@NBN_Australia During the construction of our property, the NBN stated that we were going to be FTTC... So the electrician did the wiring accordingly. But we are actually connected as FTTP... That brings a lot of installation issues. I would like to know what's possible and to solve this issue.

@superloopnet @NBN_Australia Hi Matt, the issue is that network drops one fine day and comes back after 10-12 hours or a day. It again started working late on Saturday. I haven’t received any sms from NBN yet. Can u confirm by when someone will visit to check this fault? This is the 2nd time I’m raising this

@Telstra All resolved. The concern is that why Telstra had to repeatedly tell me that my order is complete, ask for the reference number provided in the first chat multiple times, and not pay any attention to the fact the customer was stating that there is no NBN box?

@Optus I asked for and received a ‘call reference number’, (196469504), on being told there was no record of my previous 80 minute call to your ‘support’. That was 14 Feb, when I was finally told (75 min in) there was a known NBN outage at our address. NBN address check STILL says no!

Hey @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB I havent had internet since friday afternoon btw, and its getting tiring at this point constantly having problems with y'all where im forced to not stream due to the connection not being stable enough. Oh also you said it would be fixed BY 4pm 1/3

On hold to @superloopnet for 50 minutes and counting... really hoping they turn out to be better than Uniti, who we ditched for better customer service. #NBN
