    Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

    I guess I won't be playing this game tonight online. That's cool. At least I can play offline. What with the update that's gunna take all night to download because Australia has the worst ******* internet speeds in the world @NBN_Australia you suck! *** gud!

    @NBN_Australia I've had TPG refer my case to you four separate times and each time it's been knocked back because the internet has reconnected the exact moment you scheduled a technician, never mind that it was out for 3 whole days before that. What the hell do I do about this?

    purchasing a new router) I discovered the router I was sold was in compatible with nbn FTTP PPPoE without a modem/router in bridge mode. I took the purchase back and was all prepared to go off quote Australian Consumer Law but they swiftly processed my refund without issue.

    @SteveKinlan Healthy competition for business is a good thing for pricing as long as measures are put in place for essential services to be delivered. NBN under the #LNP was a nightmare so looking forward to having that improve. Sadly, good customer service seems to be in decline.

    @EmergencyBK That wasn't the case when my provider said there was nothing they could do and that it was NBN's fault. Long story short I learned that it was impossible to complain about the NBN and the only route was to lodge a complaint with the provider. That proved successful eventually.

    Grrr. The 2 houses right next to me, between my place & the NBN box, now have at least 12 extra people (5 humans, 7 kids) all using the internet of a night, and my net speed's sooo slow now. SEND YOUR DEVIL SPAWN TO BED, PEOPLE! Play board games or read books to them instead!

    Sat down to an awful cup of coffee while waiting for NBN to ring and get my internet and medical alert phone setup... only to realise it isn't 10am and my cuppa had no coffee in it. #priorities

    @NBN_Australia Thanks we're aware of how to check the outage status. The point is it's happened twice in less than a week now. Pretty inconvenient.
