@Optus Yes I have tried it, and guess what? Nothing worked. maybe you should consider fixing either Optus nbn as a whole or change your subscription plans details to "we have occasional drop outs and wont do anything to fix them. not to mention you wont get the speeds you pay for. sorry

Please note .I have NO internet access at home ,only limited mobile been waiting for NBN BROADBAND fix the problem for 6 days .If Im lucky somebody will come around to check the 22 of MAY although it also coulld be the 6th of JUNE !! Thats Australian ISP for you in 2021.

At this point @Telstra I'm about one more useless support reply away from lodging a TIO complaint. Multiple NBN drop outs per day for a month, and support won't even book a technician, only 'watch for dropouts' Same issue every few years yet can't book a tech this time...

@DrRonBaumann Yes over the last week or so. I pay for unlimited top level NBN so that I could teach online last year and haven’t changed back down and I expected much better than what I’m getting now.
