Nbn Down for maintenance at Inverleigh. That means no Eftpos . No till. No ATM to be able to withdraw cash. Go cashless they say. What a load of ****.

@GandWalter I was on hold to @Telstra the other day for hours without speaking to anyone - just music. I fall asleep it was after 10pm then it cut off. I’ve been trying to contact @Belong for over a month - trying to cancel nbn that never worked. It’s all a bit of a joke

@Senator_Patrick @ScottMorrisonMP Remember that great leaner Joe Hockey ( the first of the great Lib FWs )reminded us that poor people can’t afford cars and petrol! So the pice hike wouldn’t be affecting them ! Simple! But we do need more congestion busting carparks & NBN connections to mates businesses !

@Judith54Nunn @Jo98715467 i'm in rural nsw, labor's nbn had whole valley on fiber, LNP gave us fixed wireless with copper landlines and black spots. the number of techs out here on a weekly basis trying to keep the old copper network running is astounding. maintenance costs alone would have paid for FTH

@GandWalter I hear you! We just disconnected our nbn as the line from our house to the pit is damaged, Telstra and NBN have been very reluctant to fix it. I am in credit and now we have gone to the ombudsman as Telstra are reluctant to pay it back to me!

@telstra why haven’t you put up temporary microcells in Banksia Beach QLD during the extended Velocity/NBN outage? Zero customer communication, shockingly bad customer focus. You need to learn to not f*k the customer.
