Nbn Down for maintenance at Inverleigh. That means no Eftpos . No till. No ATM to be able to withdraw cash. Go cashless they say. What a load of ****.

@NBN_Australia we have just moved into a new house. The old cable network has been turned off but there is an NBN access point installed. However, we’re told we cannot get service due to a shortage. So we’re left with no internet to the house at all. How long until this is fixed?

@ruslankogan be really nice to get my internet fixed. Your Indian call centre can’t get responses from the nbn, they have no supervisors on-site to escalate this to and no way to revert calls back to Oz, and I keep getting corporate mumbo jumbo from head office. Fix it please !!

@OccupyMyGov Seem to remember a utilities allowance added to Centrelink payments that was introduced under Rudd gov that was meant to help people get online as part of the NBN rollout.

@jendudley Haven't had that one, for taxes? Last week I had iPhone7 from ebay for $399, Amazon Prime for $99.99, Microsoft Windows help desk, and 2 Testra NBN servers being destroyed by my computer viruses. Have you ever had the Mandarin language "Chinese gangs have your identity" call?

@Telstra I can't believe you can do something amazing like this and not something simple like transfer my NBN to my new place in Sydney. I'm not in a disaster Zone but have had no internet for 40 days and counting.. due to poor customer service only.
