    What a day NBN guy came and fixed the problem that goes back to when we were fighting with Telstra about our landline- issue sourced from the same pit on the verge. So far so good.

    After moving to Aus, I was on an ADSL connection for 5 years and only had 1 outage during that time. I have been on NBN for less than a week and have already had two outages. This is getting silly now. @MyRepublicAU @NBN_Australia #nbnfail #nbn

    @slsandpet Before we were forced to transfer to NBN we were getting 110 down, 10 up. After switch over (and much complaining) I was getting 90 down, 30 up. Currently getting 40 down 30 up. Not acceptable really (and I’m paying the same).

    @MikeCarlton01 @Telstra Took Telstra 3 months and a complaint to the ombudsman for a human to come to Newport last week, open a pit and tell us the problem was nbn workers had cut the copper wire to our house.

    @EddyJokovich @abc730 ABC might be under directives from LNP especially when LNP is under fire so smokescreen the bad news! Today’s news - NBN, Fletcher again on land purchase and then Teague. 7.30 report was poor as inquiry is still ongoing and outbreak appears to be linked to hotel mgr.

    @NBN_Australia @telstra Received my bill for the first Two Months service Plus a call-out fee I’m sure I signed for all of that somewhere However I am currently applying for the first month free given the (ongoing) issues we’ve had 🤞 (PS- I got an automated response to my DM)

    We had *no* problem At All with the Alcatel device on the Cable Internet and have had nothing but problems since the NBN device was installed. Could we just put the old device back?

    @NBN_Australia What about equipment provided by NBN? Never experienced these issues before your equipment was installed. What is the difference between your own-brand cable-adaptor and the Netgear Telstra Cable Adaptor CM450-1TLAUS? Can I put the old one back that used to work perfectly?

    I have to move my business to the #nbn in October. I feel sick at the prospect. Slower and less reliable, as well as more expensive than my current service. And very special thanks to @TurnbullMalcolm for saddling us with third word internet.

    @magicpoet01 Shocking service. Loose with the truth when selling you products. Don’t even get me started on the NBN debacle. Suspend your acct without warning & it can take days to get it back. The work time I’ve spent on OS call centres trying to fix BASIC problems would tally up to weeks.

    Connection speed has definitely not been temporarily increased so I can use my WiFi while waiting for the NBN tech to come switch my modem back onto the correct network. If anything, it's possibly slower now. 😑

    @NBN_Australia Constant dropping out Slow speeds I'm on fixed wireless and have had it for over 4yrs. It gets worse all the time. The home phone is on NBN so it doesn't work either during outages. Mobile phone coverage poor so I rely on wireless back up and so that doesn't work either. 1/2

    What Conroy won’t say is nobody was buying the NBN when he was in govt so his rollout figures looked like crap. He did a deal with Telstra to replace people’s PSTN with NBN with people having no choice. But people didn’t get internet they got a Telstra NBN phone. #pmlive
