    @NBN_Australia Hi Tommy, I find it disconcerting that NBN Co is paying for a salesforce contract and staff so they can monitor social media for.. indirect.. mentions of NBN issues. Surely money is/was better spent on giving us fibre to the home.

    Noticed since I had my NBN unplanned incident fixed last week my speed of my internet is slow as it takes a long time for the Windows updates to check for any new updates. It has been checking it now for nearly half hrs and it finally done it

    @jasonandrade @GrogsGamut @Aussie_BB Agree on Aussie BB - I’m on HFC so have occasional issues with ageing infrastructure breaking and their customer service/support/comms has been good (issues are usually at NBN network end)

But they elected to let their contractors to decide The broken rotting hulk of the copper network, had 30+ years of using the wrong product to join copper cable ie the scotch loc Even 3M asked them where they got that stupid idea from! Nbn shld pay
