    Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

    I guess I won't be playing this game tonight online. That's cool. At least I can play offline. What with the update that's gunna take all night to download because Australia has the worst ******* internet speeds in the world @NBN_Australia you suck! *** gud!

    @EliseRiversmfc Complain to the ombudsman, its more likely still the old copper wires at fault (high resistance) . Its either an ISP issue or a NBN issue, but neither will take responsibly unless the ombudsman gets involved.

    @bladesjester @girlgerms I have received several recorded calls now from the "NBN" claiming that my connection has issues and they need to cut my line unless I talk to the next available agent. This is obviously a scam but there's a grain of truth to your excuse.

    @Aussie_BB Is there an outage in Sydney atm? NBN shows no outages at my addresss but I have no internet. When I call your number I am 160th in the queue? There must be something wrong

    @Telstra Will do, but it’s the NBN. The little green lights start flashing so I know the NBN is down. The smart modem is supposed to revert to sim back up. That isn’t happening every time. I will monitor and if it happens again during the day I’ll raise a faults investigation. Thanks.

    @Telstra Im having issues with my telstra nbn smart modem showing a blue light. I already reset it. Internet is slower then normal
