    @Optus I’m seriously surprised that @Optus nbn was still pushing through the heavy rains and floods, those effected by the outage please understand that you’re lucky it took this long for it to actually go down!

    @lasquetimeryl @Optus We are with Telstra and don’t have any issues. We have NBN fibre to the home. With Vodafone for a few months and they were terrible so we switched back to Telstra.

    @aliastrench Sorry about that Charlie, our network operations team is investigating an issue impacting some services in NSW. Customers may experience disruptions to their NBN, call, text and data services during this time. We're working to resolve this as soon as possible. Sarah

    @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Hi Lizzie, I have DM’d the ticket number. You are welcome to check, but it’s already been escalated within ABB, NBN and TIO which has not resulted in any meaningful progress or estimated resolution date so I remain disappointed.
