@Telstra - we placed out NBN order on October 2020 and still not active. Your customer service team have now gone completely quiet despite promises to call us back. Please contact ASAP

Well, @NBN_Australia did routine maintenance in my area in April and my internet hadn't worked since. Today, I got a technician and it turns out the original technician just never reconnected it. Overworked, underpaid staff on dodgy contracts is a bad time for everyone.

@booksideas_au Yup. Second time NBN box has gone down in a storm Last time it took three months of back and forth before getting it right. They sent out two smart modems before we finally got the nbn box. Idiots.
