Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

@Telstra I've been in contact multiple days in the last week, been told my issue has been fixed more that once when it hasn't been fixed. They told me it was my modem, received the new modem and it didn't fix anything. At least with the old modem I was connected to backup nbn

@smh @KnottMatthew @latikambourke What happened to the $50 billion spent on subs a while ago but the proper NBN rollout wasn’t worth that money and look at our Fibre To The Crap service. Telstra got paid millions for 10 metres of copper to your house.

Instead of $90b on #Submarines imagine the other things we could do with that money. Subsidies for future energy sources, EV's, social housing, the PBS, the NDIS, fixing the NBN.. there's alot of things to fix in this ******* country before there should be money for subs #auspol

Lol my internet isn't working at the moment. Love it. Hopefully the NBN will come out and fix it so I can stream again. Especially since LPL ends shortly.

@barriecassidy Probably more than the NBN. But would have just been throwing good money after bad to stick with it. It was an obvious fail from Day 1.
