    @Optus is there a service outage in the Sans Souci area (2219). My phone and NBN service constantly drops out and no one at Optus Technical Support seem to be taking any calls or messages.

    @abcnews . How much did NBN retailers make? Taxpayers built the network... Now taxpayers pay ISP retailers to access NBN... But the ISP retailers don't own anything... We do... So if there's only one NBN, why isn't there just one retailer (a publicly owned not-for-profit)? .

    hi @Optus is there an issue with your phone lines? trying to call as we are having NBN drop outs but the customer service number isnt dialling out or making a connection at all

    @Mark_Butler_MP Mark it was the government who chose an uncontrolled unregulated overseas company to deliver this vital content. We signed away our universal service obligation rights when we were forced to move to NBN. Remember?

    @danielteycheney @Optus There is a nationwide issue at least on fibre and business NBN networks, confirmed by Optus helpdesk and account management teams.
