@NBN_Australia It’s directly related to the ‘fibre to the node’ loading, that can’t be fixed. Nor can the crap quality of the telephone lines in this area be totally replaced easily.

@Telstra another day goes by and still not resolved......June 26 and no NBN. Entirely Telstra problem when by mistake they put “restrictions “ on the account but it takes forever to lift them. BTW was in credit when restrictions where wrongly imposed

@Telstra are just plain hopeless. Have been trying since May to fix a Telstra “error”....up to call 46 and each time assured it is fixed. Even have emails saying fixed but still NBN speed 0.002!!! World class!!

@NBN_Australia We did log a call with our ISP and they in turn got informed that an NBN technician was going to come out today between 8-12 only for NBN to cancel it! I am trying to be patient and work but between 1pm and 2pm the connection has dropped out 9 times and it’s still going on!

@MrsS2023 It was a great plan when it was announced a 93% fibre network. But that was then destroyed by LNP for 10 very long years and eventually they admitted what they did was very wasteful and costly and returned back to the fibre plan #nbn

Stupid ******* nbn box's battery is out and ever 24 hours I have to turn the alarm back off but because it takes 15 minutes to beep every night it gets later and later and now it'll go off around 12:30am and the cats are here and it's gonna scare them so I have to stay awake

@Ben_Davison1 We pay 47% tax on money earned over 180k. It's a joke mate. Income taxes are high the brackets have barely moved at all while inflation keeps hurting and taxing us more and more. The issue is government waste and poor fiscal management. NDIS and botched NBN rollout, pathetic.

@AtomicEconomics @OMGTheMess Paid for the same way the mobile network infrastructure is paid for. The mobile network is constantly being expanded into more remote areas, so to NBN as the demand justifies the cost. The important distinction most don't understand is that NBN is Australian owned.

@OMGTheMess Australia had fibre to the exchange since 1990, and between NZ via TASMAN2 fibre cable since 1992. The NBN was an inevitable upgrade that should have occurred sooner due to degrading copper. The only problem is they stuffed it all up with the stupid FTTN BS.
