@NBN_Australia are THE worst. 8am-12pm apt no-show. No message or call from them. I call Dodo for answers, they say they are possibly late. I call back 3 hours later. “Sorry nobody is coming”... reschedule 4th of June? Who can I talk to? Nobody

@VodafoneAU That’s who told me to turn it on and off to begin with. Second guy said “We have to wait for the power to come back on (In the house - It never went off) as NBN products need electricity!

@Telstra - we placed out NBN order on October 2020 and still not active. Your customer service team have now gone completely quiet despite promises to call us back. Please contact ASAP

Storm yesterday arvo fried my NBN cable modem. NBN won't allow a ticket to be lodged until they've fixed issues at the exchange. 🤬

@CraigKellyMP NBN is a disaster, an embarrassment on the world stage. The Government should have stayed out of it and let the Telcos do what they do best with infrastructure. It was over budget (as usual) and they underdelivered. So glad I never signed up to NBN, I use a 4G modem.
