    @NBN_Australia @OberonLight No, it never ever says there’s an outage because you never update, but it’s 100% NBN as it went out after the storm on Saturday, and you guys yourself have said that the Edwardstown POI is affected, which is my POI. Stop troubleshooting for me and hurry up and fix it. It’s a joke

    @TheStone_jade We have it, much better than the NBN satellite service, much lower ping and higher download speeds. You get occasional no data pauses when it is changing between satellites, a little like mobile phone tower changes, just longer gaps. We have ours sitting on the ground ATM as we

    @troyhunt @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB An electrician probably. Unless they won't touch anything connected to the comms network...document also says just to use a regular UPS on the actual 3-pin as an additional backup?

    @sunshineydia It’s been happening to me too since Saturday. Except it only works once a day and only for 5 minutes. I’m with @superloopnet so it’s not an ISP issue. It’s NBN 100%
