@Telstra having nbn issues. Went thru the app and got an incident number (INC14445258) but can't get through on app or phone (1hr!). Mobile backup not working either. Are you able to help with any info? Is this widespread?

@Telstra Apparently this is an NBN Co issue, but my dad is a Telstra customer and it’s your responsibility to ensure that he has the service he pays for! At one stage someone told hi. To contact NBN Co himself! Poor service

@Telstra, your customer service is horrible. I have been pushing for someone to come out and check my NBN line for months, and all your customer service tells me to do is reset my router and then finish the chat without actually getting to the root of the issue.

@NBN_Australia You don’t mention rain on the factors that may affect your speed. I have noticed a correlation between heavy rain and poor HFC performance. Again I don’t think fibre would be affected by rain.
