    @NBN_Australia One thing that would help would be to not have to go through the service provider and associated hour of troubleshooting when it is always the ncd. An interim process to get a new ncd quickly would do until a long term solution is found

    Hey @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia we have had a 48 hour outtage here in Sydenham. No issues til recent. Have either of you been doing maintenance here in the last few days or should we reach out? :)

    @NBN_Australia we are moving into this property on Friday, the internet service provider said there are major delays to nbn which mean we cannot get internet installed. They also said ADSL had been discontinued. Can we at least be added to the wait list to have nbn installed?

    @RandaltsRandal If only it could be on what you achieved - what policy materially improved Aust. Did you build a fibre NBN, NDIS, Gonski? No we let Covid rage, did nothing, protected banks, sold off fake water for personal gain, let bushfires rage. Don't hold a hose. Impoverished the poor more.

    @Telstra Im moving all of my services (NBN, Fox, 3 mobiles i pay for) away from Telstra. I have been trying since before xmas to get 1 little accounting issue sorted & Telstra Shop dont want to know about it, 24x7 app & webchat staff stuff around for so long its still not resolved #ImOut

    @Telstra how do you get any support Telstra ! Have been without internet since the 15th January when Telstra disconnected my Cable internet and cannot get NBN until 30th March ! Telstra compliant case raised TIO case also , emails to Andy Penn , to Minister for communications !

    @TPG_Telecom nbn has been down for about 5 days now due to damage to the cables on your end? Called 3 times and been patient about it but it's been out for too long now. I haven't even been given an estimated time on when this could be solved?
