Yet again an evening spoilt by Telstra. NBN down therefore internet down foxtel down for not the first time. Don’t bother checking Telstra outages shows that all is good. Trying troubleshooting on telstra site goes round in circles. However if you miss a payment + $15

@mssquiggs65 I’m on that awful NBN satellite service - the one that doesn’t work in bad weather. Having said that, NBN and iiNet have always been pretty responsive to any issues I’ve had. I’m assuming you’re on NBN. What’s happened?

Ok so change of dial plan settings and all sorted. Alarm dialer working with VSP primary over fibre failover to FTTdp-NBN and dial sim 4G gateway. Also handling FoIP over the fibre (haven’t tried the fail overs for this not as important)

@spannaforce Seriously, what's going on with it? I was building my Dad's membership pack yesterday and it was so damn slooooow. I thought it was my nbn playing silly buggers, but it must've been the portal itself if other members struggled with it

@NBN_Australia The fault is that NBN is selling me fixed line internet over 40 year old copper phone lines nailed to trees and has no plan to upgrade it at all, then quoted me more than $32k to build your network for you.

@NBN_Australia every 2-3 weeks several hour outages 😡… again from 8am this morning to now and still not up. “ unplanned power outage is affecting your area” McKinnon 3204- 😡😡😡😡 Just turn the “power back ok”! Or is that the general “we have no clue” default notification

@NBN_Australia what’s happening now the internet was working for a day in goowla beach 5214 now it’s down again. I checked the status and it says unplanned outage like it did a few days ago. I thought you had fixed the problem ?

@NBN_Australia we run a small business in NSW and our service provider has told us they've been "waiting for an update from NBN" for days about when a technician can come out to us. Meanwhile, we're unable to operate our business while we're waiting. How can we resolve this?

@Optus I sent a DM complaining about poor service I got yesterday fixing NBN fault. But the poor service continued. First person i get a message from Kartik, second Mary responds now Harrison is talking to me. Both Mary and Harrison asked me for the same info within 2min of each other
