot. In this case, SC said petition was filed under Rule 65, but Special Prosecutor assailed the supposed misapprehension of facts & the evidence on record.

@NBN_Australia Dear NBN. For 3 months your "engineers" kept bouncing back replies back to iinet telling them my nbn was fine no issues from their end. For 3 months I had disconn a dozen times a day..iinet couldn't help because your engineers stonewalled. Guess what, it WAS you.

@NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia it’s not been 14 days with no response or reply other than - it’s being investigated on Twitter - can someone pick up a phone and tell us wtf is happening ?

  • Miketrike8 Mike trike (@Miketrike8) reported

@NBN_Australia 3 months. Of 24h disconnections. 20 times a day. Or no internet at all. 12 weeks. Ripping my hair out. I had to go through TIO and BRRR. Also, customer "service" @iiNet provides is the biggest sham next to NBN providing capability. Fm an ex qdf mbr intimate with sigint and comms.

@AlboMP Dealing with incredibly slow NBN. I can't even do a speed test atm. 🙄No online boxingday sales for me.

    Hmm 2060 @beourmate @NBN_Australia down? Think so.

  • Miketrike8 Mike trike (@Miketrike8) reported

@whoisricho Dont dictate to me champ i spent 3 months with 24h disconnections on my nbn with them playing around back and forth until it was found out it was their fault. You think im going to take kindly to anymore of their crap? Sorry no.

  • zerogeewhiz Peter Anderson (@zerogeewhiz) reported

Boxing Day is the exact day you want your NBN connection to fail.

  • Chrisb8448 💧💉Chris B💉 (@Chrisb8448) reported

@MikeCarlton01 @nick_street1 iiNet were once the best, but when Michael Malone sold to TPG, all service calls etc., were moved to South Africa. This created many problems for us in Perth, mostly through the connection to NBN. So, after 22 years loyalty, we left. Now with Optus 5G - 19 months in and great.

  • MarcusSpark1980 Marcus (@MarcusSpark1980) reported

@tantryl @iiNet I’m only having email trouble - I moved to a local internet provider for my NBN service a few years ago. My FTTH speeds with iiNet were slower than my old copper ADSL.
