Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

@chozari Apparently the NBN tower at Woodburn got cut off. Running on emergency battery power that ran out. All the roads to the tower are ****** so it's not safe to deliver back up batteries. Brilliant infrastructure guys 🙄

3 hours now and I’ve been told to turn my modem off 5 times now. Unknown amount of “not to worry” and “let me help you”. Latest stupid request is for a serial number. No @NBN_Australia fault ticket yet.

@Telstra any update on the mobile outage in Kingscliff NSW? Nothing since Tuesday. No NBN either. I understand NBN is due to the floods. But why no mobile???? Am unable to run my business... Have driven to Tweed to get mobile and internet.

@NBN_Australia Thanks Chris, any ETA on restoration of service in this area? Also when will free FTTP upgrades be offered in this area? Looking forward to this since it was announced last year and saw the contractors working on preparations last November. Regards Peter

@VodafoneAU @networkoutage Hi, my NBN has been very patchy today and yesterday, keeps dropping out and otherwise very slow. Am in Canterbury NSW, but NBNco's status page says everything is OK here. Any more useful info from you at Vodafone?

@cycling_monkeys @ScottMorrisonMP @OlafScholz Didn’t realise you have it so bad mate. Lots of people have homes, get penalty rates, super is compulsory, agree NBN isn’t great but I wouldn’t sook about it, and there’s rorts on both sides.
