All medical alarm users should also register their medical alarm with the nbn as it will help to minimise any break in service during the transition. Registration is free, and can be done online or by calling 1800 687 626.

@weupshitcreekoz Apparently the tower was affected by the NBN loss during blackout. Not obvious at home because of the power loss. Three days later when power returned the modem had no input for a full month. The phone to tower had severely limited service. Driving to another cell was a temp fix

Yet once you have NBN pass you property you have no option.....total disaster

@Telstra another fault with my nbn service today. I have repeatedly had faults over the past couple of weeks since scheduled maintenance occurred. Each has resulted in laborious help desk interaction resulting in a temporary restoration of the service the same fault reappear.

@djsveta Hi Sveta, There are no wide spread issues in the area listed I am aware of. If you have tried restarting both NBN box (If applicable) as well modem/router and the issue is continuing I would recommend giving the customer service team a quick call on 1300 880 905. - Adam
