    3 hours now and I’ve been told to turn my modem off 5 times now. Unknown amount of “not to worry” and “let me help you”. Latest stupid request is for a serial number. No @NBN_Australia fault ticket yet.

    @Telstra No, let’s keep it public so everyone can see how useless you are. What complaint do I need to raise to get the copper changed to fibre? @NBN_Australia , TIO, someone else?

    @slace You'll definitely need to get NBN to fix that.... part of what you paid for when the service was abolished is the reset of the Service Class back to 0. That way when the ISP places the order with the NBN, they know what is required.

    @sallymcmanus My NBN plan was increased $15 a month without warning. I was told my plan no longer exists and my bill was reduced for the past few months to help. There was no sign of this on my bills at all. There is still a plan at the same price as I previously had to change back to. 🙄

    Just resubmitted job application before @NBN_Australia went down again for no reason. Reset isn't working. Luckily I have 4G Android phone.
