    Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

    I guess I won't be playing this game tonight online. That's cool. At least I can play offline. What with the update that's gunna take all night to download because Australia has the worst ******* internet speeds in the world @NBN_Australia you suck! *** gud!

    @NBN_Australia Hi, it resolved but it looks as if it is going bad again tonight. This happened after the storm last night. Superloop don't have tech support at night and I very much doubt it is my hardware.

    @NBN_Australia Yes, I've registered for email updates but you never actually send any. Last year you announced a number of ACT suburbs for upgrades. Why was nothing from the ACT included in yesterday's announcement?

    @Telstra Thanks Reggie. This was for my sons NBN service he’s been having issues with. I was pointing it out as an example of why it’s sometimes so difficult to deal with Telstra. Sometimes you just cannot understand the customer service operators. Perhaps more training is needed.

    @Spyro105G Well on my switch they must've. Mention Kingdom Hearts and the only thing you get is the Melody game. Australia might be why. You don't have NBN, the worst internet of all time.

    poor quality copper round Caboolture causes @NBN_Australia to keep dropping out every so many months or once a month - deteriorating network

    @Telstra Wishful thinking. I'm 50 klm north of Cairns and just south of Port Douglas. No NBN cable, even though it runs past the end of my road to service Port Douglas. I have to rely on Satellite and that is the pits. Clunky and no ability to stream. Big FAIL for regional areas.
