All those struggling with @Telstra complete lack of iservice @Aussiebroadband has human beings Ozzies can talk 2 4 support I connected 2 NBN EASY unlike some of comments from those attempting Telstra connection My prob can't disconnect Telstra as can't get hold any1 2 tell them

So after almost a month waiting for @Telstra to provide update on my Velocity connection, they basically said all they can do is ADSL. How is this proivding equivalent service to @NBN_Australia ? Surely this is against the law?

@PhillipAdams_1 I guess, Phillip, you have not had the chance to ask Malcolm Turnbull or Mitch Fifield or Paul Fletcher about your NBN problems. I mean, MT got himself FttH. Since Paul has declared the NBN 'Finished' he may not realise....... Huh! - Yes, I know... he just could not care less.

@NBN_Australia I didn't even @ u lol I've been checking the outage page hourly (which is really lacking in useful information to be honest) and contacted my isp but they always take days to respond to tickets and calls so thanks Jo

Here I am again, having to login to Twitter and blast a set of incompetent people. Today it is @NBN_Australia, who have sent someone over this morning, he fobbed me off telling me it is fixed, when it isn't. I'm working with Tangrine Telecom, and I'm at the end of my tether.
