Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

@makerboxall @NBN_Australia The problem with that is; you’ve paid for an upgrade all the way through to your house. When it comes time for someone else in your street wanting faster speeds. They will benefit from your expense! Your upgrade you paid for will be used by other people.

@AmandasAudit Hmmm well my account is somewhat shared with my grandmother. She has an old device of mine and honestly I have never thought of it. I guess easy to track via location (impossible travel) or IP. But then our phone is the main source, and that information changes between 4G and NBN

@MickMakes @NBN_Australia On top of that, they have the nerve to send me bi-daily marketing bull crap, call me in the middle of the work day weekly, and arrange _door to door sales tactics_ which I had to opt out of, after asking nice multiple times to stop over the phone.

@Telstra sent me an NBN connection device. It has all the wrong connections. So I called their customer support. The automated service sent me a txt message and hung up. Time to call @iiNet

LNP = corruption at every level.
