@craigreucassel Same here! Box failure on FTTC NBN is a known issue. Ours went 27 dec & given a technician date of 26 Feb !! Asked them to send a box but no reply. My retail provider eventually argued ‘medical reasons’ and it took all of 2 seconds yesterday for new box to fix the issue. 😒😡

@NBN_Australia Still drops out. Another subscriber to Netflix who lives at Gorokan, Central Coast has the same problem. Buffering and drop out. So it’s not only me. I have been told slow internet speed.

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I can make a suggestion. I had the same experience, 4 hours on hold etc. Eventually told them that when i plugged it jn, smoke comes out, next day service.

@woodinitbenice @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Put in a complaint to the Telecommunications Ombudsman. They are great, and get results. Costs nothing. Surprised that Telstra hasn't deployed one of the new mobile units if there are big issues with the local tower.

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia I’m with you there. Infrastructure’s failed here this morning and all the NBN site/phone line does is push you to complain to the service provider. It’s unaccountable to anyone!
