This is the 5th serious outage this year which is causing material economic damage to my business. Neighbours paying for your service are also having the same issues. Thank you

I have had numoutous conversations and visits from your technicians without the issue being fixed. Unfortunately this is the 5th time this year we’ve had a material outage.

My question was shortlisted but I never got to ask it. Most of the show was taken up with Tax questions. Personally, I think the #NBN is of vital importance to Australia.

But LNP were elected on their botched version and we had to wait a full 10 years for people to *experience* it first hand before we can go back and rip out the copper.
