@VaibhavMehrotra Hey Valibhav, an unplanned incident means something other than scheduled maintenance is currently affecting your service. For example, a third party may have accidentally damaged underground cables or other nbn assets. 1/2

I get 40/16Mbps on FTTN, Telcos have said that's the maximum speed i'll get on my copper line even if I went to a 100/20Mbps plan. It's too slow and no longer suitable for my needs. This is why I pre-ordered Starlink. @NBN_Australia

@BazzaCC Under Labor #NBN plan we would have had small backup power supplies so people would still have phone lines in blackouts, most emergency situations. Under these thieves the whole concept has been compromised/ruined, we've been robbed with a **** network, ridiculously expensive.

The Internet was designed to survive a nuclear war. But not on the weekend. 4 days after some builders cut the cable in our street, finally this morning the @NBN_Australia sent some subcontractors to fix it.

@BlackDouglas Several years ago we had horrendous bills w/extra data costs from Telstra and we had enough "plans" you could paper the walls with!...even now recently, the service was so bad that we couldn't even get on...service to the regions is so terrible...bloody LNP **** NBN.

🎀🔌🙏 2/2: Since connected with #NBN Telstra is infested with problems - outages become commonplace with them. Communication with their tech people is frustrating with both language & cut-off probs. “Hair-tearing” frustration! Be back when possible. #Telstra #Twittblaster 🙏🔌🎀

@FinancialReview @jennifer_hewett We have been through this nightmare. It took > 1 year. The best tips I have are; (i) get off Telstra - Vodafone manage NBN better, (ii) Foxtel just makes the tech harder, more complex - switching to Kayo/Binge eased the path, (iii) if cabling is an issue, get a pro cable guy

@GribbleRC I ended up ditching NBN. Went with a 4G modem with Tangerine Telecom sim that uses Optus network. 100 bucks a month for 1,000GB speed varies A LOT. Never really unusable. Can go from 8Mbps to 150Mbps. Average would be 10. Antenna on roof pointed towards Griffith / Lake Wyangan
