    @TheSarahMoore @optusbusiness @Telstra Telstra is also rubbish. I left Telstra for Vodafone which is actually faster mobile phone speed and our Vodafone nbn is mint. Better service and cheaper too

    @jellibat For reference... I get around 100 to 200 Mbps down but am generally limited to around 5Mbps Up and 20ms latency on average (LTE on phone) NBN is consistent at around 50Mbps down 19Mbps up (with 5% variance on all above stats) and 9ms latency (NBN plan is 50/20)

    2/2 we've submitted two new development applications, which have been declined because "the house isn't a new development" and their system says "there's an active service", when there isn't. Just got told to submit a 3rd app. @NBN_Australia

    @jellibat My last two weeks on NBN have been an ongoing wave of dropouts each day. To be fair, there was scheduled maintenance planned for one day, and emergency maintenance scheduled for another, but almost every day or 2 has had outage spots, with technicians visible in the street.
