@tianhao_au Oh no / (⁎˃ᆺ˂)\ Disappointing start, sometimes if the NBN aspect of the line, or local equipment is the issues repair on the line or new equipment is needed to get running I'd suggest calling us on 1300 880 905 to speak to technical support wizards to get fixed up! -Meg

@Beethov39075926 @PollyWi92611992 And yes, I certainly agree LNP were a disaster. It was 9 yrs of stress watching them set out to destroy everything Gillard minority govt achieved for climate, + wrecking Labor NBN. Then the damage by SM...but ALP voted w/ his govt most of time. eg. "gas-led" ongoing disaster.

@markhumphries $300 gets you a Kogan Mobile SIM with 500GB (or 40Gb per month) on Vodafone network. That's a fair bit. Forget about NBN.

  • simonfrary simonfrary (@simonfrary) reported

@markhumphries I had nbn run the conduit straight down the wall no chasing it. It looked ****

  • Brisbane4000 Capital (@Brisbane4000) reported

@whysodirtyharry @markhumphries That is very bad advice from @NBN_Australia.

  • Paul_VLH Paul-Alain Hunt (@Paul_VLH) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@markhumphries So my place was connected to NBN. Then they renovated and cut through the connection. Took them EIGHT months to reconnect it and at first they refused to pay the $700. Renting sucks.

@markhumphries Why don’t you get 4G or 5G wireless broadband instead? NBN is slow and expensive

  • TheRealPembo Michael Pemberton (@TheRealPembo) reported

@frosty_morgan @markhumphries The fee is from the wholesaler (NBN). It is only applicable if the premise has not had an active service in the past. This is often due to someone cancelling the phoneline prior to NBN rollout and nobody connected NBN.

  • beckz_e El Bee (@beckz_e) reported

@whysodirtyharry @markhumphries We’ve only just gone to NBN. Wish we hadn’t needed to but the service we were on got cancelled.

  • tianhao_au Tianhao🏠😷 (@tianhao_au) reported

@Aussie_BB Good, I just called your support and got fix done by resetting the nbn box. Good customer support
