awesome work @telstra @NBN_Australia . I would rant about incompetence in Australia but I have learnt at this point that these people know no better. Expecting an Australian service to improve is like expecting your horse to be an author. Neither is going to happen.

Can I remind those who vote LNP, who are or have been having trouble with the internet, they voted for their party to sabotage the NBN that is now 59th in the world. Why? Because it was a Labor initiative. It will now cost many billions to fix it. Thank you 4 voting LNP! #auspol

Field Services have confirmed that the technician from the third party network is on site, Network engineers advised that the site is now reachable but alarms are still present. An NBN technician will be requested to attend the site to further assist.

@eDilettante @OmarjSakr Um, these are the same guys that gave us the watered down NBN. You’re pushing your luck if you think that they want to provide cyber security when they don’t spend enough on their own systems that are regularly hacked. I certainly wouldn’t want Dutton to have that power.

Another day, another frustrating call to Telstra about the Internet situation. We aren’t eligible for NBN. We can’t get Velocity because “there are no ports left”. Not eligible for 5G either. Time for a formal complaint I reckon. Any suggestions?

@NBN_Australia ironically when u replied i was unable to view your reply due to an internet drop out. In order to help u would need decent infrastructure instead of a poorly implemented, half-assed shambles. As i said I can wish my horse to be an author but it is incapable...
