  @Asher_Wolf As much as NBN is a mess, I’d pay for that over giving money to Elon for Starlink. My NBN has way more outages due to “maintenance” and general issues, than my Telstra cable ever had, but when it is working, it’s pretty stable. Highly recommend @Aussie_BB for NBN.

  FFS. I had an @Optus 4G modem for a bit before we got the NBN about 3 years ago. The only account I've ever had with them. Just got the email about the hack. Why ******** did they still have my info?

  Oh fun facts. I've received two Optus bills since Friday. Still haven't been explicitly told about the hack. Happened to open my Optus app (to cancel my nbn account lol) and there was a banner up the top about it but... That's it? ******* ****.

  Shout out to @AussieBroadband . Calling on a Sunday evening for technical support. Wait time - 1min. Support fixed the problem in <5min. Not that’s service. Oh - and speedtest now shows 414mbps /45mbps download for a HFC NBN connection. #happy #CustomerService #excellence

  @NBN_Australia @Internode Right. Enough is enough. @Internode, no more bills will be paid to you until this is fixed. 5x drop outs in the last 15 minutes and I just lost a **** tonne of work. This is supposed to be a premium level of internet.

  @toddsampsonOz Yeah thanks pal for simmering down my brain disorder to be caused by the internet. My friend has an over-active thyroid which likely also caused by the internet! And don’t get my started on Geoff- he had all his fingers until NBN was installed in his townhouse, now only 4 😞

  @Telstra you’ve a terrible new customer experience. I ordered NBN 2 weeks ago after much hassle it’s still not active. Now I’m trying to order iPhone 14 and I cannot verify my international passport ID. Just horrible CX.

  @NBN_Australia @duolingo Keeps dropping out. I'm on my phone atm to reply to this. Been doing it the last couple of days. No good for browsing or doing Duolingo let alone streaming (either up or down)
