@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  • KathyReid Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

  • 75b0ce8567df4cd Dave Wood (@75b0ce8567df4cd) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

I'm super glad that @Telstra forcibly moved me from Cable to NBN under the threat of disconnection. NBN was working great for the first 2 days, but now it's gone done a #Gladys and quit on me, and like her backup, John Barilarlo, the mobile backup network has quit working too.

  • mattFreddo Freddo (@mattFreddo) reported

@MyRepublicAU any updates? My internet is still down 24 hours later, from the looks of you're community server you lost a few customers yesterday because nobody is provided an update. Can I get an update please to what is happening? #nbn #outage

  • pasavito 💉Tony West💉 (@pasavito) reported

@Telstra Thanks; can’t be fixed. Had this for years. As I said before, really bad network design. Then add water & down it goes. Usually the 4G works though, odd it hasn’t. Currently back working on FTTN NBN. Speed slower than normal, will monitor. We’re on the FTTP upgrade list.

  • YooToobah Eugene Tubington (@YooToobah) reported

@nerdcity Mate, wheres me fuckn Jay Station video ****? I keep me National Broadband Network just waiting for the **** to drop but it doesnt. My fuckn Satellite NBN takes most of the fuckn centrelink each month and Me centrelink isnt enough to feed me kids and keep the NBN run'n.

He was an obvious winner from everything i saw om social media you nbn fans ar e so stupid and toxic. Everything is a fight to your pathetic self go and better your life

  • wint_rmute Toby Wintrmute (@wint_rmute) reported

@jeamland My old house didn't have NBN availability for a very long time, and the adsl was like 3mbit. Mobile internet was weak and congested - but a 4CA unit like that was able to cut through with an external MIMO antenna and get decent speeds. Worth it for several years of service

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@calebtweetss Hi, I've checked here and can see that around 11:09AM we've received an update from NBN Co that there's an unplanned outage in the area. As per them a technician has already been requested to investigate the issue. -Mel
