@HardwareUnboxed @SpaceXStarlink NBN should be able to get you a gig if they're worth a damn. Typical for our WISP customers is either 20Mbps or 50Mbps but a dedicated shot can do basically whatever you can afford.

  • peterw peter (@peterw) reported

@RevolutionKiki @Telstra It’s the problem with Telstra Velocity across west end, Highgate hill and south Brisbane. New buildings get NBN but not older buildings. You have zero choice in going to another provider.

  • matthewjonespga Matthew Jones (@matthewjonespga) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra if my NBN is down why isn’t my 4g backup working? Have re booted, blue lights on??

  • TonkaTruckArgo Sean (@TonkaTruckArgo) reported

@NBN_Australia It's a satellite service.. ive practically been told stiff ****, is what it is. But it's totally unacceptable. What are you even doing with all this funding to upgrade networks and supply actual services? @WendyTuckerman

  • MartinSosus Teddy Pocketwatch (@MartinSosus) reported

@VOOK64 Example A on why the the NBN is a crap fest.

  • KleinRevd Revd Andrew Klein ( Chaplain) (@KleinRevd) reported

@NBN_Australia @Optus , what support are you able to offer? See previous tweets.☝🏼 Let me clarify this. You are the retailer , described as the service provider whilst @NBN_Australia actually does the physical service to infrastructure? This is an ongoing issue.

  • Tennkay1 Tennkay (@Tennkay1) reported

@7amahanti @SpaceXStarlink To need Starlink after eleventyseven billion dollars spent on @NBN_Australia is criminal. Royal Commission anyone? Good to hear it's working well for you. Yet to hear anything from Starlink regarding my order in metro Sydney... we are on 5G because our NBN is so bad.

  • KorojiChou KorojiChou🦋 (@KorojiChou) reported

@NBN_Australia We're fine, our internet is back online, we got an nbn technician to check and found the problem.

  • peterw peter (@peterw) reported

@TheOtherTara @Telstra They don’t need to lock me in. I have zero other options as West End has Telstra Velocity not NBN and no other provider will service it.

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@KleinRevd @NBN_Australia Hi Andrew, the message is just confirming the upgrade work. This does not mean your service will definitely be down. There may be some service interruptions, but we’ll try to keep this to a minimum! Kartik
