Hey @NBN_Australia I'm told you are allowed to cut my paid for internet speeds to unacceptable levels when I live in a single dwelling. Minister might think that is acceptable but I don't please fix your below par services because it's not delivering a fit for purpose product

@HansOrph @Optus Agree, but I pay Optus each month as my 'service provider' and expect that they are managing their operational issues directly with NBN with certain SLA's to optimise customer experience. Optus don't discount my bill by 70% in a month to match the downtime..

@Havenaar64 @ScottMorrisonMP Well mine doesnt work most of the time cause of this NBN rubbish i have NBN and 2 4G services and i still can barely get online. Like everything else this govt does NBN took internet backwards..For the first time in our lives civilisation is regressing b/c of govts with no clue

@Optus Problem with Optus is, they cannot be contacted by phone or email within Australia. NBN goes down, phone the Philippines and get the runaround. Close one account about to close another.

@abcnews We are more like call centre when there is internet down, just reset your modem. We can't even get fast enough NBN let alone help others with Cyber security.

@anthony_gerrits @Optus Not defending Optus here but you are aware that the NBN outage is nothing to do with Optus, they're only a reseller. You would get the same result of no internet when the NBN itself is down with Telstra, or any other reseller.
