    @NBN_Australia they were sending the nbn guy to the wrong (old address again. Telstra is impossible to get hold of. I have sent complaints and rang and msg them to fix but they won’t. Can you help please?

    Seems @Telstra have messed up the NBN order so badly that I cannot cancel, I cannot progress and I cannot use the 4G back-up modem. I wonder what compensation I can get for breach of contract...

    @iinet have been really helpful in getting our NBN set up. @NBN_Australia not so much. Now we have to wait because of a 'External Network Shortfall' & now have to wait for NBN to finish it the "completed rollout" of the NBN that the Minister said was done.

    @fictillius @andrewgalka It was so stable when I had Telstra. Very unstable under NBN. I'd rather take my slower speeds than have the inconsistency with my line now.
