    Nbn Down for maintenance at Inverleigh. That means no Eftpos . No till. No ATM to be able to withdraw cash. Go cashless they say. What a load of ****.

    Bolt of Lightning, quickly followed by a large CRACK of thunder. 8 pm, Friday night, half-time at footy. Took out my internet and screwed its router settings, NBN didn't fix it until Monday - so, the WHOLE WEEKEND without home internet. definite withdrawal symptoms at first...

    @Iammistyvale @Telstra Telsrra NBN service is just ****. Cuts out for hours on end every day in Melbourne.

    BEWARE! I had 3 very strange calls to my mobile today within space of 10 minutes. The first (which I answered after it rang twice) threatened that my nbn service would be disconnected within 24 hours if I did not respond by pressing 1 (I think), at which time I shut it down.

    @x_sammy_xo For getting set up, I’d go with Aussie. They’re not the cheapest, but they have great customer support and I had zero issues getting NBN to a newly build house.

    @Telstra No. The issue, to be fair, appears to be a monument nbn stuff up. Their tech either has no idea of how to install a second line to a property or is incredibly lazy. It will require the nbn to move the blue/white pair back to the original wiring, so I get my foxtel back 1/2

    @launtel hi! Are there any outages in 2766 (Rooty Hill NSW)? My net is down for around 2 hours now. Have restarted nbn modem and router and computer too.

    @NBN_Australia My neighbours also have no issues according to their providers (different providers), and have received no correspondence regarding this outage. This is a screwup of epic proportions from nbnCo, and it needs to be resolved.

    No doubt about it that @telstra and @NBN_Australia are terrible at customer service. Had an appointment booked for today between 1pm and 5pm. Rang 4pm to confirm to be told it was cancelled. Can’t get hold of anyone in Australia. Next appointment is Thursday!!! WTF?!?!
