Nbn Down for maintenance at Inverleigh. That means no Eftpos . No till. No ATM to be able to withdraw cash. Go cashless they say. What a load of ****.

@TheblackTracker @BecWrong Lion had NBN problems for over a year that was caused by a misconfiguration that He picked up but didn't have the credentials to fix. Finally this week got a tech that would listen to him. it was fixed and working in an hour.

@Michelle2Minhye Exactly. Except NBN is so bad the #1 use case people have in mind is fixed broadband-replacement which isn't all that innovative a use case.. 😞

@hificolor @YouTube I don't think so, Roger Thornhill stumbles into trouble, James Bond is given missions. Essential to 007 are OTT villains, a parade of 'girls', the hero's ease with killing, multiple international locations... none of which NBN has. But I do love North By Northwest

@IFM_Economist I had unlimited cable for $90p/m then had to switch to 100mps NBN and managed to keep $90p/m. Now they're increasing the same plan to $107p/m. Tried to negotiate a better price with them, nothing. Gonna switch to Belong (uses Telstra network anyway). $90p/m and $5 off for 12mths

@lathiat @decryption My reading was more that NBN should be ashamed that a satellite service could be a reasonable competitor to their metro fixed line services in the first place.

@NBN_Australia Unfortnely none of those tips work and I'm not exactly sure what southern phone (who we are with) could do to help. It seems like a limitation of skymuster satellites.
