@busbydeebar @JoshFrydenberg Totally blames the banks , but he has done worse with NBN, not worth $51+b must be down to say $25 - 30bn, rps are being ovrcharged for serviecs which they pass onto to customers, so we pay twice.....NBN totally stuffed up by LNP, Australia now 54 on list......👎🏼👎🏽👎🏿💩🤖💸💸💸

  • Gloreen_Goldin Gloreen Goldin (@Gloreen_Goldin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra absolutely THE WORST COMPANY - They don’t care about customers they don’t turn up to apps NBN installed takes a min of 2/3 weeks to turn up 🤬🥵I have team of specialists waiting costing me $1000 not notified that they cannot make it !! Going to loose a customer of 30yr

  • hitinman Just Davo (@hitinman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

What tragedy #nbn internet gone down again. Third time in this week. Please liaise with #AussieBroadband and fix it.

  • IainBrewSydney Iain Brew (@IainBrewSydney) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Now had @TPG_Telecom #HFC 100 #nbn for over a month now. Consistently high speeds regardless of the time of day, no drop outs, great customer service. Credit where credit is due, I’m glad my NBN is working as advertised.

  • hitinman Just Davo (@hitinman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Well after a 8hrs and 57 min #Nbn outage. And as conversing with the customer service at Aussie Broadband. The #nbn flared into action. Now that to me seems like they are metering the amount of data. Without really telling you that you are capped. The fight continues for credit.

  • stoicbunny lannister (@stoicbunny) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @MrNixonsWife Fix the NBN please.

  • Dave_Hooton David Hooton (@Dave_Hooton) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@SilvesterSJ @NewtonMark @NBN_Australia I’m pretty sure they won’t bother with resi once they realise how much more they can make by going direct to enterprise and avoiding all the end user support and TIO complaints.

  • hitinman Just Davo (@hitinman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

After a two hour #nbn outage it's back up again. Still waiting for a reply to my DM complaint.

  • NickTrebla 💧Nick Trebla (@NickTrebla) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Neil48422865 @EvolvingMeme @WittaTwitta @Zedtwo @NBN_Australia Turnbull changed from an all fibre system to a hybrid abomination of aging unreliable technologies. And it has not saved 1 cent as cost and schedule blow-outs and unreliability problems mount.

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@THE_Russell @Chris86767838 @theprojecttv He wouldn't know, he's such a tool.......NBN is ****** & watch the cost to the Australian taxpayers to fix it......it's overpriced to rsp's now, not worth $50+bn, and total patchwork........thanks LNP 👎🏼👎🏿👎🏽💩💩💩🤖

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

O3 months and no resolution. Your customer service team for NBN should be ashamed of themselves. The call centre in I did should be closed. They are callous unprofessional and useless

  • deepbona deepak (@deepbona) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra my NBN is still not connected 5 months after the order. I have complained formally ( SR 1-2112767150623) and been patient. My complaint manager is clueless rude and unprofessional. This is my experience with many members of your Indian call centre.

  • TheSusanTracey SusanTracey (@TheSusanTracey) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@anil447_anil Hmmm I agree from a personal perspective... had super fast cable with no issues and got moved to NBN which either doesn’t work, drops out and is so much SLOWER than what we had...

  • smitherreenss ratchet JOPPING ノಠ_ಠノ (@smitherreenss) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@seoeffects LITERALLY THEYRE ALL SHIT AND NBN IS BARELY ANYGOOD AND MORE BAD LIKE THIS AINT IT 😔😔😭

  • SarahHurc Sarah Hurcombe (@SarahHurc) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Terrible mistake from @Optus - they made us @TwoTalesCafe switch to NBN last week and changed our number without telling us and we’ve only just found out - really crappy stuff for a long weekend when people will call us to find out if we’re open!!!! Sort it out @Optus

  • NickTrebla 💧Nick Trebla (@NickTrebla) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Neil48422865 @EvolvingMeme @WittaTwitta @Zedtwo @NBN_Australia I don't know which alternate universe you live in, but I had 80 kb/s cable before they co-opted it for HFC. I now pay the same for an unreliable 25 kb/s. Fortunately tpg are laying a 100gb/s service in my street so I can leave nbn, and switch to fttp as before turnbull killed it

  • Shagdush Greg Edwards (@Shagdush) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Just got off the phone to @telstra 2nd Lev support. They are sending around a cable contractor to have a look in the pit. Seems as though NBN own the cables and Telstra provide the signal in my area.

  • NickTrebla 💧Nick Trebla (@NickTrebla) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Neil48422865 @WittaTwitta @Zedtwo @EvolvingMeme @NBN_Australia That is the worst bullshit I have seen in a long time. If you believe what you're saying then you are obviously a stooge for hire.

  • milczy Laura Milczarek 🇦🇺 (@milczy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

People don’t realise there are different plans with different speeds on NBN. But mobile data haha Telstra charges twice as much as others. For the same price I get double the data with another provider who uses the Telstra network #abc730

  • hitinman Just Davo (@hitinman) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Using Aussie Broadband now but it is #NBN that is the problem. Never had any dramas with Optus HFC cable

NBN Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BrowntownBrew Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported

@BazzaCC I've got 1000/100 at home now on the proper ALP version of the #nbn, before was the unreliable and slow LNP version.

  • BrowntownBrew Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported

@Mark35785935 @BazzaCC Because LNP completely stuff the economics of the rollout, NBN doesn't have the revenue it should to provide better service to the bush. Once copper is removed from the network, then there will be money for big upgrades without having to ask the gov for more funding

  • Nyscat Nyssa (@Nyscat) reported

@MartinMurray_Ag Have you actually lost anything at the moment? (other than your sanity from dealing with NBN and Telstra) I'd be covering it back up, and pretending I never saw it...

  • MyNameIsMurray Murray (@MyNameIsMurray) reported

@sandmanute @senatorbabet @corybernardi Yes, because buying back gold you've already sold, and companies like Telstra, all at a massive loss, is something a government would do. That's just silly. And the ALP did eventually buy back the Telstra copper network for the NBN rollout... before the LNP screwed it up.

  • KMarkotic Fix It Kris (@KMarkotic) reported

@JacintaAllanMP Too bad NBN is the choke point. Starlink for life ✊

  • BrowntownBrew Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported

@kram_parko @BazzaCC Thanks to them for starting the #NBN down the correct path, but unfortunately the unwashed masses believed the lies and LNP got in and crippled a sound investment to protect Murdoch

  • HoutermanJohn John Houterman (@HoutermanJohn) reported

@BazzaCC I got rid of the NBN and use mobile wifi at home for internet and phone calls. I was fed up with the old copper wire system breaking down and having to wait for repairs.

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@AirJohnston1 @newcastleherald Nine's restructuring targets 50 roles in its streaming and broadcast division—mostly redundancies, unfilled vacancies, and non-renewed contracts—to cut duplication and drive growth amid a weak ad market. No specifics on locations, so Newcastle/NBN News impact remains unclear. They're prioritizing employee support and redeployments. Tough times for media, but streamlining makes sense in this environment.

  • GordosThugs_SC Gordo (@GordosThugs_SC) reported

Does anyone else have constant issues with their NBN connection, or is it an NT thing? Thinking about switching to @Starlink but want to know if anyone can speak for or against it. It’s more expensive but surely more reliable?

  • bo_brand RoboBrand (@bo_brand) reported

@page_research Amazing arrogance of Australian ’Intellectual’ types. thinking they have every complex problem solved. NBN scam being blown away by Starlink is one recent example. We thought we were tech advanced to now be blown the ***! away
