@TurnbullMalcolm @rhysam That is pathetic drivel @TurnbullMalcolm. Australia was on track for a world class FTTP NBN until you butchered it with a second grade service that has us languishing below 60 in world rankings. #AusPol

There is definitely something wrong with @NBN_Australia right now. I can get 264Mbps download, but only 0.03Mbps upload (tested on multiple machines, using HFC). I'm a @Telstra broadband customer, but am very confident this is an NBN issue.

@c_s_wallace @cheryl_kernot Like NBN they give themselves pats on the back and bonuses for being totally inept and incompetent.... In fact they even give incompetent a bad rap!

@Telstra No, not at all. Interestingly comments on the web suggest Telstra got rid of remote access when NBN came in, but the company hasn’t bothered to tell anyone. Is that correct? All I get with 125102 or 1800135102 is “the number you have called is not available from this service”

@NBN_Australia I’ve waited over 2 weeks for this appointment- you have been no help what so ever, this is an essential service and you are basically a booking service with no contact with your contractors - you may as well close your call centre and just have online bookings

@BuzniakPiotr While that article is primarily about NBN FTTC users, if NBN are considering any changes to their network infrastructure then that is for them to announce. As it stands, customers currently on NBN FTTN services are unable to sign up for Superfast speeds - Chris

@theheraldsun The worst government is the one scomo is in charge of ...... We wouldn't be here with a competent purpose built hotel quarantine and a vaccine rollout that hasn't been rolled out like NBN

@Emma21979 Hi Emma, we apologise we're unable to resolve this for you directly. Your provider manages this process with the assistance of an internal nbn support team, and they can reach out to that team for assistance with your appointment. 1/2
