My NBN has been out since Tuesday afternoon. My family has called TPG support multiple times but they have all given the same "nothing we can do about it, it's NBN" response. Any ideas would be appreciated I hate using mobile data.

Constant outages in north balgowlah for week. Not a problem with service provider as whole street affected with different providers. @NBN_Australia NBN site says no outages and no forum for complaint. No one taking responsibility. At a loss of what to do. @AussieBroadband

@ItsBouquet Plus his screw-up sale of Telstra cost us even more down the track when LNP botched the NBN. Even at time of the sale it was obvious that at the very least, the retail & infrastructure sides should have been split. This guy is barely better than Josh, possibly worse for the waste

@madd_slander You are crazy and NBN did NOT have a ghost writer... Treach wrote for both of them. Do ya lessons before committing blasphemy. Reggie has never been trash. Oh I just noticed what your name is... my bad

@iiNet Oh and btw, when asked for a new modem with 4G back up default if NBN line drops out, we were told 'No' ! Apparently only available to new customers. Apparently not available to us, (20year customers) whose internet connection inexplicably down. A ready solution n/a.

@MyRepublicAU This looks to been fixed overnight. Thanks for getting back to me. Happy to say, in the 5years we have been with you, only 2 outages, and one was nothing to do with you and required a re-termination of the fibre line by NBN. Keep up the great service!

@AlexanderDowner Tear down? You mean like a Carbon trading scheme or NBN with fttp, or a decent NDIS, or a decent school policy?
