Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

I'm on a 100/40 @NBN_Australia plan. My provider, MATE, tells they're giving me a free "upgrade" for six months. Downloads bumped to 250 mbps. What they didn't say (support email/call required) was that uploads would dropping to 25 mpbs. Bigger fries + less soda ≠ upgrade

Arh had @NBN_Australia out to see why I have dropped From > 100 to 10. Spent 3 to 4 hours before blaming @superloop. Then @NBN_Australia contractor reported it as a modem issue, after spending 4 hours here. What options do I have?

@AlboMP Fine. Will you rebuild the ABC? Aged care? The NBN? Australia's broken international reputation? #auspol

@NBN_Australia NBN website says "An unplanned incident is affecting the network" since 9pm last night with no ETA on a fix and my service provider keeps pointing me to the NBN outages page. Postcode is 3047 for FTTC.

@Telstra Changing current Broadband over to NBN. Basically all I’ve been told is go check the website and pick tour plan. So essentially no difference between an existing customer and a random website customer.

@TelstraPurple I had to go into. Telstra shop to tell them my problems & get assistance. The system went down, lucky it was saved in email but still waiting if employee registered my issues when system up and working. Getting charged for things not advised or an old line moved to NBN.

@NBN_Australia I appreciate but they themselves check the same page. Looking at your experience you could classify the fix as small, med or large and put certain timelines. Take some ownership instead passing the buck.

Thanks @NBN_Australia and @dodo, ive been moved in less than 4 days and already my NBN is broken. Stellar reliability (not). Why bother paying for the highest package possible when it doesn't even work?

@NBN_Australia Funny that my town is listed on the website but I bet I’ll be screwed over again, I was probably the first in my line to get nbn yet I have speed max of 32Mbit, but I legit only get 22Mb, when my isp rang, you made excuses to fix it
