@aussiefarming I'm just happy we have a choice now. I still have PTSD from the old days of having your service shaped on the first skymuster bc of data limits. Took a year for @NBN_Australia to admit it was happening.

@tingeling_au I use 100% mobile data, not from iiNet (I had an argument with them in 2020) at home, no NBN at all. Fluctuates between 4G & 5G. Works beautifully for me. No problems.

@Telstra @TheMiniHybrid Listen here, we have escalated so many times to your NBN team and the NBN themselves, it has not been fixed, we keep getting told it has been fixed and guess what it is still no fixed. I don't know your relationship with NBN is but tell them to PROPERLY fix it already !

@JonesHowdareyou I have had 5 NBN chaps look at/dig up our footpath shake heads and leave. Was called on Monday asking if I was “in dispute with my neighbor”. No I said, we both totally agree NBN’s contractors - a totally unprofessional mob - are our only trouble

@JonesHowdareyou Customer service & service delivery a thing of the past. Lucky you had NBN tech fix it. In prevs place, Telstra sent ~6 modems in a period of 12mths. Turns out it wasn't faulty modems. NBN visited & id'd copper wiring to the house as culprit. Waste really annoys me
