    Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

    I guess I won't be playing this game tonight online. That's cool. At least I can play offline. What with the update that's gunna take all night to download because Australia has the worst ******* internet speeds in the world @NBN_Australia you suck! *** gud!

    @Pat1066Patrick Telstra is crappy and I can’t wait to switch. They don’t just have slow NBN, but you get no NBN with Telstra and often for days on end.

    @VodafoneAU another wasted day with Vodafone NBN support team. Still no fix on service and no one calling to update. Called 3 times today to be told someone would call back within the hour. Each call a different person and hours wasted #vodafail #badservice

    Hey @NBN_Australia, how long should an NBN outage take to resolve? Olympia Street Tottenham VIC services have been down nearly 3 days now? Not great for running a business that depends on cloud software.

    @NBN_Australia When will you provide a service that has requirement speeds to the rest of the world? Australia is way down the world internet speed list and behind some very small countries

    @merryh Ugh it's the worst! Once had to help someone out and started the live chat with "The NBN box blew up there was smoke, it's non functional" "Okay but have you tried turning it off and on again?" Look 99 / 100 times that'd work but...

    So my NBN provider is in the middle of such an outage it's covering most of the state. From Horsham out in the west of the state up through Bendigo, down to Geelong and out to Traralgon. And everything in between. 😬

    So my @NBN_Australia service has 22 hours of scheduled outage this month so far (it may go up). So when the new SAU comes out this week and y'all say you want more money, I will require a massive lot of persuading cos your abilities running this network are demonstrably rubbish.

    @Telstra @garethrhughes Hi telstra - NBN has continued to be really slow - up and down all day in 2089 postcode. Most of yesterday it was out. Have reset modem but no improvement.
