    @stnapAtnaf @DifficultNerd It’s actually hilarious to see media reports of the NBN struggling. Remote learning/video/working, video streaming, etc, etc is exactly why a proper next-gen network should have been built.

    @DifficultNerd @stnapAtnaf Sadly not the case. NBN have confirmed with me that we will never get 50 Mbps due to the distance we are away from the first node. They also didn’t replace the aging copper on the main street and line faults is a regular thing to happen.

    What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

    To anyone thinking of moving your NBN service or signing up to NBN, be careful. We have just moved to a HFC NBN area, had @Telstra ‘move’ our service. @NBN_Australia have no connection boxes, so 2 month wait!! This is what holds Aust back. Disappointed? You bet. #NBN #Telstra

    @Optus have an appt for a @NBN_Australia technician to come to my house tomorrow. Have called your customer service to reschedule, have been told by 3 different operators the appt can’t be cancelled so when the NBN tech arrives and no one is here don’t blame me #useless

    Imagine moving house in 2021, amid a global pandemic, where most people are still working from home, and finding out that @NBN_Australia is having equipment shortages and connection issues and will be unable to get you online for 58 - 60 days... #nbnfail @Optus

    @MasterJoter Hi Joseph, we suggest power cycling your hardware if you’re not back online. Turn off your modem, nbn™ connection box and any connected device for 10 seconds. Turn your equipment back on again. Allow up to up 10 minutes for your hardware to reconnect to the network. (1/2) -Gwen

    Wtf @Telstra making a bed bound disabled person wait THREE MONTHS for a landline and NBN connection when my medical appointments are all online and we regularly lose power in this village so mobiles are unreliable. Seriously dangerous.

    Seriously this NBN is a lemon.Been in this place barely 2 1/2 months and it has been out more often than not. Just hurry up with 5G home already so I can ditch this nightmare of an NBN service

    @coringl I would be too, Corin! Have you raised this with your provider? Your provider can run through some troubleshooting and if they are unable to resolve this, they will log it as a fault ticket to the nbn support team to further investigate. 1/2
