    @GladysB @Asher_Wolf @NSWSES Can’t... power down since Sun. @Telstra black hole and 3G/4G booster (their solution that cost ~$2k!) therefore out... modem also dead so @NBN_Australia doesn’t work (no #Internet). #VoIP phone dead.     @jendudley Poor progress is the last place I lived. Brand new building. Cable terminates in power pole outside the building. No phone lines available for adsl. They managed to free up 4-5 lines for 40+ units. 2 years later still no cable or nbn despite building next door having it.

    @TPG_Telecom What a standard (low) level response is this. I had a long chat with your support engineer who has no idea what could go wrong therefore, he raised a complain for NBN and other teams (which he did not tell me about) @NBN_Australia

    @xzRich_ Our NBN only improved our upload speeds in trade off for DL speeds. Anyway just threaten to change companies if they don’t match the bill to what you think it’s worth or what annother companies offering and they’ll make u an better offer if they wanna keep you as a customer.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Brian. As it happens the @Telstra rep blamed nbnco for the additional fees. It's all feels like a bit of a terrible joke to be honest, but thanks for replying.

    Absolutely our NBN is a waste of taxpayers money, we well everyone I've spoken to just around NSW is fed up with such poor quality. And business are suffering for it, I help a friend a few days and her NBN is frustrating on her business slow waste of time.🙄👎

    So I am being forced on to the @NBN_Australia infrastructure and @Telstra is attempting to "uprgade" my service to a more expensive, slower, less feature rich service.

    @ShaughnessyMat You should be celebrating......took us 107days to connect to existing connection,speed at best half of what we are paying for, continually "drops out" & have to reboot either NBN or Telstra Gen2 modem, 2-3 times a day. When system down no homeline, & grossly overcharging HGIT 💩

    Outage for @Telstra cable internet (non-nbn) in Lindfield NSW since Jan 30, and it’s not listed on the service status site so I went through all of the troubleshooting and phoned up where they told me there’s a huge outage that won’t be fixed until Feb 3. Waste of time that was.

    @jendudley Say goodbye to that. We went from 100mbps cable to 2-3mbps adsl to 50mbps nbn and paid the same for each service. Extra for the adsl cause had to tether to my mobile to actually use the internet.

    @NBN_Australia Yes my provider @TPG_Telecom is never responding on the phones so we are still helpless without any clue of when is it going to get resolved.

    @MichaelSmyth_ @NBN_Australia I wish I could get points for NBN scam calls! Already two this afternoon! When I tell them I am happy for them to disconnect the service they hang up, only to call again several hours later.

    @TPG_Telecom Definitely not working. The NBN router has the flashing red light for link. Unfortunately I don’t have a way to log into this modem as I didn’t receive a configuration for it. Very tempted to just request my configuration from you and debug it myself

    @iiNet is there a problem with the internet in Thornbury (3071)? It went down about 10 mins ago and the NBN box has been cycling through trying to reconnect ever since.

    PS you also disconnected my NBN from another provider without instruction in the week my son was doing his final university exam from home. You are not just **** you are worse than ****.

    @Optus nbn not working and my 4G is so weak it won't load your chat app to find out what the problem is let alone let the kids finish their school work. Happens every time there's heavy rain and the pits fill with water.

    @AlboMP @calebsfavourite Brilliant Anthony. Morrison’s ‘do nothing govt’ is not a virtue, it is a grubby way of substituting laziness & incompetence for leadership & nation building. If Morrison was Romulus, Rome would have remained a group of tents. My NBN is too slow to run Zoom in Canberra???
