I just love being argued with by support desk people for information that’s not marked on the devices I have. I also love being told to call every time the ****** nbn service I have drops out, which would be almost daily because apparently that’s not something that’s monitored.

@jatolion Read a stupid story headlin the other day "5G threatens Australia's NBN" or words to that effect. Didn't even bother to tap because I knew right from the start it was gonna be cellphone companies marketing BS. Yeah, because shared wireless spectrum is gonna be better than XPON🤪

@IanSamuels3 When they did mine, my provider was so bad, it wasn't anything new. It's only a few days. I am so happy with NBN.

@macsween_prue @AustralianLabor @AlboMP NBN was nation building until the Libs tried to destroy it costing billions extra with Abbott's failed multi tech mix. NDIS pays for itself in the long run. Put the ice pipe down

The scammer who just called me has assured me that a) Telstra owns NBN Co and b) my IPv4 address is my private address C) IPv6 is my public exposed IP Which apparently is a bad thing.

Hey @Kogan, when a customer closes their nbn account with you, it might be worth reviewing your customer service. (Details in this thread)

Contacted my Internet Provider very nice chat with them and they understood my problems I'm having streaming. So I'm going to attempt to stream if I get any network problems then that's ok because that's the evidence my ISP needs before they can contact nbn to fix my issue.

Dear @Telstra • There is something *very* wrong with you. I am currently tweeting you from my home NBN connection, while on call with a Telstra technician telling me I HAVE NO NBN account (which I have since June 2017) And that's just one issue. A *very* worried customer.

@Optus my NBN was out for 5hrs yesterday and again today since 2pm. Not even an estimate when it's gonna be fixed. This is pathetic service. Me and my wife both work from home and any outage is utterly disruptive. NSW 2074.
