    @NBN_Australia I am sure this is not the 1st time you have heard of these poor customer service/experiences or aware of it. @ausgov spent billions of $$ & you are still luking a way to find better customer service. Service resolution time should not be more thn 2 days wherever possible, period.

    @NBN_Australia Yes it is frustrating specially if it takes 10days just to provide a box. Now when everyone is working from home, this type of poor customer service/experience is least expected when whole dependency in on one provider.

    @NBN_Australia My @TPG_Telecom service is active at my location but I can’t use it unless I have NBN connector box to be provided by NBN. Sadly it will take 10 days just to provide the box by your techinican as this is the standard waiting time from NBN just to provide a box it seems.

    @mikedoeslife Yep. CEO salaries go up exponentially, taxation revenue goes down (Sydney Airport hasn’t a paid a cent in tax since privatisation) or an important bit has to be renationalised (the NBN) at huge cost.

    @RoyceWilsonAU Telstra is an interesting one because the network had to be renationalised under the NBN which is why the right hate it so much. Having had the great displeasure of that company twice being a customer of mine, it made them mean.
