Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

@NBN_Australia by being hosted on some of the worst internet-working technology on the planet- a patchy mangled mix of privatisated wrecking by several successive Governments that nicked EVERYTHING from our futures and left us with can-string-telephony that breaks when it rains #FreeAssange 🐌

@Optus 3 days with <4Mbps internet after the "problem" that wasn't one before was "fixed" by NBN. On hold 56mins while an agent fault finds a fault that wasn't there beforehand, but now is following an unnecessary fix. #CustomerService
