@tpg_telecom @nbnco what’s with my internet? Now without for 3 days and neither of you can be bothered to help or update. #tpg sends me to #nbn and vice versa. Get your act together.

  • AnyNameWillDo69 AnyNameWillDo (@AnyNameWillDo69) reported

@NBN_Australia Line has already been tested multiple times. The issue is the copper connection. If you want to help, replace the copper with fibre. It really is that simple.

  • to_morrison MorrisonHasToGo (@to_morrison) reported

@callralstonsaul Well there is that disaster too isn't there? The assumption that all Australian's have access to NBN, even at the best of times, which we don't, let alone after a natural disaster takes out connections whether it's Telstra pits or mobile phone black spot towers( many burnt down)

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@mgiuca provider, it is best to seek updates from them directly as they can liaise with their internal nbn support team to find out the reason why the appointment did not go ahead and schedule a new one. We understand the frustration surrounding this matter and encourage 1/3

Still waiting for the issue to be fixed #belongau #nbn #nointernet

@ToryShepherd Mine deadly slow too. Wouldn’t have anything to do with NBN grid still reliant on water-vulnerable copper wire during east coast flooding would it?

  • wayne_offer Wayne Offer AGS38410902 (@wayne_offer) reported

@MrKRudd look at the purchase of copper cable by the nbn for replacement not upgrade. Upgrading copper to fibre opens bandwidth and competition for Murdocks Fox network.

  • AnyNameWillDo69 AnyNameWillDo (@AnyNameWillDo69) reported

@NBN_Australia I'm not 'experiencing' issues with my speed at all - this is all I get. The only 'factor' which is impacting my connection is the crappy copper connection in my area. The NBN is a joke. As soon as I can get 5G in my area, it's bye-bye NBN.

  • halil_mustafa halil mustafa (@halil_mustafa) reported

@Optus @NBN_Australia every time it rains more than a 2 min shower my nbn service goes to crap. The tech sent out to work out the issue shows me a comms pit full of water needing to be pumped dry. The old cable was flawless unless someone took out a power pole. #1stworldproblems

It so frustrating having to constantly deal with internet providers. I don't blame @Optus entirely but it seems when you have FTTN both your provider and @NBN_Australia just don't care if you have speed issues or want to fix it at all. I want to pay more money for higher
