Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

@Askgerbil @denniallen Here’s the thing the NBN should be doing routine maintenance not user, HN, no credibility in battery QA. Oils ain’t oils.Yes they are equivalent VRLA, rating etc. Back in the day I could get a good EU, Japan origin cheaper, and heat, poor voltage regulation reduces life.

@NBN_Australia 42 days with no service (and counting) and still no estimated restoration time? Lockdown and home schooling without internet connection…

@denniallen It's for emergency reasons. Landlines didn't require power to make calls during blackouts, but nbn modems do.

29 hours with no nbn internet connection due to a technical issue would be bad enough if we weren’t in lockdown with most working from home and remote learning.

@benprentice01 @TomBrowne7 If Brad Scott truly is the leading candidate I'm gonna go down to the Holden Centre and set fire to their NBN box

@NBN_Australia Nothing reported. Yet amazingly, there's suddenly "planned maintenance" between midnight tonight and 6am tomorrow. There was no such planned maintenance scheduled when I checked this morning. We wouldn't be fudging statistics would we - "planned maintenance" to fix a fault?

Hey @NBN_Australia - your outages page says no known outages in my area, yet facebook group for locals is full of people complaining for hours now about NBN-based services for multiple RSPs being down. What gives?
