@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

@TraceySpicer @Telstra @NBN_Australia I give people an N95 if they have to come in my house. Police came to our door just before Christmas to take a statement with no masks asked them to mask up & we will discuss outside. Mind blowing the poor public health messaging.

@Aussie_BB Has anything changed int he way you are notifying customers of outages? My brother has the app installed on his phone, but didn't receive a notification that NBN is down for "scheduled maintenance" for 5 DAYS!. A 5-day "scheduled outage" isn't acceptable service levels

Hey @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia This is the third time tonight my internet has dropped. I’m the ONLY person using it at the moment, and I still get no connection, and when I connect it only lasts for a short while before it drops again. Seriously, when are you going to fix this?

@TraceySpicer @NBN_Australia I had one late last year, maybe October or November, who told me he was ok because he was double vaccinated. I told him I would wear a mask while he was in the house as well and he did. But I had to push the issue. That's not right

So @TPG_Telecom i was supposed to get an NBN box along with my modem delivery but all i got was the modem and your “customer service team” wont answer the phone to even bother to help me
