@inkedpages Yep, having issues on both 4g and wired NBN, speeds are fine through speedtest, most sites in Australia work fine for me, anything overseas drops packets like crazy, I ran a tracert on repeat, one optus node in Australia was dropping 80% of packets out of 100....

I am working very very efficiently with randomly working internet. #sarcasm Can't even hotspot to get around it as it's both nbn and cellular down/intermittent.

@readfearn Fing told me outage in Warrnambool. Not in Warrnambool though. RSP told me about one that actually affects me. "nbn emergency network maintenance".

@HamSales because if you had ADSL prior to the NBN switch you can stay on it But bc it's outdated most places won't sign you up to it now bc it's not a service they offer to new customers anymore I think our next door neighbours use a 4/5G wifi modem as well

Of course the NBN will be sold to Telstra! They'll buy it for peanuts, meaning the government has just built a network for a company it owns 51% of, plus the tons of people who own shares, who will be all very happy with the charity.

@HamSales yeah that's the problem, the wall they want to drill through is a fire wall and needs to be properly sealed and installed so it's fully fire retardant but also the nbn groundwork at the property is dogshit so it's ****** to begin with

@Optus having NBN problems in Sippy Downs Sunshine Coast. Nothings loading, and if it does load it takes about half an hour or longer, any updates available?
