    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @Telstra hi, my wife's NBN has been down for 2 days. She's rung several times only for her call to ring out. Pretty hard to run a business with no NBN.

    @pauldutton1968 Saw on ABC a business who for very large Gb files it was quicker to drive them even in peak hour than over slow glitchy NBN. Via Kanga pouch also prob quicker. Here Skip take the file to town.

    @NBN_Australia Not sure it'll help. Ostensibly have an NBN technician coming out sometime Tuesday morning... but having had you guys summarily cancel two booked call-outs already this week (without notifying me, I might add) I must say my hopes are far from high, at this point.

    @VodafoneAU After explaining I didn't ask for that to happen and I shouldn't been told to pay more money for a mistake Vodafone staff made. They told me they were going to reconnect my NBN. 3 days after still not working. My monthly bill arrived yesterday. Full amount.

    @FinancialReview So the coalition spent an extra $150 billion to cripple the NBN, now they're pledging $480 million to "upgrade" in rural areas? The saddest thing is how truly ******* stupid they believe we are... But to be fair, I really can't wait until I can achieve dial-up speeds at 3am again

    @cathywilcox1 Contacting the real NBN ain’t easy either. It took me a week to persuade Telstra my NBN was stuffed and another week for someone from NBN to fix it. No Net for a fortnight isn’t acceptable these days. Everyone (almost) relies on it.

    @pauldutton1968 I use my phone only for online. Mainly as i used to be a lot on public transport. It never made sense to pay for crap NBN AND mobile.
