    @NBN_Australia jmoved into a new place, nbn provider telling me the pre lived in property will need a nbn tech to come out as our nbn box is faulty. That will take until the 8th March I’m told. How is my wife and I supposed to work from home? Hope someone reading this can help???

    @andyyapwh 2/2 Due to the nature of the issue found on the network, our Engineering team raised a service restoration ticket to the NBN Co. Our Engineering team is monitoring the progress of your case and they will contact you via phone call or SMS for pertinent updates. -Daisy

    Hey @Optus you have hijacked our FTTP NBN home internet service and messed up our address with @NBN_Australia. @Internode say it will take days to get it fixed up by NBN. Reckon you could sling us a 5G modem while the damage is being repaired?

    The problem is that as a whole NBN (Northern-bred *****) I can’t really deal with the way they deal with snow in these other areas.

    @reideemer We understand service issues are frustrating. If your current and previous provider has raised service restoration tickets to nbn they can reject the outcome if the issues have not been resolved to keep the ticket open. 1/3

    Hotspotting my TV off my mobile because JFC the NBN is bad here. The peak time data drain is awful Suggestions?

    In the second and much smaller room I got “poor network quality” errors multiple times without any way to auto dial back in. The errors were happening on a solid NBN connection and a 5G connection. Eventually gave up and listened to a fascinating podcast instead.

    @Telstra nbn connection - done online trouble shooting done told to get technician involved been online 4 times with no response messaging support been on for 45 mins no response !
