@GarbageDotNet yeah the NBN thing is specifically an NBN limitation, rather than at the ISP level. they can only sell the wholesale plans they're given if the ISP owns the fibre itself, then yeah it's just down to bandwidth costs

@Telstra @NBN_Australia @Foxtel It's most annoying that Foxtel always seems to know, hours before Telstra support

@David_J_Harley @r_quazzy I just went through the same issues with TPG. They tried to tell me the same thing and kept saying it was not their fault if it’s outside. I told them I don’t pay NBN I pay TPG & after checking inside and out I suggested they do an equipment upgrade, no charge to me, prob sorted

So seroius question. Long term Telstra customer 20 plus years. Recently somehow our NBN was cancelled with no request from either authorised staff! The cancellation has disrupted approx 300 clients! Telstra keep shifting me from department to department 1/2

@Telstra @NBN_Australia @Foxtel Wish someone at Telstra would get the outage page to automated

@Internode We originally opted for the 5g wireless service and this seemed OK, but after a relatively short period, it became clear that an NBN service better suits our needs 2/n

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Another day, another outage. Will I get internet back before 6pm, or will I continue to lose customers?
