@NBN_Australia I've wasted days on the phone to them trying to fix it. Last time the case manager told me it was fixed and he'd close the case after I told him it was not fixed. Did you know you can't actually call @Telstra on the phone any more? You. Can't. Call. The. Phone Company.

Today was not the greatest of days. Power went off, no NBN and internet on phone down. No access to trading account for last 1.5hrs but bizarrely there was limited Twitter connection and nothing else. Nice to end positive for a change up 2.4% but 9 stocks flat. Market is tired🥱

@erstkate Sorry I meant the box thingy around the corner on the street. This was when we had ADSL though, haven't had issues with NBN yet.

@NBN_Australia Get Telstra to turn up with the modem and get the service working rather than keep pushing it back. Order logged early Jan.

@d_dazza_ Hi dazza, we can't guarantee that it will make your game ping better, but you may try it. As long as the third party device is a VDSL modem/router, then it will work with your NBN FTTN service. Stay safe. -Basil

@AmandasAudit That's not the fault of the fibre to your home. The problem is further upstream. Your ISP doesn't buy enough capacity from NBN Co. Solution is to change providers.

@NBN_Australia They have tried, many many times. They sent me a new fast modem which caused me to have no internet at all for a week til I reinstalled the old one. "Turn it off and on again". Each time I complain publicly the service improves briefly then becomes unreliable and slow again.

@MelanieTait I have NBN at home. I'm thinking of downgrading my ALDI phone plan from its current $25 per month. I am accumulating huge chunks of data I'll never use.
