    Australia needs better internet connection services. I'm getting poor speeds every night on @NBN_Australia @DodoAustralia The fact I cannot contact you during this time because you're closed at night is atrocious. I'm contacting the telecommunications ombudsman about this.

    Love to sit around all afternoon for an @NBN_Australia technician who never arrives... Love when the appointment is 1-5 on a Friday so now I can't do anything about it until Monday. Love not having Internet for over a week.

    I'm now spending $150/month for this crap and of course @NBN_Australia, you wouldn't even know if i've got working internet or not because hey, you're just some dumb government organisation that isn't responsible to anyone of any consequence!

    Does anyone know how we can get @NBN_Australia to come and investigate our FTTN service? @Aussie_BB have refused to send anything to NBN citing "no proof" despite us upgrading internal wiring, several modems and them still seeing the drop out issues on their end.
