@Telstra hi, my wife's NBN has been down for 2 days. She's rung several times only for her call to ring out. Pretty hard to run a business with no NBN.

@Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

Competition works! Current: Optus, $30/m, no 5g Tried Telstra 5G, $89 @ 300Gb, $60 @ 65Gb. Asked but nothing cheaper so cancelled MATE, my ISP (50Mbps @ $69/m) offered 5g on Testra network for $45 with $10 off NBN bundle. So net increase is $5 per month for 60Gb/m on 5g 👍

@pranitksaha Hi Pranit, I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your nbn connection & the confusion with your billing. We'd be happy to take a look & provide further assistance, could you send us a DM? We'll then verify your account details securely & take it from there. Sarah

@MarkDando4 @k_eagar @c_s_wallace Sorry but Telstra sat on their copper network for decades and did nothing with it. Australia would still be on ADSL if it wasn't for NBN, and only have 5G because mobile sector actually has some competition.

@Telstra I have no phone service even though it says I’m connected to 5G. Your customer service was going to send out an NBN technician? And now they’re saying they’ll call me in 24-48 hours? How? I have no phone service.

@macsween_prue @AustralianLabor @AlboMP NBN - grand vision by Labor, screwed by LNP NDIs - grand vision by Labor, screwed by LNP Everything you list that goes pear shaped has LNP fingerprints all over it. The only one who can help your cause Prue, is Dan Murphy’s or BWS.

@DodoAustralia trying to ascertain nbn status using your online mapping tool but it is totally useless on a mobile device. So can advise any issues for postcode 2536? Internet has been out for a couple of hours now.

Have had to move, which has meant going from a private FTTP internet to the @NBN_Australia FTTP. My god the NBN Co FTTP is awful. Feels like I have gone back to the early 2000s internet. As someone that works from home, this is awful for productivity.

@cathywilcox1 I jump the script and offer my bank details straight up, or pop the phone beside the TV speaker or if it’s an NBN scam, ask them how to fix my wifi.

@kochie_online “But7%” You said this in a tone of “REALLY” We never hear you complain of obscene bonuses for CEO’s. Especially ones being paid to NBN execs who have delivered zero. Real people are struggling. #Auspol23
