Legit been trying to liaise with @Telstra for 18 days because they have completely screwed our NBN order and won’t take accountability and fix it 🤙🏻

@davidbewart I have a *little* sympathy for MT and NBN. He was handed a poison chalice deliberately by Abbot to split him off from a support base. Abbot hates the NBN with a burning passion for costing him an election.

@johnsy123aus It’s because this government has taken us back to the 1950’s, that’s the speed they work at. Don’t forget Abbott ruined the NBN, so everything works at a very slow pace now…..we’ll be back to smoke signals if they get re-elected.

@souwalker @NBN_Australia My notification was 730am-6pm so at least your fix is less hours (Although luckily not too many outages today)

@paulbudde Ahh, ACMA, they ruled RSPs had to allow changing back to legacy services if customer's were unhappy with NBN, which the other arm of Government ruled were illegal. Now it's RSPs fault if NBN can't provide even though NBN is opaque about its speed ability.#auspol

@paulbudde NBN provides RSPs with inaccurate, if any, estimate of the expected available speed in a given location, and yet any shortfall or misinformation to the customer is the RSPs fault? Really? #auspol
