Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

@getdown01 @tofuboi1986 @Aussie_BB That the wifi will drop regardless. Which I know it's bullshit, because it's never been like that before, and the only difference is we have NBN now. But 8-15 is probably average for all households at this point, so not being able to handle that seems ridiculous 2/3

We're not going to take it any more !!

@coreoYEAH_ @AussieNaomi @AlboMP .. but it could be a damn site better if government put some decent money into the system instead of trying to 'penny pinch' .. just like NBN. It just ends up costing much more!! EVERYBODY would be much better off if they did.

@Telstra That service in particular isnt connected with the NBN We have 2 separate land line numbers on the premises and one is connected to our modem but the other is still on its own. The number to call in the text is to get connected to the NBN so i dont know who to contact?

@TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom thank you for the update. @NBN_Australia, TPG have said that it is as a result of a 3rd party fault being managed by NBNco. Can I please get an update on resolution timing.
