@Beltzaser @NBN_Australia @Optus Mine can’t even do that. My internet and phone coverage is non existent. I literally live in the middle of the city not in some random distant farmlands somewhere. They can’t even fix that

  • John_Poot John Poot (@John_Poot) reported

@andojc @RonniSalt Have you figured out why nbn is a crock of **** yet?

@SiriusS30099010 @SallyRMelb But most likely Albo will focus more on doing everything that Scott hasn’t done. ICAC Fix Aged Care Supply enough PPE & RATs/boosters Real climate action Fix the NBN debacle Govern. #auspol

@Telstra I also want to know when you have the 5G at home modems again bc i didn't actually want the NBN in the first place, @telstra but they will cut ADSL here soon and no info on when those delivery issues are solved...

  • NoelBt Noel (@NoelBt) reported

@iTnews_au now its built, there should be no contractors, they should be employees - thats a tax dept determination, so @NBN_Australia should be hiring their workforce and paying them correctly, techs with job security wont rush half arsed jobs that need recalls, showing nbn in a bad light

  • GRayzor66 Geoff (@GRayzor66) reported

@Telstra No actually you cant help , its a outage , 3 days now , but with the petty squabbling and game playing between telstra and nbn its the clients who suffer from lack of transparency and ridiculously long service calls …

  • Wraiyth Matt Stafford (@Wraiyth) reported

@NBN_Australia Yes, it is back up today, but the fact that there was a ~8hr outage that wasn't acknowledged by NBN despite there being a tech looking at it, is definitely worrying and not a great experience trying to get information.

  • JacksonByrnes Jackson Byrnes (@JacksonByrnes) reported

@Jeremy_Morton_ @Telstra We did satellite NBN as well mate, incredibly underwhelming as you’ve stated, to the point where we don’t use it at all, and went back to Telstra, which was constant issues & poor $ for data. So far, very happy with starlink, but only a few months in at this point, could change!
