    Got nbn technicians to fix broken cable cause by pests in the afternoon and its broken again at 3am. Didn’t even last 12 hours. Already suggested pest control to strata a couple month back last time the cable broke. Seems like they’ve done nothing.

    @bestmvno @peter_adderton this was reported to me in Australia. Customers, often in poor nbn service areas, tried to connect on 5g home broadband only to be told 'we cant sign you up right now'. Yet other areas of the same city were still signing up customers.

    @NBN_Australia is there a disruption or outage in Hornsby nsw area I can not connect my laptop or ipad to telstra network n neither can my brother on same router Router claims we hv normal signal but various sevices saying Unable to join network

    @Telstra @andy_penn Today’s profound #Telstra email idiocy: “On 26-OCT-21 you contacted us to place an order to be connected on the nbn™ network. We've been trying to contact you to discuss your connection but haven't been able to reach you.” It’s now Feb 15.

    @iiNet I am appalled at the changeover process you have done so far. You sent a disconnect notice to NBN of my previous ISP before new modem arrived and then now blaming your internal systems 24 hours later for not being able to provision my service. 1/2

    @humbleminion This date is when nbn anticipates having the issue resolved by or be able to provide an update on the progress of the works. Works can occur anytime between now and the PRD. 3/4

    Nearly 4 weeks now without home internet and @NBN_Australia casually missed 3 dates to come finish the job they started. Zero contact and no explanation. Great service!

    @ChelDiokno Kakalungkot na sayo pa sinisisi ung unstable internet connection. When in fact you acted with concern for the people cause NBN-ZTE was a shady deal full of corruption.
