Nbn Down for maintenance at Inverleigh. That means no Eftpos . No till. No ATM to be able to withdraw cash. Go cashless they say. What a load of ****.

This lack of customer enough for me to port my NBN and my husband's mobile service as well as letting every single person I know to avoid using your products. A simple mail notifying the ceasing of the TV service would have sufficed, but that wasn't even done.

@hyprntv I think there’s only 1 phone port unfortunately from what I know at least, I’ll have to get @Letofski to check it out, this is the first time in ages we’ve had this problem, normally the NBN works really well

Quick shout out to @Aussie_BB for their outstanding customer service today. My NBN connection went down and within 50 minutes with the help from Julie, had my connection restored. #aussiebroadband #excellentCustomerService

@NBN_Australia Hi, yes it is now back to normal. I rebooted the equipment, and that reset things - though, the retailer also texted me roughly the same time and advised an issue had been resolved, so my reboot may have been coincidence...

@RonniSalt Maybe god called him when he was doing an announcement in a major regional centre & the terrible NBN provided such sub par reception he didn’t hear the message correctly?
