@Telstra I already lodged a complaint a week or so ago but no one called me back about it. Case number is 18086187 Don’t really need anyone to call just want to see an improvement. Bad enough my nbn speed today is so slow it’s become unusable meaning no internet at home cause no signal

Netflix's TV options are just a line-up of every American show I hate. 😒 I want to be entertained, not annoyed. And it's the only streaming service currently working with my crap NBN. Free-to-air TV keeps running "you will die of Covid" ads, so that's a big no for me. Sigh. 😒

@Telstra We *wish* that the vax gave us Telstra 5G! We're just that little bit too far away to get a decent signal. Bring 5G to the Blue Mountains because, as we all know, the NBN can't get their act together.

@iTnews_au This is such bullshit on NBN’s part - congestion points to a weakness in the network, it’s not the fault of the users. The solution is increase capacity, not throttle or punish users.
