I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

Profit motive kicks in as do rorts & fraud. Also see the Unemployment Services, Housing, NBN etc. It isn't the scheme itself, it's the people who run it.

Like all parties they will over promise and under deliver but at least they are raising these things as actual issues

Last week my power adapter died on the router & they tried to convince me I needed a new NBN plan because 5g doesn’t work at our address. I gave up and bought a power adapter for $12 … 1/2

peter rowe (@Prowerock1) reported@Mark_Graph Goodness. A long and extremely expensive list. Re NBN, just threw out my NBN router and got a 5G router instead. NBN is awful not just faults but the fact that you can’t deal with them direct to fix those faults. Disconnect between Telcos and NBN is a structural flaw.
