    @TPG_Telecom Well, well, well no @NBN_Australia again today. Some years ago we used dialup internet connections, that was fairly slow! BUT AT LEAST IT WORKED!!!!!! What is it with this service, it’s down more often than it works!!

    @warnie1aus Oh...the make up doesnt work like that mostly here....just a bunch of clowns....lol...We also have an nbn tower on the farm...7 metres by 7....they charge rates for it at the same rating as hundreds of acres....#NewYorkMafia

    @NBN_Australia They are lagging because of the atrocious nbn outages that keeps happening (service provided was notified, stop passing the buck). I regret moving to nbn 1 month ago- 3 outages so far... only 1 outage with my reliable adsl in 10 years

    @NBN_Australia Unbelievable, 3 outages in 1 month!!! I had 1 outage in 10 years with ADSL2. Simply unacceptable (Yes, my service provider has been contacted, it is nbn network outage)

    @NBN_Australia If your techs drive to the addresses Ive provided and cannot locate the fault then they should be fired. Out of a canon. Into the sun. If the org is so broken that it cannot handle a simple public safety report then I hope everyone responsible is named at a royal commission.

    @Telstra you're nbn service is a joke. You promise to provide a service that you clearly can't or don't and expect customers to pay a premium. I've been on the phone with incompetent support staff for 32 mins who don't know how to deal with the situation.

    @hughewilliams @NBN_Australia Fight between existing and new provider over who should repair broken socket and then couldn't reconnect anyway as my service had been terminated. All that for a service that costs 20% more and 10% slower than what I had.

    @DeanRosario As first NBN guy they sent couldn't fit under the house. 2nd had to cancel with family health. 3rd time as I help with Powerchair football on Saturdays, NBN said we will come Saturday, cancelled (but their system down) and they stil turned up. Waiting for 5g to get released

    @hughewilliams @NBN_Australia Don't get me started. Took me 6 weeks to switch. Booked, attended, unplugged and then realized the whole street wasn't transitioned to the NBN yet, so just left. I couldn't reconnect to existing provider as they broke the socket. Can't call NBN to fix or discuss issue [1/2]
