    @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

    And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

    @TheTequilaa @PIPANIE_ @Aussie_BB nbn techs, bless their souls are renowned for lying through their arse.. Their maybe a bigger problem in the area they arent telling you about and a different team might be dealing with it.. It could be bad installation in the house, that he didnt want to fix on the day ....

    @TheTequilaa @PIPANIE_ @Aussie_BB I used to work for an ISP and getting FTTN issues fixed meant hounding nbn everyday (hoping to get a competent nbn rep to investigate and tell the truth and get the right tech team out there) ... Hope it doesnt drag on for too long .. good luck ..

    @Telstra With respect, the issue is not account contacts. The issue is that Telstra keeps canceling our @NBN_Australia order and nobody will take responsibility. FIVE weeks and 3 cancelled orders so far...

    What happened to your customer service @Telstra ... Got a new nbn connection and I was confirmed upload speed for premium plan as 50mbps but after getting the connection I am being told that the plan has only 20mbps.. Trying to resolve for 2 days no luck... help loyal@customer

    @BreakfastNews This gov't not understanding tech and buying up/supporting the cheapest option is one of the main reasons this country is stuffed. It started with broken jets, submarines, nbn, health initiatives, robodebt. It's purposeful ignorance and helps sell consent to the public.

    Hey @Aussie_BB , what is with the non stop outages on FTTC today? I was getting them weeks ago, I purchased a @NETGEARgaming router to combat the issues. Been fine the last week, and today, non stop drops while trying to stream on @Twitch_ANZ #nbn
