@MichaelRuyg i had to get starlink service for power outages to maintain some ability to contact emergency services if needed. i have backup power. mad not to in a bushfire and flood prone area, sadly nbn co, optus, vodafone and telstra are clearly incompetent.

@WindwardAI Since my gubbermint won't save me, I'd better **** off the NBN and pay double for Starlink.

@GusLefty The LNP let the NDIS run away. Deliberately in an attempt to make it unsustainable and shut it down. It's what they do. Medicare. NBN. Veterans. Robodebt.

@scottjla I bought a home server just for this earlier in the week! I’ve pruned my builds because of awful Aussie nbn upstream

No wifi today, we've had some electrical problems, mainly to do with the washing machine. That just means a relaxing Sunday of playing them games (now that the electricity is on). (NBN always takes a long time to recover.)

I really am angry the LNP rooted the NBN. Now I have to seriously consider Musk’s Starlink for my Internet especially since both Telstra & Optus have & are having issues.

@KatrinaLarsen Hey, Katrina. We're sorry to hear that your service is currently impacted by an NBN outage. In the instance that your Optus modem that does not facilitate 4G back-up, our teams will look to provide interim support such as the Optus Internet Assistance Kit. This can be posted or collect from your nearest Optus store. If you hold an Optus Prepaid or Postpaid Mobile service, please don't hesitate to send through a Direct Message, and we can look to apply some Mobile Data to support using your Mobile as a Wi-Fi hotspot in the interim. - Dillon

@NBN_Australia My internet is still regularly broken. I constantly report the problems to my provider. Who asks me to wait while they check with NBN. And says you tell them work is ongoing but that no estimate is available for when this will be fixed!!! Thanks for the runaround

@TheUSFeedX Yes I would because it’s a good service. But my service just went from $136 a month to $150 a month, yet the local NBN in Australia is about $85 a month.
