@KaiBrach maybe they should get the nbn rollout team to help

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@Sascha_Hutcho Hi Sascha, we completely understand getting connected as soon as possible. We recommend your provider follow up with the support team regarding a rescheduled appt. They're welcome to contact nbn directly on your behalf using their internal channels. Regards, Maya

@DiWebster Don’t forget Howard and children over board, Rudd and FTTP NBN (the good 1 that a few suburbs got), Gillard and NDIS, Abbott and FTTN NBN (the crap 1 most of us are stuck with), Turnbull and cigars, and Morrison and corruption.

  • Stephen76 Stephen SeventySix (@Stephen76) reported

So, @Optus I've had both my nbn and mobile with you, ever since you closed Virgin Mobile. I've put up with poor data service on my mobile, at my work, and anywhere that's congested. Why should I stay with you? East Maitland is going to get much worse when the hospital opens.

@CaseyBriggs @ScottRhodie We deserve to know the supply data its public $$ paying for vaccines and (some) of us voted these inept people into office. ******** ups are endless - subs, frigates, NBN, vaccine, quarantine, returning residents, indigenous affairs, job keeper, media diversity, environment..

@maystation4 @iiNet Hey mate did you end up getting your problem sorted? Have been having a similar issue myself. NBN tech even came out to my area and still dropping out

  • boymc Dave McPherson ⛰️🏃🏽👨🏽‍🚒 (@boymc) reported

@NBN_Australia Nope. Your technicians broke my internet and left. I'm on the phone to the amazing @Aussie_BB. The ONLY issues I've ever had in 2 years with the NBN have been NBN techs breaking it at the pit out the front.

  • deemadigan Dee Madigan (@deemadigan) reported

@NBN_Australia Nah, the quality of the nbn begins with how it is delivered to the street and house. Using copper wire (in some case very old copper wire) instead of fibre optic cable to the premises is a really stupid idea

  • andyjeier Andy (@andyjeier) reported

@NBN_Australia any updates on the outage in Ferntree Gully? Would be great to know the cause and expected ETA when services will be restored. FYI, I’ve already checked your outages website so no need to copy the link back to me.

  • goodthanks007 Glenn (@goodthanks007) reported

@Telstra blaming @NBN_Australia for the outage in postcode 3156 seems very dishonest. @Telstra states it’s an NBN outage and yet we are on cable (not connected to the slower NBN) and still experiencing the outage....
