It's been another month of going back and forward between RSP and @NBN_Australia trying to have someone come out progress with the cabling... But they "can't" because NBN have registered our neighbours service under our address...

  • LordSoth123 LordSoth (@LordSoth123) reported

@NickRossTech This isn't an isolated incident it's just one that keeps getting closed out job done & the customer gives up in the end & just lives with multiple drop outs. #nbn

  • 0B5ESSED Obsessive Compulsive (@0B5ESSED) reported

We're told @NBN_Australia will investigate and "may" send a technician around if they find a problem. No one will contact us to inform us of the outcome though so we're to call back and request an update after a couple of days.

@BelongAU One positive about having to abruptly cancel meetings due to a mid-week internet outage, I now have time to research alternative NbN providers. Still waiting for meaningful support.

  • HowlUndRtd Howl (@HowlUndRtd) reported

@Telstra why have a rewards centre for direct messaging, when the customer service representatives are in India.. so helpful having customer service reps that can check outage maps and do nothing else. Hacked, spam phone calls, out of country reps... trash nbn, about done.

  • 0B5ESSED Obsessive Compulsive (@0B5ESSED) reported

Called @iiNet tonight. Informed @NBN_Australia have looked into it and won't be sending out anyone to investigate the fault. Presumably there was connectivity at the time they checked so they think it's all good. This will happen next time there's a storm, as sure as ****.

  • DerekRobinson2 💧Derek Robinson (@DerekRobinson2) reported

@LennaLeprena I had it for a while-I complained about 5 times, got credits for bills, but they didn’t fix the interruption problems. As soon as 5G came in I switched to that using the hotspot on my phone-rarely have problems. When they upgrade NBN I’ll switch back

@Telstra Ayo how TF yo internet service worse on NBN? Like how? Bruh y'all evolving ya internet backwards lmao. Fr would not recommend telstra to anyone. People aight but tis a shite company.

  • 0B5ESSED Obsessive Compulsive (@0B5ESSED) reported

Weird thing is ... when neighbours (same node) connected to @NBN_Australia they had storm related outages. They pestered provider who sent someone out to climb up the pole to fix it. Their problem got fixed. That technician stuffed up our connection though.

  • ThatDosshitpost DOS Tech Support (@ThatDosshitpost) reported

Rant: Never buy @Telstra for your nbn home internet service. All it ever does is drop out or be slower than the speed advertised/contracted for. Not to mention they just pass off blame to NBNco (which we already know is garbage unless you live in Sydney)
