DingoDan (@Dingo_DanAus) reported@BelongAU offer great prices on a reasonable network....BUT when things go wrong, help is an absolute pain in the arse to try and obtain. If you like to be able to easily contact (and have them reply!) an ISP for help to solve a problem then steer clear of Belong. #nbn

Karin Stark (@karinstark79) reported@burgess_ag @NBN_Australia Same with us! Never ending tests, speed tests, connecting direct to NBN box and doing more tests.
-
Matt Dalgleish (@Meat_Watcher) reported@Agrivetbusiness @ABCRural I was on satellite NBN, which was hopeless. Very slow speeds (circa 2-3 mbps download) and was often offline for "maintenance" for many hours at a time. The Starlink system is easy to install, I have it on the roof and speeds in excess of 150 mbps sometimes nearly to 300 mbps 1/2

💧Latinista 🐀 (@shamathahaven) reported@JonesHowdareyou I was dreading going on the NBN because of things like that but, touch wood, it has all gone very smoothly with minimal problems.
-
T N E R T (@Traumatjsed) reportedI had NBN come out today to fix my connection, they literally said ‘the line has been disconnected at the node and I can’t get it right now so I’ll come back some other time’. 5 minutes later they email me saying it’ll be a WEEK. WHAT ********

Peter Adderton (@peter_adderton) reported@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia the reliability in recent days of the internet service is horrible, and the 30 minute wait time you blame on covid is an embarrassment, the government of Australia has no idea how to run a broadband network and you two are the biggest sales pitch for 5G.

Optus (@Optus) reported@halil_mustafa Hi Halil, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with your NBN service. We can certainly take a look and provide further assistance, could you please DM us your complete address? Sarah

Deborah (@debbishdotcom) reportedUgh… I thought my mother’s nbn stuff was working but now apparently not. Help desking mum from other side of country is not fun! Can’t remember if she needs to do anything to make sure iPad settings remembers her wifi password.

Kestas "Chris" Kuliukas (@kestasjk) reported@malb @YoungLibs Couldn’t agree more, NBN is a prime example of Labor throwing money down the drain for nothing

Karin Stark (@karinstark79) reported@NBN_Australia No thanks it’s been 6 or 7 years of trying to figure out the issues. Have wasted too much time already. Thanks anyway.
