    @Telstra Trying to help my folks sort out their NBN connection and it's been a real struggle to get onto anyone regarding copper pair identifier information - what's the go with your support at the moment?

    @dgaust @NBN_Australia Yep well anything is possible with NBN - not going to be very impressed if they do this... I hope the outage is at least because they are now adding a Cancel button to the group applications..

    @acccgovau I live on the Gold Coast and the NBN has dropped out for the second time in the past month. No explanation from @Telstra and no customer service available. We pay for the service and get no help in return. What would you advise us to do?

    up down up down up down, at least 6 times a day. My internet from @Telstra Yay for horrible #NBN fibre to the node, not worth the Billions #LNP wasted

    @Telstra @jaiallison I have the same issue. It's been 26 hours and I can't purchase Internet. Now it's going to take another 3 days to verify whether the premises are NBN ready. If this were a joke it would be funny, but it isn't. Do you have humans to speak with?

    @Telstra I have been without internet for 24 hours and can not get in contact with anyone from telstra to rectify this. Is telstra nbn down in brisbane and toowoomba?

    In an exciting turn of events, the NBN is down at our house (that's Australia's ridiculously unreliable national broadband network) so I may be presenting as a pixelated blur on mobile data.

    So disappointed (not surprised) with the lack of support from @Telstra today. They insist on sending a @NBN_Australia tech to my office who turns the internet off on me before leaving. They now refuse to answer me (for hours) on their SMS service. My business is harmed by this.

    @myGovau No, that hasn't helped. It looks as though it is a network/NBN problem. Will try a different computer & internet connection tonight.
