@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

@XXXLextacion_ @NBN_Australia Take it straight to the TIO - even if the NBN is at fault the Telco & government force this structure of defferred responsibility - at the end of the chain, you are one customer with one bill - it matters not who ****** it up, becuase the telco is responsible. Perhaps they should go back to managing their own infrastructure. Government is ******* **** at everything. My NBN in central sydney is working fine btw. Hope u get it sorted soon - internet problems are a massive ****.

Also, I checked nbn connectivity, and it seems they don't currently have a qualifying plan for the Ultrafast and Hyperfast plans, so would have to do that crap of getting the 100Mbps 'pre' plan first and then 'upgrade' to the proper speed, which is bullshit extra cost.

@NBN_Australia On Fri 10/10 you did a service in our street. It was supposed to be completed on same day. Still no service. Many calls to NBN and no guidance on when completed. ISP logged a call on 12/10. Logged number 00192899. I need advice on when this will be back up

Is it only me that remembers, back when Truffles was selling the NBN, he gave ironclad gaurentees that the 000 system was completely backed up by batteries so it cant fail....he lied! #insiders

@MercJestr NBN did same thing, used to pay $30 a month for 22 Mbps adsl, when i was forced to switch to fixed wireless nbn that went up to nearly $90 a month for 25Mbps service, took them 6 years to get speed <now 125Mbps> up to what they promised at launch.

@NBN_Australia I have CRQ number 100000151064. ISP advises the service still down. Now 7 days. I am advised NBN cancelled the planned site visit on 14/10.

At a panel with an NBN at PAX #PAXGov my question is, what is the NBN doing to reduce latency, drop outs, and disconnections for streamers to servers located in Australia? The NBN make it so difficult to even get support, as you always have to go through your ISP for support.
