I guess I won't be playing this game tonight online. That's cool. At least I can play offline. What with the update that's gunna take all night to download because Australia has the worst ******* internet speeds in the world @NBN_Australia you suck! *** gud!

Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

@independentaus @paulbudde Nope. The problem with the NBN is that it relies on old, neglected copper infrastructure owned by Telstra which should never have been privatised in the first place. The govt needs to pick up the slack and lay fibre everywhere directly to everyone’s homes.

TIL that not every new apartment building has an NBN service. Apparently the builder can choose to use someone else. Wasn't the universal connectivity the whole idea of the NBN?

@RichardKGrump @RobMax4 @TPG_Telecom Sadly they are all pretty much the same so I ended up choosing dodo for my cell phone and tpg for home internet. No matter who you are with, unless you’re paying top tier level, you will have slow days and NBN outages will always be an issue.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’m with iiNet and Internode (business connections).. both are excellent (both are now part of TPG).. all my problems except a very technical one about IPv6 have been NBN problems blaming everyone else and trying to hide their own failings.

@NBN_Australia any danger we can get an update on service in Ardeer Vic? Been dropping out for 3 weeks and we've now been without service for 5 days. Your website says the issue will be resloved on the 21st of Sept!!! @VodafoneAU useless in their comms to customers.

@NBN_Australia 2. When a customer notifies RSP that they are vacating a premises, NBN should send a flyer (tailored for the connection type) to their letterbox showing exactly what equipment must be left behind. NO cheerful help-the-next-person language. Tell them what they're REQUIRED to do.

@GT_AUS @dinksella @TPG_Telecom It's not TPG. It was worse with Testra. I'm sure the problem is with NBN. But I don't have a contract with them. I have one with TPG.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom It depends what you're after. Better customer service, user friendly access to your account, cheaper prices or access to a more reliable network? What is important to you? Each service is different as well. NBN is more likely to be about price. Mobile is about coverage.
