@NBN_Australia You guys literally have designed the worst internet infrastructure possible. Someone (random) started a new account with a different ISP which has disconnected my connection. Now I have to reconnect and wait for it to come online. (Maybe requiring technician visit) Cont.

@PervyPimp @AcuSense @CraigKellyMP I think theyve invested too much.... if any form of renewable energy is viable, the private sector will explore it. Governments are generally terrible with big projects.... NBN, NDIS, pink batts etc etc

@Telstra our neighbour needs your help. Her Telstra NBN internet has been down for over 1 1/2 weeks and her children cannot do their school homework. The Telstra technician has not shown up for the scheduled appointment 3 times now! Incredible. Please help her ASAP.

It's not even like we can use a fibre service that isn't NBN cause they are the only ones in Australia. Guess a monopoly is okay if it's government funded I guess
