  What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

  @stnapAtnaf @DifficultNerd It’s actually hilarious to see media reports of the NBN struggling. Remote learning/video/working, video streaming, etc, etc is exactly why a proper next-gen network should have been built.

  @DifficultNerd @stnapAtnaf Sadly not the case. NBN have confirmed with me that we will never get 50 Mbps due to the distance we are away from the first node. They also didn’t replace the aging copper on the main street and line faults is a regular thing to happen.

  @NBN_Australia How do you contact NBN when you have been without service for 24 Hours. Service provider can not do anything. No advice when it will be back on. Try calling. They phone maze is the best piece of avoid any contact with your customers I have ever come across.

  Man look, I still bump “Craziest” flying down PCH/Malibu ! I remember sneaking into a f’n firehouse in PG County MD to see NBN perform and they rocked the joint “OPP”. Teach is a damn beast! I remember being on Peachtree dressed in all linen banging that D.E.E.P. at Freaknic ! They both dope groups who brought they own thing to the game. OutKast probably a bit more culturally but let’s just celebrate them. Who’s better or worse really don’t matter. “DC N$ggas are the craziest” LOL ✊🏽

  @Telstra why is my NBN internet not working today? super slow and drops out all the time. started at 3am and still going. i restarted my modem and checked for outages. please help!

  After a couple of hours on and off the phone today, our NBN got fixed only for it to crap out again, but what I found interesting is when it crapped out around 1pm the mobile phones went down instantly too for around 10 minutes. It's just happened again, NBN and the phones, I've just gotten 1 bar of mobile service on my phone and no NBN 🤔

  @khtagh pre nbn i was paying $30 a month for adsl, 22Mbps. after nbn fixed wireless i was paying $90 a month for a 25Mbps service, took them 3 years to get speed up to 50Mbps. yet now they can offer well over 100Mbps on same hardware, so the slow initial speeds were deliberately capped.

  You send private messages offering all the help in the world only to redirect me right back to where I started from and got no help. The truth is Telstra does not want to know about any of these problems and neither does NBN.
