    @stnapAtnaf @DifficultNerd It’s actually hilarious to see media reports of the NBN struggling. Remote learning/video/working, video streaming, etc, etc is exactly why a proper next-gen network should have been built.

    @DifficultNerd @stnapAtnaf Sadly not the case. NBN have confirmed with me that we will never get 50 Mbps due to the distance we are away from the first node. They also didn’t replace the aging copper on the main street and line faults is a regular thing to happen.

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra No Tracey, Telstras practice is to use an overseas call centre, the call takers have limited english skills. When you move from QLD to NSW and ask them to cancel the NBN until you move back in, and they cut off 2 mobiles and 2 tablets leaving a $12,000 debt as they were on a plan

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra @NBN_Australia Telstras response will be to send you a link that then grabs all your followers, then tell you prob is registered, defer to customer service and ... hey we are in your bases and we grabs all your dataz! Learned the hard way :P

    @Aussie_BB Has anything changed int he way you are notifying customers of outages? My brother has the app installed on his phone, but didn't receive a notification that NBN is down for "scheduled maintenance" for 5 DAYS!. A 5-day "scheduled outage" isn't acceptable service levels

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra @NBN_Australia Appalling. I know several people isolating due to co workers being told to shhhh and come to work with COVID. Poor pandemic practice in a vulnerable persons home is unconscionable

    @Optus is there any NBN outages tonight for the 3130 area? My Internet has been down for the last 45 minutes. Checked the Optus NBN outages page and nothing showing there.

    What the Hell?! NBN Has a "Scheduled outage" that extends 5 days? That's obscene!

    @andy_penn Hi Andy, Your team suspended my service without proper communication. I'm on a cable network with about 100 Mbps and paying $94.00. I've offered NBN 100/100 for $110. I've asked him why I should pay more to get almost the same service. He had no answer and suspended.
