Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

NBN have confirmed with me that we will never get 50 Mbps due to the distance we are away from the first node. They also didn’t replace the aging copper on the main street and line faults is a regular thing to happen.

Literally went into the pit on the street and took out all the NBN cabling as the NBN never works so Im now im with another company and couldnt be happier

Jay Jay (@JayJay1094727) reported@deniseshrivell 5G modem has never worked better. I then found out they tried the same thing with my dad and he fell for their reasons. He has an old computer that doesn’t even reach the speeds the NBN plan they put him on can reach. Boo Optus Boo iiNet!

Like all parties they will over promise and under deliver but at least they are raising these things as actual issues

We wouldn't be in the mess if LNP didn't sell Telstra as a single entity despite being advised to split. Then they wouldn't split and participate in the nbn build similar to NZ.

The Lord (@lord_tizza) reportedAnd Telstra support said it was a fault, after a hour and a half of trouble shooting. I checked NBN and looks like a service outage in our area - checked a couple of addresses in our road. How long do these usually take to resolve? I was looking forward to a good long weekend :(

Paolo M (@PaoloMalicse) reported@Optus @optus_help 3rd day no NBN internet, so why do I pay $100 a month for no service? Superloop and Starlink looking very appealing right now. Maybe time for me to switch?
