  • dgaust dg (@dgaust) reported

@slace That's the purpose of the Service Class settings. Should advise the ISP and NBN of the work required to commission the connection at your location. It should be seamless, but in my experience the NBN still didn't send the right team the first time around, and needed to re-book.

  • ABillionSuns Rocketpilorc (@ABillionSuns) reported

Hmm, ISP’s entire website is dead and my NBN is down. A useful reminder that having home internet AND mobile internet from the same provider is a terrible idea

  • WatsonsTroops1 WatsonsTroops (@WatsonsTroops1) reported

@Kimbo_Ramplin They know to call someone on the network team to sort their stuff out (and tell them what they need to do sometimes) the nbn guys iirc are paid per appt. So paid the same whether they fix the problem or nor 10 minutes or ab hour.

  • Allkai Darren (@Allkai) reported

@roglurveshockey Q: For a while now my NBN speed has been less than half what it used to be (12-16 down from 46). ISP has tested and supposedly everything correct at their end. Any advice? I’ve power cycled, tried cable instead of wifi, no diff…..

  • Tarocknet T Rock (@Tarocknet) reported

@Aussie_BB NBN down in Collingwood VIC too

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@AusChamber "In fact, we have connected more than one million business customers to the NBN network, spanning the full spectrum from small sole traders and start-up to large enterprise and government customers." CEO, Stephen Rue

  • ChintanRaval Chintan Raval (@ChintanRaval) reported

@optoio @Aussie_BB yeah.. wondering if the issues were at the retailer (ABB) or the distributor (NBN) end

  • Dwan12321 Dwayne (@Dwan12321) reported

@NBN_Australia @AusChamber Ironic given our internet is down

  • josephryan79 Joseph ❤️💙🏆 (@josephryan79) reported

Just googling 4G internet plans in the hope of leaving the @NBN_Australia for ever. Would rather deal with capped plans and marginally slower speeds than a service which constantly drops out. Anyone got a recommendation?
