    Got nbn technicians to fix broken cable cause by pests in the afternoon and its broken again at 3am. Didn’t even last 12 hours. Already suggested pest control to strata a couple month back last time the cable broke. Seems like they’ve done nothing.

    @iiNet I am appalled at the changeover process you have done so far. You sent a disconnect notice to NBN of my previous ISP before new modem arrived and then now blaming your internal systems 24 hours later for not being able to provision my service. 1/2

    Hey all, Due to a theft/possible non NBN connection at my new place it seems in a frenzied haste to get a new place, I never checked if the FTTC connection had a NTD onsite. No streaming for plod this week it seems as even the 4g reception is really **** house but I'll deal

    @NBN_Australia The technician advises that there is cable damage near a traffic island. A Dial Before You Dig (DBYD) permit is needed for civil works.

    Nearly 4 weeks now without home internet and @NBN_Australia casually missed 3 dates to come finish the job they started. Zero contact and no explanation. Great service!
