Nbn Down for maintenance at Inverleigh. That means no Eftpos . No till. No ATM to be able to withdraw cash. Go cashless they say. What a load of ****.

trivial problem in scheme of things but is anyone having trouble with @Telstra @NBN_Australia service in Melbourne's inner north? I am having and the Telstra chat service is not as efficient as usual, not saying if there is a local outage etc - very frustrating

@NBN_Australia just wondering why you are installing a different guage COPPER line from the node to our street which 1.4kms from us when Telstra and the installers urged fibre which is cheaper, easier to install & faster. Our speeds are now LOWER & service more unreliable!! #NBN

What a day! I got up early this morning & found my NBN was down. Which meant, of course, that my phone was offline also. Whatever happened to the phone being an 'essential service'? My mobile is useless (no voice, only internet & SMS) & I need a new one. I'm saving for it. 🤬😫

@NBN_Australia Come upgrade my line!!! Every day our internet drops out more than twice an hour and you’re making Aussie Broadband make us jump through hoops to prove it. We’ve had one of your employees come out five times to fix it. Pointless.

Has @Optus become this bad nowadays that it can't provide NBN even after committing on a particular date! The customer care service along with chatbot is such a joke! 10 days gone they couldn't connect me to NBN! #shameful #nbnfail #Optus
