Is it that hard to a) plan your capacity when you’ve had so much lead time and b) at least let your customer know if you can’t deliver what’s been promised? Also why am I compromising by having no connection for almost 2 months when I’ve only done the right thing? @NBN_Australia

Widespread @NBN outage across Sydney’s inner west including most of Leichhardt and Annandale. Very little info getting out but suspected to be “unplanned”. Maybe NBN and providers including @Telstra could update their outage sites.

Disquieted Australian. NSW - the Ruby standard. (@Strongisgentle) reported
@BroOfHoppers I got a quote to go to fibre from FTTN last year. It is in a pit outside my front fence, a few metres from the front of the house. They quoted $3000. I miss the days when we had publicly owned telecoms company with a service priority. #auspol #nbnfail #nbn

@NBN_Australia not happy. Have been waiting all afternoon for the technician to turn up. So not only has there been no one come to fix our problem. No customer service update. Not only is your product absolute crap but so is your customer support. Not happy.

Not to kid ourselves the fibre "upgrade" is just pushing fibre further down the streets and allowing the user to purchase another "upgrade" to the premises. Word on the vines are #nbn still don't know how to connect it up 🤔

@PaulXBeck @DaveMilbo I just bought a house less than 10 mins from Adelaide CBD and recently found out it’s still on ADSL and won’t have NBN until at least end of June, likely later. Wtf.

@NBN_Australia can you clarify the “unplanned outage” across Leichhardt 2040 and Annandale since before noon today. The NBN outage site said there’d been an unplanned outage which was being rectified and now nothing? Internet still out.

@NBN_Australia As I’m impatient - and my FttN connection has been up and down like a yo-yo for the last few months (NBN tech is scheduled to visit if they ever make it) - is there any chance to find out if my property will be eligible sooner than that? Or even be an early install?
