Maximation Max (@maximationmax) reported@Ben_Davison1 Government provides education? Why then are kids paying $40k for an arts degree?. If NBN was a government service rather than a business its expense would be in the budget

P J Bird 😷 Vaxed 🎶 🌈 🇺🇦 🇯🇴 🏴 (@PJbird_01) reported@suzanne2222 Another LNP disaster just like the NBN has cost Aussies billions to fix
-
Tone (@T0ne_aus) reported@HardwareUnboxed Have you tried on wired NBN? It's actually not too bad. (Tested Fortnite on iPad with the Xbox thingy that my son was trying)
-
Michael Fowlie (@mwfowlie) reported@tomdoes_tech @DanielW_Kiwi I mean even if you love Australia, the NBN sucks
-
Hardware Unboxed (@HardwareUnboxed) reportedAll this talk about personal computing dying and what not, I (Steve) decided to try GeForceNOW (Australia) Ultimate using Wireless NBN, Starlink and 5G. My review is this: It's really bad, f@&ing sucks. Thank you for your time.

GR (@larrikinstreak) reported@robb_j_m NBN is free, the ISP is where the charges are and believe it or not it's customer support is why it costs much. The infrastructure costs are not the big cost.
-
Ferrousoxide (@Ferrousoxi29174) reported@highbrow_nobrow @Acyn Can we put this charlatan on mute. His NBN fix was a disaster. His hydro scheme also a disaster. Shut up Malcom. You are clearly an imbecile.
-
Aussie Kaiser (@Ladwiththebrew) reported@Ben_Davison1 Education has gone to ****, roads no different, rail basically doesn't exist, NBN is a worthless attempt at 30 yr old tech, electricity and gas is expensive, refusal to build any water infirstructure. The law was subverted decades ago and civil society doesn't come from gov.

rompa82 (@rompastompa82) reported@colonelhogans Where were you when Murdoch donates to the major parties to buy things that help him.. look at the nbn fiasco ended up costing Australians billions but they did as he wished..
-
M (@imboudee) reported@Justme136160 @robb_j_m To be fair, David is not wrong. Telcos will use the NBN infrastructure as they see fit. It’s cheaper to pay to use the NBN infrastructure that is already there than to lay down their own fibre. In fact, telcos like Optus and Telstra are already NBN providers.
