@Telstra NBN, Thornleigh. The back up 4G doesn't work since they replaced the 4G phone towers with 5G towers.

@RealCritHappens We are sorry it has taken so long for the issue to be reported. When you experience service-related issues, these will be reported by the provider to nbn, rather than nbn raising it to nbn. 1/3

@andy_penn Hi Andy. Sitting on hold with your online phone service still trying to get my internet sorted out. They said about 10 minutes wait and it’s 30 mins now and still waiting. No update, just music. Do you think this is acceptable service for a Telstra NBN problem not of my making?

@LesStonehouse @inside_cupboard If establish ICAC, bring the Biloela family home, invest in our Firefighting capabilities. Slowly phase out coal/gas and put the emphasis on clean energy. Electric cars would be a priority. Fix the damn NBN and fully fund our NDIS. This would be a start.
