@iiNet Thank you for replying . Because I’m sure the nbn who are the cause of this useless service won’t

  • cocky28 joanne ***** (@cocky28) reported

@iiNet so is it your service or the nbn. Every day for the past few weeks the service just drops out. On off on off. Not happy paying his crappy service is going my head in. It also means all the other services I pay for I can’t access because no internet service.

@Kangaroo_cop We are sorry it has been a back and forth for you. When your provider refers to nbn, they are not referring to customer service agents, they are referring to an internal team. 1/2

This morning our internet was not working. Have been advised by our provider the 18th of May is the earliest a NBN technician can look at it!!!!! How is it possible for a household to function in this day and age without internet for a month?

Waited weeks only for @NBN_Australia to cancel the night before with no reschedule option. No other internet providers... what is a small business to do?

  • leavemycowalone ✌️rooboy✌️ (@leavemycowalone) reported

@official_lesdog There's often a correlation between presence of a Sanity and poor internet eg ADSL or one of the dodgy NBN set-ups

  • Brodiesuma Brodie Sumich (@Brodiesuma) reported

@NBN_Australia Well I’ve had about 10 people that try to fix things and still not going. Pathetic service from you guys never seen worse 👍

@ExitLeftTV Once had to call our isp from our landline for an internet related issue, go through all their usual checks and got to "turn off modem" and it disconnected the call because the move onto the NBN here also moved phone lines to VoIP essentially....
