@VodafoneAU is the NBN down today in the 4124 region in Qld? No internet for the entire day so far. 4G really patchy too. Makes it really hard to run a business when you need to make Zoom calls.

@dingcb @Telstra NBN HFC install hiatus due no HFC hardware. @Telstra confirmed they could install "Telstra" HFC and took my order. That was in late March. Still sitting here today in 'escalation hell' waiting for them to enable the service. Hardware has been installed for 3 weeks.

@ItzJker paying for telstra 110 premium NBN plan he also bought extra download speed so he pays $110 but in reality he is only using less than 20 down, but nah dawg man smart as ****, got masters in IT and still doesnt understand how this works. im baffled

@simonahac @Telstra What I really dislike is the dampening down of the up and download speeds to below the contracted levels. On purpose and against any rational reasoning. Our NBN Wifi tower feeds directly into the main arterial but we get ridiculously slow speeds. Hours spent on the app!!

@am11t Thanks for providing your account details via DM, Amit. Aside from advising to reboot the equipment, our technician tested the line and received a failing status of the NBN NTD box. It means that there's a fault within the network, which explains the need of an NBN tech. -Basil
