@ZachWeiner Part of the other side of the issue was that once the NBN came into your area, the original phone lines shut down, so you had to get an NBN plan. A lot of telcos shoved people onto a 12 Mbps plan, which was never designed for internet use, only as a phone line

@NBN_Australia Your science speaks volumes.....Can you guys not see there is a consistent and frequent network fault here? Sending a guy out to replace and terminate cables isn't helping...

  • BriiJayx BriiJay ⚡ (@BriiJayx) reported

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia @Vondle did this for me when I was having trouble at my old place getting my NBN associated with the property and hooked up. From memory my MP's office lodged a case on my behalf and I was given a specific case manager to work with. I hope this works out for you!!

  • GangstaSquadGa1 GangstaaP3nguin (@GangstaSquadGa1) reported

@ThatProtoGuy Dude it’s so annoying, thank **** I have NBN now and it’s 5 mins off being done, if this was my old net I wouldn’t be playing until tomorrow night at the earliest for an update this big

  • TomWatt91 Tom Watt (@TomWatt91) reported

@nicshields 15 minutes before an important meeting at 1pm: "NBN Is down for scheduled maintenance" Like - what?!

  • nightkhaos NightKhaos (@nightkhaos) reported

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia I think you and I have a different definition of "scheduled". Scheduled does not mean "started 20 minutes ago and now we're notifying you". Please fix your terminology. :) P.S. Still have Internet, I hope it stays that way.

  • andyyapwh Andy Yap (@andyyapwh) reported

NBN is looking like a broken pieces put together with some temporary glue, it is a matter of time for it to start to break apart and too expensive to maintain or fit the purpose of the Australian future demand for the ever raising bandwidth requirement. X

  • Mad_As_Mel Mad As Mel (@Mad_As_Mel) reported

So, currently on the phone with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman who said that there is no action they can take against @NBN_Australia for cutting my service off and replacing it with something inferior! Is this correct @PaulFletcherMP? #NaffBroadbandNotworking

  • thcnunz Nino Iaccarino (@thcnunz) reported

@NBN_Australia Your silence here speaks volumes. How do we stop getting a tech out to do nothing and actually have infrastructure fix the root cause ? My livelihood depends on the NBN.

  • Rigby_Gaming Mike (@Rigby_Gaming) reported

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia Australian Government: “wE wAnT tO hAvE tHe WoRLd’S LeAdiNg NeTwOrK iNfaStRuCtUrE!”

  • descry Descry 🇦🇺 // Twitch: DescryAU (@descry) reported

@hexsteph @NBN_Australia "We can't escalate until there's been 3 failed attempts to fix at premise NBN won't let us". They're literally wasting money and resources just to ignore the techs at my ISP.
