Do you really have an NBN connection (I did not)? Even if you have one, try getting through their customer service and you'll know that an overly friendly guy with a thick accent is not working for NBN

  • xrpadastra Ad Astra 🪐⭐️✨☀️ (@xrpadastra) reported

@ScomoCchio I use Telstra, no issues with them. There is also a SIM card in the box that will connect to 4G if the NBN goes down- quite handy if you WFH

  • theking_otter who am I? (@theking_otter) reported

@NBN_Australia I know there is an outage. I don't want to be told to contact telstra or check the outage page. Why have I had no internet since before midnight and when will it be fixed? 3135

  • burzikak Burzikak (@burzikak) reported

@Aussie_BB how long after signing up for fttp upgrade (new customer) should I wait for nbn tech to contact?

  • cheerscobberta Chook Pen (aka moot button)🐓🐓🐓🐓 (@cheerscobberta) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@MrKRudd Imagine how much good could of been done with 40 billion write down from the NBN you sold us. Lot of hospitals, schools and work opportunities for first nations there. Still got the napkins?

  • gk647 GiR.Kart.64 (@gk647) reported

@NBN_Australia This announcement should come with an official apology from NBN to all Australians that have had to put up with these slow unreliable FTTN connections that constantly disconnect for the last 5 or more years.

  • RowdyTrader Lara Zhivago 🇦🇺🇨🇦🐭 (@RowdyTrader) reported

@ClareONeilMP Really? My 5th visit from the NBN incompetents and still no resolution, even after I essentially found the fault, which was in the street, but a crew turned up today to replace the cable going to my house... Seriously deficient in English & actual technical skills....

  • shuklanarendraa Narendra Shukla (@shuklanarendraa) reported

@NBN_Australia You’ve mentioned everything that I can do but what about NBN? You’ve not shared any update with service providers on when NBN customers can expect a resolution. Such a waste.

  • jhd_ankh0 EmGee Macdonnell #VoteNo (@jhd_ankh0) reported

@LizSward @AlboMP That was an announcement by NBN Co how does that help with the cost of living. Yes government funded but not a core issue. Now your homework is to come up with something better. Your score 2/10

  • kur_fps kurfps (@kur_fps) reported

@NBN_Australia But business would not survive without the consumers! I don't think NBN understands! If the consumer can't get decent access how can they support business! Stephen has been saying this for 5 year's same old recycling topic over and over again! Just so he can hold the title of CEO
