I just received a $27.50 rebate from the NBN for a service outage. Was a little bit surprised by that. I was even more surprised when I looked at the invoice and it was for a service fault in February 2019!

@Telstra Faced with overwhelming engineering evidence @NBN_Australia finally attended on-site and conceded there was a problem and replaced the NTD. Service reliability restored. Monitoring continues.

@EnergyAustralia @NBN_Australia if another ‘NBN specialist’ comes to our house to tear up some cables and leave without fixing any of our internet issues and completely walking past the main box they’ve spent weeks looking for I’m going to have an aneurism.
