@hexsteph @NBN_Australia @Vondle did this for me when I was having trouble at my old place getting my NBN associated with the property and hooked up. From memory my MP's office lodged a case on my behalf and I was given a specific case manager to work with. I hope this works out for you!!

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia They've been screwing up my upload speeds since the 12th, issue effecting bitrate too - significantly screwed up any momentum on growth I had going on Twitch. Proven by L2, NOC to be NBN issue & STILL want to send 2x tech out before escalating. 😭

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia "We can't escalate until there's been 3 failed attempts to fix at premise NBN won't let us". They're literally wasting money and resources just to ignore the techs at my ISP.
