@Sarahlouise853 Hi! As a further update, and just to be fully transparent - this was an issue within our own network not NBN's. In the spirit of no BS, I just wanted to amend that so there is no falsely laid blame to NBNco :) That was my error in communication! Kindest, Lizzie

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@scottysgotagun In terms of compensation, nbn takes all reasonable steps to ensure that customers experience as little inconvenience as possible throughout installation or connection activities, and when looking into service issues. 2/4

  • astir0412 💧John (@astir0412) reported

@jaklina51 Telstra don't give a **** about customers I gave them the chance to install my NBN on 18 March and they ignored me for two months I signed with skymesh and it was installed 8 days later at $20 a month less and it's 70 mbits for fixed wireless rather than $100

  • bammcguinness Champagne Ham Papi (@bammcguinness) reported

Our @DodoAustralia NBN has been down all weekend and we work from home. They don't have a torch support number or any means of talking to someone. The advice is to go to the website which is pretty counter intuitive.

  • SharLivingstone Sharon Livingstone (@SharLivingstone) reported

@Telstra The latest is that they want me to upgrade my plan. I went through hell dealing with Telstra in April, then in May when the error was identified by NBN Co. To have it happen again, 3 months later and be treated like I'm a cash cow is unacceptable. I just want the issue fixed.

Is there any tech savvy people out there? I’m in a part of point cook that doesn’t have NBN. Currently have velocity but the signal is *********. Can anyone recommend a good wifi booster ? The current one I have from Bunnings is *********.
