    @Telstra @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt I have been facing a hard time to restore my existing NBN connection to a new address since yesterday. I have been texting your support team and every time I need to chat and explain to a new person. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!

    @Telstra Actually after waiting for 20~mins it started working. So I guess it takes a while :) Just to clarify though, we can only have one active NBN service at any time correct?

    @BrowntownBrew @TMFScottP I'm unsure what you're talking about the libs plan never went forward, that's why labour won and we now have NBN? How can they have installed "more than planned" if it wasn't ever implemented?

    @katea76 Labor is getting on with fixing issues ignored by the previous government. Yesterday #NBN contractors were rolling out fibre optic cable to houses in my street. Happy Days

    Upgraded to 5G as recommended by @iiNet and have been down most of the night. Never had this issue with the NBN and have been on hold forever trying to resolve. No issues in the area according to their site - epic fail for a telco!!!

    @TPG_Telecom 13 Nov contacted you to book NBN connection TODAY. Thanks for telling us today “oh NBN needs a cable so can’t do it till Dec 15.” Did you not think to coordinate all this back in Nov? Hopeless service and coordination from TPG. Long term customer not happy!!

    it must be nice to live in a semi-modern country where the internet doesn't just crap out for hours on end every other ******* week due to "scheduled maintenance", because thanks to @NBN_Australia we sure as **** are not one of those countries
