@Optus Thanks. I have had several conversations and chats with customer service. I stopped reporting the issues, as it’s mainly nbn issues and it’s really frustrating. Paying $70 a month for the service you can hardly use is just outrageous. Text messages coming through advising outages

  • kev_metcalfe Kev Metcalfe (@kev_metcalfe) reported

@BevMcArthurMP Don't try to reform it - privatise it and keep a rural only emergency radio network. The NBN covers the reasons we originally had ABC and SBS.

  • alsydlad asydlad (@alsydlad) reported

@NBN_Australia absolutely gutted and tired of NBN & even more ever so useless @iiNet - too many chances and opportunities to rectify your actions with too little improvement. After 10 years, I must consider other reliable options. Pathetic service - both hang your heads in shame.

@Jynx100k gl, didnt have net all holidays coz of nbn being slow to doing things

  • JasonCarthew Jason (@JasonCarthew) reported

@Telstra So it’s a yes then. I would think that any troubleshooting, regardless of the reason for taking that long, should have a time limit for customer involvement. It was an NBN box/lightning issue that I knew what the problem was but the support insisted I troubleshoot for the day.

  • simon_colwell Simon Colwell (@simon_colwell) reported

@Telstra No, still just ADSL. I received an Information Summary about the plan I signed up for. I spent an hour this morning trying to talk to someone about it with no success at all. I can't be bothered dealing with this any longer so want to cancel the NBN and stay with ADSL.

  • mephistojones mephisto jones (@mephistojones) reported

@PhillipAdams_1 Services to bad communication. OneTel, NBN.

  • tofuboi1986 Tofuboi (@tofuboi1986) reported

@Raddlez121 @NBN_Australia Okay, so if they still have an active account with this ISP. Then it's on the ISP to follow up and ensure the issue is rectified start to finish. But if they don't, that makes it way more difficult.

  • tofuboi1986 Tofuboi (@tofuboi1986) reported

@Raddlez121 @NBN_Australia I'm really not surprised there at all to be honest. That said I am genuinely surprised they've at least asked for details in some fashion. Their policy generally is that the RSP holds all responsibility in getting any and all issues resolved/escalated.
