    @NBN_Australia Is there a complaint section? I had a technician on the 28th of May tell you guys my connection had to switch from FTTN to FTTC. Had an appointment to get connected last week, and it still HAS NOT HAPPENED YET.

    well this has thrown a spanner in the works… my internet provider has “made some updates to the NBN in my area” to fix some issues (there was no issues a week ago) now my internet has turned into potato, with nothing loading and constant error codes 🥲

    @NickBarilla3 @NBN_Australia Actually we were better off before NBN in a natural emergency when power now can take down mobile and fixed line services

    @Pslavi @will_tosh03 Sorry to hear about your NBN connection issue. When I checked your area Brighton-le-sands NSW 2216 yes it says there is no fault reported. However we had few customers from NSW reported NBN not working after the storms. Kartik
