  @maximum_sincere Yeah man they suck. Aussie BB is the way forward. iiNet left us without internet at our old property because they canned ADSL in the area and had zero NBN solution for us despite the fact my upstairs neighbour already had NBN.

  @natashamitchell I was so over the nbn crap connection that I snapped a couple of months ago and on a recommendation, went with fibre to the building (FTTB) - I didn’t even know it existed! Have not looked back

  @andy_penn Hi Andy. You had an awesome staff member who helped me out in May when my mum's landline was affected by NBN work in her area. He made one call & it was resolved. The issue was external & not with her landline or modem. Exact same issue has happened again. And.... (1).

  @NBN_Australia After a tedious chat, @NBN_Australia have offered to do diddly-squat to correct their ridiculously bad network planning. And yes, they will force us into half century old copper that has known problems. It's like dealing with a 19th Century bureaucracy. #FRAUDBAND strikes again

  Honestly these supplied wifi/router combos most people get with their NBN service have some really crappy defaults.

  30 minutes before the NBN goes down for maintenance and I have a WiFi hotspot working! Not as simple as it sounds because my mobile provider also has outages today so I needed a prepaid SIM and a working old phone
