Nbn Down for maintenance at Inverleigh. That means no Eftpos . No till. No ATM to be able to withdraw cash. Go cashless they say. What a load of ****.

Someone told me that WA has the worst NBN coverage because everything is fibre to the node, not the house, thus slowing down what otherwise would be fast internet. If this is true - why is anyone voting for the LNP?

@1395FIVEaa We just got about 5 minutes worth of thunder down here (Morphett Vale, southern suburbs). The not surprising thing was there wasn't a single drop of rain here. The surprising thing is that for once our NBN didn't drop out like it usually does when there is a clap of thunder.

@NBN_Australia Provider help is in the Philippines, help is basically turn off NBN router & turn it on again... beyond that is nothing. My problem stems from the initial install I have two lines coming into house one was fixed When I was using ADSL. I was cut back to faulty line for NBN.

@NBN_Australia Is this the part where I answer, you tell me to send a message so I do, you give me a crap copy pasted answer that's mostly irrelevant, tell me nothing and refer me back to my provider (who do not control the infrastructure)?

@Telstra notified we’ll have no internet on 25th due to NBN works. 1) will my bill for that service be reduced by 1/30th? Or 2) I have Telstra mobile broadband device on no plan. Will you enable service for 1 single day to ensure we can access service we need for our work?

@NBN_Australia Hi Matt! It says there’s no outage and no fault detected with my connection. But the NBN box isn’t going Online since I reset it during the call. Someone is coming to look at it on Tuesday afternoon but I’m confused how it went from just an issue with 0 up speed to now an outage.
