@smh @SupratimA No NBN at my place. Regions are poor cousins. They must mean it is built in the cities.

@meadea So many important services assume that you have mobile phone connectivity. Mine is off almost all the time, I only bought the damn thing when I realised that VOIP via NBN dropped out at just the times of emergency that it was needed.

The @Optus website still sucks. The NBN plans are as clear as mud. 5G is available to about 10% of Sydney. I can't be bothered.

Rapidly approaching one and a half days since the NBN had gone down. Called my provider they said it’s an area issue. So I have to wait it out. Would love to know what the cause is and an estimation on the fix.

ABC @BreakfastNews interviewing Communications Minister Fletcher apologise for poor video connection instead of blaming crap NBN. Opportunity missed.

@JoelFishEcology @Optus It's insane! You're probably right. I had cable internet before this and it was the best! Maybe I should cancel the NBN and get more mobile data

@Telstra ADSL is never working great... can’t get nbn here!! But that’s besides the point!!! Telstra say they’re offering free data, but it’s not for everyone. that’s the real issue!! It’s greedy and petty!!

@OurNewHomecoach I was 19, half way through my Mathematical Sciences degree, then I decided I wanted to change to a double degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. 25 years later, nbn pays me well to be really awesome at Excel VBA... I could never have guessed I'd end up doing this!

@Tzisorey When an unplanned incident is affecting your services, you would treat this as a fault, and have your provider raise a service restoration request to their nbn support teams to investigate. 2/3
