    Day 5 of @NBN_Australia and @Aussie_BB not able to provide an ETA for a cable repair across road. NBN blames council for trees, Aussie_BB can’t do anything. I really love them as an ISP, but I suspect I have to transition to a service with a cellular backup (which is a shame)

    @Telstra everyday the @NBN_Australia drops out for no reason with no outages listed by you. Meticulously taking records over the past month on your premium service of all the issues, to present a detailed case to the ACC. Btw had no issues on your cable before I switched over

    @mipearson @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB the frustrating thing is this is not a cherry picker job, its a confidence in handling wires job (I have seen telstra and power people up there no problems)

    @PencilPushinSOB @AnnastaciaMP Not really a State function though, as NBN is a Federal program. I was more thinking of improving our rather crappy rail network and preventing CRR from becoming a white elephant.

    @VodafoneAU NBN down in Canterbury, 3126. Your tech support say it is an NBN issue. NBN network has no scheduled maintenance, you had maintenance that has run overtime. Just need to know which of these is the fault for my work and submission of my final assignment for university

    @NBN_Australia The NBN is of no help whatsoever when making enquiries. I know its not you Chris, but getting any info from NBN is like a state of disaster category.

    @EricssonAPAC There was draught and so many problems farmers are going through and faced so not sure how Technology helped there and still its big issue with NBN and satellite Technology

    We've seen your vans and technicians all week since the storm last Saturday surged the telecoms @NBN_Australia @Telstra @optus. Why can't you fix it for the entire village and not just one household at a time? #medlowbath

    @Telstra There’s No outage, I was on the phone for 2 hours on hold before giving up, then tried the chat they said the resolved it and haven’t replied. The nbn isn’t working here for some reason and now the back up is so slow it’s not working
