@NBN_Australia Oh I know that. Usually I have fun stringing them along for ages to waste their time until they hang up in frustration. After all, if they're talking to me, they can't be trying to scam anyone else. It's just - why have I had *6* calls in 2 days? Am I on their list or something?

@ColsMako @Telstra Yes, that's a last resort thanks Telstra have finally sent out a new modem today - we shall see if it fixes my internet problem I am still requesting a full refund of all internet fees paid since the nbn was installed in June 2019 Slow and erratic from day 1 which telstra deny

@NBN_Australia Hi NBN AUS, so essentially Internode is telling me it's not an NBN drop out problem, my phone people are telling me it's not a hardware problem. Can you please help us??!?? Our business is severly affected by these ongoing dropouts
