@NBN_Australia Very disappointed in the service we are receiving from the NBN and @BelongAU #belongnbn. Our net keeps dropping out. We have not had proper internet for 2 weeks. It connects with the ping test and drops off. Not holding a load. Box got hit by lightning. So bad:(

@matthewrdev @brianlagunas I'm getting fibre to the premises soon so will have gigabit NBN. I get a solid 100 at the moment though down.

@NBN_Australia @CaponeField I have the same problem. The provider can't help because it's an issue with the poor FTTN network infrastructure. The NBN will do nothing to help anyone until their service degrades below 25mbit and then they'll get added to the list of premises to fix eventually... 2030?
