Nbn Down for maintenance at Inverleigh. That means no Eftpos . No till. No ATM to be able to withdraw cash. Go cashless they say. What a load of ****.

Hey, @NBN_Australia, your customer service is appalling. Perhaps you should contact customers *before* cancelling home visits. Don't leave it to the ISP. Rather than telling the ISP there's nothing wrong with a service that has never run properly and that we start again.../cont

@Optus I restarted the box and it went away. It is frustrating that I tend to have problems when up late watching the PL. I also had periods of bad reception which is probably NBN issues. I get annoyed because watching the live broadcast is the highlight of the week. Sad but true.

@Dead_Rok Hi there, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing dropouts. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, if required. 1/2
